I had to get my car towed to a different shop to get it fixed. My car was leaking coolant everywhere, which has never happened before taking it to this shop. This mechanic shop is a scam. They have ruined many cars and ripped off a lot of people. I am filing a complaint with the BBB, and I urge everyone to filter out the fake reviews and read the 1-star reviews. If you need your car repaired, please avoid this mechanic shop at all costs. There are many honest and reputable mechanics out there. Do your research and read reviews before you choose a mechanic.

They don't talk down to me, and whenever something is wrong with my car, they take the time to explain the issue to me, even if I have a billion questions. I mean, a few years ago, Mike advised me that it was time to buy a new car, even though it would mean less business for them without my twelve year old car. That kind of honesty is appreciated and makes me feel respected. Bonus: There's never been an issue with paying over the phone, which really helps me out in a jam.

I paid $200 for the assurance that I was buying an operable car in good condition. Without a good report, I would NOT have moved forward with the sale. I had the car shipped to me via a licensed and insured professional car transportation company. The very first day time I drove the car 20 miles to get it registered and inspected, it broke down. It is undriveable. The onboard diagnostic tool that is used during the state inspection process yields multiple error messages indicating multiple problems. I had to take the car to a transmission specialist who is diagnosing the car on day two of ownership. I'm looking at possibly having to replace the transmission. This will cost thousands of dollars. I called CarDr to ask for a refund and they refused. They gave me a spiel about used cars being prone to breaking down at any time, etc. I felt like I was being gaslit. Why pay for an inspection if the report is ultimately meaningless? Why be in the business of inspecting cars if you don't stand by your work? I could just as easily set $200 on fire and gotten the same result. Edit DeleteShare

Another customer walked into the dealership looking to buy the car and Andy gave me first dibs on the car since I kept asking him about it. I was able to put a 4k down payment to hold it for four weeks and then fly out and test drive it. Overall great experience!

When I ended up deciding to purchase, my sales rep was cool and he did loan me a vehicle to pick up the check from my credit union, so that was nice, but I feel that was closer tied to closing the deal vs courtesy. As far as the vehicle I purchased goes, I had to bring the car back due to the battery being faulty and the car not starting multiple times. The manager seemed a bit irritated and felt as if he was rushing to get me back out the door once they replaced it. The vehicle also has a headlamp issue where the assembly needs to be replaced. I thought the issue was connected to the battery but apparently it wasn't. Called the manager and he kind of made it seem like I should be glad they even took care of the battery "for free", and couldn't do anything about it "other than look at it for free" since it's not connected to the power train. Buying used cars is always a gamble, but I kind of feel like at the price point I purchased at, I shouldn't have these issues. It'd also be appreciated to have a more considerate post purchase experience regarding the functionality of what they sell vs the indifference.

With anything in life, if you inquire, turn over every stone, are patient, and are cordial and respectful, you yield good results. In March of 2026 I bought an 87 Camaro from this place and had a ton of issues…read more Manager Louis Jimenez told me that older cars would likely have some issues, but they don't sell garbage cars. He promised that any car I bought from them would run and be safe. I took him at his word and I would find out later this was a mistake. Louis told me that there were 2 sets of keys to the car when I asked. Carfax came back clean (no accidents, salvage, etc) and had reasonable miles on it. There were a couple issues, but nothing unexpected in a 40 year old car. I bought it "sight unseen." Once you buy from them they lose interest in you. The moment I said "I'll take it," I placed a deposit on the car. Then they were real attentive for a few days until I made the down payment on it. Took several days to get the financing pushed through, but the bank said it was because they were waiting on the dealership to do stuff. When I called, nobody answered the phone, but I would get a text from Louis stating he would call me back shortly. That usually ended up being a day or two and only after I called back. Took about two weeks to get the car financed. I thought this might've been a scam because I couldn't get anyone to talk to me hardly at all. The car was supposed to be transported to me, but I couldn't reach anyone. Many days later Louis finally helps me line up the transport and the car is sent to me. So the car arrives its unloaded and the driver hands me one set of car keys. I ask where the other one is and he says something about it being in the car and he leaves. The other set is not in the car. I contact Louis and he verifies there are 2 sets and he says they would be attached to each other. That means the delivery driver intentionally detached the second set of keys and kept them. I have asked about this a few times and Louis will not address it. I called the police, but since these keys don't have a chip until somebody steals the car there is nothing to investigate. Getting the title for the car was also a royal pain. This process took so long I even had the local police department check to see if it was a stolen car. By the time I got it I was already getting "Final Notices" from the finance company to send them a copy or I would get fined. At this time I have my car. It's stuck in the middle of my street, but I have it. The car will not start, just cranks over despite being promised it would. They suggested me beating on some part of it with a rubber mallet anytime I wanted to start it...Seriously?! I had it towed to a classic car mechanic in the area. He found that the fuel system was shot and that is why it wouldn't start. He said it was probably a good thing too because the cooling fans and parts of the cooling system also didn't work properly and I would've damaged the engine if I drove it. They are not even able to do a road test on it yet to see what else might need work because the car needs a more work to even get to the point. They told me that a lot of this stuff was easily visible. The question is, did they see them and choose to ignore them or do they not look at them at all so they can claim ignorance? The brakes, suspension, air conditioning, belts, spark plugs, hoses, etc. The price of the car was 25,155. KBB wont let you search that old to get a value, but the owner of the Classic Car specialty shop it is still at says he would've paid 10k on a good day, but personally he would've bought a different one. I want to say that I bought this car "AS-IS" which is pretty normal for a car like this, but they sold me a paper weight, probably knowingly. Be WARNED if you decide to buy from these guys. How many cars on that webpage are garbage and how many are good? I wouldn't take the gamble if I were looking for a car, go elsewhere because this place will lie to you. When buying a car you should not have to get the police involved three times. my opinion
