Buyers beware! 10/10 would NOT recommend this place!!! We have bought 2 vehicles from this place and have had nothing but problems with both of them. The first vehicle we purchased was a 2010 Chevy Silverado we purchased for our nephew in June 2025. He has had nothing but issues with the truck since day 1 of bringing it home and continues to have problems. We were told when we purchased the vehicle that if he ever needed parts for the vehicle, he could buy them from this place at cost. When he did need parts, he tried calling and was told they never sold him this vehicle. Fast forward 9 months later on March 28, 2026. We went back (hesitantly) to purchase a vehicle for our son. The truck we purchased for him seemed to be in great condition for a 2016 and figured since it was 6 years newer than the car we bought for our nephew, we may have better luck this time around. Jokes on me... You know what they say, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I should have listened to my instincts. Within HOURS of bringing the truck home, the check engine light came on and had multiple codes relating to battery issues, transmission issues, etc. I spoke with Nick's wife on 4/13/26 relaying the information we found out and was told she would get back to me. She never did. Instead, she spoke with my husband and told him she would send him the information we could send the photos of the codes to so she can look into it. He never got that information either. Now, as of 4/23/26, I had to call them for an update on the codes I verbally told Nick's wife about on the phone on 4/13/26. Nick said he was waiting for my husband to get back to him and never heard from him. I explained the conversation my husband told me and he said he never said that to my husband and provided me with an email to send the photos of the codes to. This call was initiated due to the alternator going out on this truck already. I understand there will always be a risk with purchasing a used vehicle, but not this many issues within a month of purchase, more or less hours. I will be emailing Nick the photos but am not hopeful for a resolution based off other reviews regarding this company. I have a feeling this place is clearing codes in order to scam people into buying a vehicle from them and then acting like they didn't know anything about it when mentioned to them. Shop here at your own risk. I for sure will NEVER buy another vehicle from here and will warn whoever I can not to buy from here. I will also be filing a report with the BBB if I have to go that far. Update as of 5/14/26; when we purchased my son's vehicle, we mentioned 2 repairs that needed to be done. The first one was the motor for the seat didn't work and the second was a backup sensor that needed to be repaired. To this day, the sensor has yet to be replaced or even looked at due to the fact that they apparently don't have a service technician available on Saturdays, which happens to be the only time my husband and I are off work to take this in. I picked up the motor for the seat yesterday and upon pickup, I was told by their mechanic the motor that was given to me was pulled off another Ford. They couldn't even be bothered to order a new part for the vehicle they sold us even though we were told a new motor would be ordered and we had to wait for the part to come in and then to top it off, when I expressed concerns to Nick's wife about the vehicle since the day purchased, she claimed she had no idea and wasn't aware of the issues even though she is the person I originally mentioned them to. Furthermore, with the concerns relating to the bad alternator; we had this rebuilt by a local company and upon their inspection we were told "whoever rebuilt the alternator last time did a sloppy job. A screw from the internal voltage regulator was lodged into the stator which is what caused all the problems". How a faulty alternator was not caught by their mechanic when inspecting the vehicle prior to selling is beyond me. These people are lazy scam artists! so we purchased a car from here few months ago had issues with title registration for one and they guaranteed everything was great with the car engine said was all overhauled recently serviced and no issues with within week of purchase was back in their shop because engine light was on, they said they fixed, when leaving lite came back on went in to tell them still not fixed Nick said will call you to set up a time to bring in after a week never called, called him back took car back in they had for a week he said I had send somewhere else problem "beyond their Speiclaty" he would call when they could set it up never called back several attempts to call he was busy with customer or out for several different family emergencies excuses or reason still waiting for car to be repaired, Its been over 3 weeks last contact with him, I was looking on carfax for this vehicle there is 2 recalls on this vehicle when was in their possession, 8 months before we even purchased! they were never fixed in fact this company never even registered this car at their dealership there is no record but they have signs up there that they do! I regret buying a car/truck here they seem so friendly and legit with deals and promises but they lied to us sold us a vehicle that has issues and won't work with you I'm seriously thinking of filing a complaint and even small claims court because it was stated on sales contract this issue would be fixed so reconsider other dealerships before going here do your homework and read reviews! check BBB as well read more

I downloaded Yelp just for this. Do NOT purchase or take your car to these corrupt, uncaring and thoughtless men. I purchased a used car from them this time last year. I got it checked at a dealership before buying it, they noted a few issues namely seeping gaskets bad brakes and a low battery (30%). My key fob also didn't work but whatever. Nick told me the seeping gaskets were normal and I went ahead and bought the car. On the day I go to pickup my car, one of the mechanics comes up to me, smirking, saying he has to go jump my car because they left the headlights on overnight. On the car they were knowingly selling me with an already low battery! Unprofessional, rude, and an idiotic mistake. I was honestly appalled. Flash forward to not even 6 months later, my car was overheating and leaking coolant out as fast as it went in, and my fans weren't working. Took it back to nick as he promised lower labor costs AND PROMISED a detailing of the car which I NEVER received. The "repair" cost me $1000. I inspected the car afterwards to discover I had been lied to about at least one thing, the replacement of my fans under the hood. They were the same though I'd be charged for new ones, and what do you know not even 15 minutes of driving away from nicks shop and I had the exact. Same. Issue. I called and told them what had happened. Nick said he wanted to help me since I'm not like most "dramatic" women (instead of saying dramatic he actually just made a series of high pitched whining noises). He gave me no other info on the phone so I later called back again, told them I knew the fans weren't replaced and I was wrongly charged, they said they'd call me back immediately and I never heard from them again. I was so appalled and disgusted that I have never called back or gone there since. I took my car straight to a Chevy dealership where I spent $6,000 on repairs. Now, flash forward 6 months from that repair, and my car is back in the shop needing $3,000 more work. More than the car was bought for and exponentially more than its worth. I am a young female who's vulnerable in this industry and Nick The Male Stripper from The Sugar Shack doesn't give a SHIT about us. Take your business elsewhere and leave these grimy irresponsible men alone. Horrified and disappointed. read more
