Are these idiots serious?! My cousin was looking for a used car and had bad credit, not only do…read morethey mark up cars in the thousands but also ridiculous rates!!! Example a 2006 Civic Coupe that was on special for $9,995 marked down from $10995!!! Are you serious?! Places like this make me really mad! On top we found out that they sold three untitled cars within the past month. Stay away do yourself a favor, no matter how desperate you may be for a car. The Civic I mentioned earlier is worth tops $6,000! Not a single car with under a 100K miles down there either. Do the math stay away. I understand everyone wants to make money, but this is plain old highway robbery!

NEVER EVER get a Car from this place!!!!! Go at your own risk, at the end of the day it is up to…read moreyou to waste your time and money and sign the paperwork. But if I could help someone avoid this horrific place that would be great. LIKE the other reviews have pointed out, i agree with them; point blank period, it might look like a great option at first but it really is a rip off. I purchased a Cash car (knowing that there might be issues) but not expecting it to be a complete dudd after a month of running. After 6 months from purchase i still have yet to receive my title. In other words there must be a issue with releasing the title, that this place must have not had to begin with. It's truly not worth your time, they may seem like reasonable individuals but they will lie just to get you into the a car to give them money.

Had a great experience with these guys from the moment I stepped into the door…read more Both salesmen I talked to were great and explained everything in great detail with zero bs. Got a great car with a low rate financing and clearly differentiated themselves from other dealerships. The car had the car fax for every service in its history and not once did I feel like I was being pushed to purchase the vehicle, only to make the right decision for myself. Can tell they care about their business and would highly suggest anyone who doesn't want to deal with the usual BS from dealerships to try these guys. TP

I flew to Chicago from Colorado on April 9, 2025 to purchase a 2017 Golf R in good faith based on…read moretheir ads stating every mechanical part was inspected and determined in "Good" condition. Auto Park claims on cars.com that all their vehicles are fully inspected and are in "great condition." Fifty miles out of Chicago, the gas gauge and AC didn't work. The day after arriving in Colorado, the engine light came on. A highly respected foreign car service Shop in Boulder did the Diagnostics for $364, the repairs needed were $3,192. Auto Park refused. They sent me a non-VW fuel pump assembly and compressor and said to take it to another Shop who they claimed would install the parts for a labor charge of $973, which Auto Park would only pay 50%. I objected to having to pay anything. The Shop they recommended repaired the vehicle for $2,872. So, along with the original diagnostics of $364 plus the repairs of $2,872, I was out $3,192. They refused again, and made a final offer of $1500, or I return the car to Chicago at my expense (yeah, I laughed, too) as long as it was in the "same condition" (LOL) they would refund the purchase amount. This is the way they do business. I'm out over 3K. I would never recommend this Dealer. Terrible experience. Please note that I would like to add to my submission regarding Auto Park Imports. Last week the engine light came on AGAIN. Here you will see the estimate for $1,868.96. http://www.mkvwa23.com/p/xYJQYb.html Please note that the fuel sensor they sent is faulty. Here is the video report from the VW service department. http://www.mkvwa9.com/p/xBUMut.html With these additional charges, I am now out $5,060. Erik
