This shop has been around since the 70's! That alone is a testament to the work they perform to…read morehave survived in the industry for so many years and still serve same community. I Habe had couple transmissions done here NO Issues! Also maintenance, alignments Etc. Fair price and quality work!Using quality Parts! Not these AZ China parts! I see a review with no fuel in my car?! Why on earth would you take a vehicle to any shop especially knowing it needs to be driven to find problem with little or no Fuel!? Do you go to the dentist and not brush your teeth before you go? Not the responsibility of shop to fill your vehicle with fuel. Any good shop has a full schedule everyday.. Another with my light came back on? These things happen folks,Take it back to A1 original place of repair,And I would bet Money Tom would have got Vehicle right back in and find out why! I find it very unprofessional when one business slams another to try and get a customer. There is no need for this.A reputable shop would have said to go back and let them know. With all the computers on today's vehicles these things happen. Everyone makes mistakes even,It's how you take care of a problem when it occurs that sets you apart! I own several vehicles in my Household and Trust A1Automotive to take care of them all. From my classics to my 2016 GMC.

I furnished all the needed parts and when a brand new rear brake caliper was found to be leaking, I furnished not only a new caliper but also a new proportioning valve and master cylinder to be sure there were no further parts related issues. 2 months went by and the car was still not finished. The required work was no more than a couple days labor for a skilled mechanic. I had lost my shop space and was relying on then to finish the last few details. I had to come into the shop and show the mechanics how the brake lines were to be installed and routed even though they proclaim to be experienced "hot rod" mechanics Once the brakes, throttle cable and front end alignment were done, I threw in the towel and withdrew the car as no work had been done in over 2 weeks. Their mechanic put the air cleaner back on the car and I drove it home. They neglected to latch the hood fully and the hood flew open at 55 MPH on US 20 Bypass. I was able to brake quickly as the hood started to rise and had the car slowed sufficiently that the hood held against the stops and no damage occurred. I was able to look out through the gap between the hood and cowl and get the car off the road. I would never go back to this shop again.
