When I dropped my car off there, all parts were supposedly ordered and in-house in advance, HOWEVER, after 2 weeks, my car is still sitting in their shop UNTOUCHED. Both the 1st and 2nd time my car was in this shop, after having parts ordered in advance, a repair that should have taken 5 days took over 14 days with no communication whatsoever from the body shop. They are not willing to pay for the extra week of car rental.

After repairs were complete, Ron at White Eagle sent supplements containing additional charges to my insurance, which the company did not fully approve; multiple White Eagle employees including Laura shared with me that there were problems with the initial estimate and approved amount for repairs from my insurance company. When I asked White Eagle employees including Laura why they had agreed to perform the work for my insurance company's original estimate if there were problems with it, I received no response. White Eagle held me responsible for part of what my insurance would not pay of the supplemental charges and refused to release my car to me unless I paid an amount beyond my deductible. The shop held my car for two weeks total. The repairs took one week, and the second week was when the shop nickel and dimed my insurance company and me while holding my car. White Eagle also did not respect my wish to communicate with me when charging my insurance company anything behind the insurance's approved amount. I found out after the fact due to my calling both White Eagle and my insurance company and asking questions. For transparency, my insurance company is an AllState company, not some questionable second- or third-rate insurance. If you take your car here, you may end up having to pay more than your deductible just to get your car back, as I did. This review should come as no surprise to White Eagle since I clearly expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction to multiple employees, and the shop made no attempt to remedy the situation. In fact, when Ron explained to me as I was picking up my car that a paint job came with a warranty, I explained that I wouldn't be back; he shrugged and said, "That's fine." I'm in my late forties and have worked with multiple body shops throughout my life, and never have I had an experience like this one. Terribly dishonest and unethical business with no commitment to customer service. As a final note: if you didn't read reviews (as I didn't) and now find yourself working with this business, don't let White Eagle coach you into how to get your insurance company to pay for extra charges. Instead, see this action as a red flag, and talk with your insurance company about what's happening from their perspective.

They did good body work, but did not complete the job by fixing the exhaust system…read moreand the muffler sounds caused by my SUV being rear ended by an F-150 speeding at 40 mph while I was parked at a stop light. I picked the SUV up and it sounded like it did not have a muffler! I then had to reach out to the at fault party's insurance who stated I had to bring the SUV back to the people who did a half ass job after picking it up and the engine roaring when starting or stepping on the accelerator. They said the Caddie SUV sounding like a 1989 Honda Civic with glass packs had nothing to do with the wreck, stating it is just normal wear and tear on the car. I lost all faith in the shop. After 4 hours of driving to different mechanics, the new mechanic stated that being rear ended absolutely caused the issues mentioned above! The techs at Collision Connection Auto Body did half hearted work. I believe in helping mom and pops shops, but don't waste your time. They will do the bare minimum and not do the right thing when no one is looking. Very frustrated and disappointed.

After assessing the rust I was given a quote and told what needed to be repaired, and how they would repair it. In my case I needed the rockers on both sides replaced. I agreed to the price and made an appointment for one week out. I nervously dropped my truck off on my appointment date and was told that the work would take one week. About 4 days later I was sent updates and pictures of the progress on my truck. 3 days later I was called to let me know that my truck was ready. All I could say was WOW! The truck looked awesome!
