Sam was extremely accommodating, respectful and honest in making a minor repair to complete the sale. Highly recommend Asia Motors and will be doing more business in the future.

It was either, "I could give 0 stars if I could" or the polar opposite of that. When I went here, they were kind enough to give us a parking lot, which is pretty unheard of, even on the outskirts of Chicago. As I walked in, lots of employees looked up, and one asked what I needed. I told him, and he pulled up a chair and invited me to sit down. He started telling me about his cars, and pulled up his inventory online to show us. I had been watching this place for months, so I knew exactly what was on there. I mentioned a 2020 hybrid FPIU that was basically new, and he said he would go out and find it for me. He took quite some time, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, as they had more than 150 vehicles in total, some of which weren't even on their website (They had to take photos and link the CARFAX) Once he found it, he led us to it and it was already on. He was open to us sitting in it and even shifting it to check for wear. I asked him if I could walk around the lot, and he said, "Of course." As I got into a lot of their vehicles, I noticed a musty, sweet smell, as if someone had only wore cologne for a year in this car. He was open to my checking the horn on the vehicles as well, and some of them will not work because the police equipment has been removed, and with it, the iconic low-pitched horn that police have. Another thing is, I saw a 2019 charger that had been off the online inventory for months. I had assumed they sold it, and when I asked the dealer about it, he said it could be a different car-IT WAS NOT DIFFERENT. HAD THE SAME MILES AS THE WEBSITE SAID IT DID, AND EXACT CONDITION. Or he stated sometimes buyers put cars on hold, which didn't seem feasible to me, as it had been a few months. Because I didn't want to piss him off on my first visit, I accepted the answer. Furthermore, I saw some other cars that were also not on the online inventory, and he said they had to prepare them for the website, for the reasons I stated above. At the end, pretty much no cars had hidden cosmetic damage that wasn't shown in the website photos. He shook my hand, and gave me a business card without a name. I asked him, and he told me not to worry about it, as the number was his father's. Overall, he seems to know the basic things about his cars, such as where he got them from. He also offered us lots of test drives, but we only did one, with a charger that shook quite a lot when stopped. He came with us and took us on a set route around the side streets. As for the shaking, He told us that was because the V8 engine had aged over the 90k miles it had endured, and asked if we'd wanted to try a newer FPIU. My time was running out, so I declined, and left with a pretty happy face. I would purchase a car from here if I needed one. But to this day, I don't know why that charger was taken off the website. -Ryder

Got a great car with a low rate financing and clearly differentiated themselves from other dealerships. The car had the car fax for every service in its history and not once did I feel like I was being pushed to purchase the vehicle, only to make the right decision for myself. Can tell they care about their business and would highly suggest anyone who doesn't want to deal with the usual BS from dealerships to try these guys. TP

Auto Park claims on cars.com that all their vehicles are fully inspected and are in "great condition." Fifty miles out of Chicago, the gas gauge and AC didn't work. The day after arriving in Colorado, the engine light came on. A highly respected foreign car service Shop in Boulder did the Diagnostics for $364, the repairs needed were $3,192. Auto Park refused. They sent me a non-VW fuel pump assembly and compressor and said to take it to another Shop who they claimed would install the parts for a labor charge of $973, which Auto Park would only pay 50%. I objected to having to pay anything. The Shop they recommended repaired the vehicle for $2,872. So, along with the original diagnostics of $364 plus the repairs of $2,872, I was out $3,192. They refused again, and made a final offer of $1500, or I return the car to Chicago at my expense (yeah, I laughed, too) as long as it was in the "same condition" (LOL) they would refund the purchase amount. This is the way they do business. I'm out over 3K. I would never recommend this Dealer. Terrible experience. Please note that I would like to add to my submission regarding Auto Park Imports. Last week the engine light came on AGAIN. Here you will see the estimate for $1,868.96. http://www.mkvwa23.com/p/xYJQYb.html Please note that the fuel sensor they sent is faulty. Here is the video report from the VW service department. http://www.mkvwa9.com/p/xBUMut.html With these additional charges, I am now out $5,060. Erik
