Dave Cotal is the service agent that served me. He stated I would first have to pay an $89.99 diagnostic fee that would be applied to any service I would have done. I agreed to have it done. They would have removed the tire for diagnostics ($89.99) and charged an hour rate to install the part and 5 bolts. One hour job $180.00 minus diagnostic fee $89.99 equals an additional $90.01. When I came to pick up the vehicle Dave calculated the job to be $180.00 plus $89.99 equaling $269.99 PLUS the original $89.99 diagnostic fee. Total $373.32. This means I pay the diagnostic fee (3) THREE TIMES!!! totaling $269.97 plus the balance of the hourly rate $90.01. I stated to Dave that he told me the $89.99 was to be included in the cost of the work done. He assured me I was wrong and the balance due was $373.32 for this small repair for which I provided the part. I paid the bill so I could take my vehicle. Then called customer relations agent Victor Carson (630) 642 3398. Victor said he would investigate and call me back. He didn't reply back until after I posted my issue on the company comment page. He said there had been a misunderstanding and that he would mail me a check for $89.99. Still not right but something. That was Monday 4th of May. I waited a week. Called him back Tuesday May 12th. He said he mailed the check Thursday May 7th. This is May 16th. NO check and he won't return my calls. SPREAD THE WORD AND BE AWARE OF DISHONEST BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVES. I hope noone else gets harmed.
