They if your happy to go head you can arrange either the mobile option and they will arrange with you and the seller and do everything there. Or you can go to there stations. I went to there main one (they have everything they need there, so it was a good choice for me) You can tell these guys are very proud of their work! If your like me and are a bit useless with cars, they were very kind and patient. They even went over the warranty packages the dealer was trying to sell me to let me know if they thought it was worth it. They even gave me plenty advice on how to make the car last a little longer and general maintenance. It took about an hour, so I waited in the lobby. I was very pleased! Once the inspection was complete, they told me what was up: any signs of rust, scratches, dings, brake pad conditions, test drive results, etc. They also emailed me a report with pictures. To schedule the appointment, I had to email them with the car VIN and dealership info. They emailed back with car history and market value reports. I actually emailed them 3 separate times, because I couldn't decide on what car to buy. Every time, they responded back within 3 business days. On the day of the appointment, I just had to call at least one hour in advance to confirm the appointment. I'm very relieved to know that the car I'm going to purchase is in very good condition. Long story short, I brought in my vehicle because it died on me two / three times while in traffic. The last time the engine went into limp mode...red lightning bolt, and I was fortunate the vehicle would restart after each issue. Dropped off the vehicle on Wednesday 9/2/26 at 8:15am. I picked it up on Thursday 9/10/26 at 11:27am. I had to call True Tech to find out if my vehicle was done. This is what was done from 9/2/26 until 9/10/26 while they had my truck. Total cost paid, $773.03. Technician road tested vehicle for 23 miles and it stalled twice, Labor cost $330.00 for something I told them what the problem was. Labor cost to replace a crankshaft position sensor...$165.00, that takes about 45 minutes for a good mechanic to do. Crankshaft position sensor cost...$220.00. This part is available on Amazon for $16.99. Received photos of the scanner inspection results on Monday 9/28/26. The photos on the scanner show the mileage at 84426 and the codes P0016 and P1618... So this problem was known before the 23 mile, $330.00 road test and the 84750 miles on it when I picked it up. So if you are a senior citizen, a veteran or have a disability, you might want to avoid this shop.
