After looking at my jeep he told me there was nothing he could do unless I wanted to buy some control arms. My options were to buy the control arms, go back to the stock springs, or leave it the way it was. I decided to go back to the stock springs. I was at work at this point when I was talking to Paul about my options. The stock springs were at my house and I had no way of getting them to him. Paul offered, I didn't ask, to drive to my house and pick them up himself and bring them back to his shop to get them installed. I was shocked. Most places these days try to get by with doing the bare minimum, but not Paul. He went above and beyond in my opinion. To top it off, the price he charged me for the install, plus an alignment, was much less than I was expecting. Paul earned a customer for life and I will refer his business every opportunity I get.
