It took about an hour, so I waited in the lobby. I was very pleased! Once the inspection was complete, they told me what was up: any signs of rust, scratches, dings, brake pad conditions, test drive results, etc. They also emailed me a report with pictures. To schedule the appointment, I had to email them with the car VIN and dealership info. They emailed back with car history and market value reports. I actually emailed them 3 separate times, because I couldn't decide on what car to buy. Every time, they responded back within 3 business days. On the day of the appointment, I just had to call at least one hour in advance to confirm the appointment. I'm very relieved to know that the car I'm going to purchase is in very good condition. Definitely worth the price for peace of mind. I could tell they enjoy their work. Thanks Duane!

!!!Uber drivers be aware!!!!…read more They sell uber inspection and Lyft inspection. They charge you double and try to make you think if you only do uber inspection that Lyft won't accept the inspection form. The truth is that you only need to do uber inspection and submit the same form on Lyft and it will be accepted. If you don't believe me call uber and ask them if you can submit Lyft inspection form and they will confirm it's valid. Or vice versa you can ask Lyft support if uber inspection form is valid and they will confirm yes! Don't pay for uber inspection AND Lyft. Just pay for one and submit on both platforms. This place is lying and I will be reporting them to the attorney general for deceptive business practices. I disregarded what the guy behind the desk kept on saying and only did the uber inspection and submitted for both uber and Lyft and was approved within 10 minutes proving the employee wrong. The supposed "manager" sitting behind the desk also supported the employees wrong claims. They're just looking for dummies who will agree and pay $40 for both Lyft and uber inspection. TIREkickers at the uber greenlight hub on north ave will also tell you that you can use the same uber inspection form for Lyft. The inspection is the SAME! So why pay for uber inspection AND Lyft inspection. The USA is not the same anymore nothing but thieves and scammers left and this place is in the scammers category.

You call for a day and then drop the car the night before or show up in the morning and check in. They verified the oil change and asked if I needed additional service. I asked them to take a look and let me know as I didn't think it did. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The service was very affordable and the quality and care they put into their work is tremendous. When they called to inform me my car was ready, they validated that no other work needed to be done. But if I wanted to 30K service I could. I decided to pass and doing it next month. They didn't push the services and to call them for an appointment when ready. Lastly, the waiting room has very comfortable theater style seating and a small cafe bar. I'm going to bring all my cars here for future services. Thanks!

Picked up the car and did not get to far without it smoking. The oil cap was not put on leaving the oil to go all over the engine, exhaust pipes and drained on our driveway. We have been loyal customers here for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We brought in our son's new car for a routine inspection, including an oil change and additional work. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, it began smoking. When my husband later opened the hood, oil splashed into his eye, which was extremely concerning and unsafe. He discovered the oil cap had not been replaced, causing oil to spray throughout the engine, onto the exhaust, and all over our driveway. When we contacted the shop, we were told that if the car was returned before noon, it would be inspected and we would receive a call. We never received that call. Because of this error, we were without a vehicle for two days and had to rearrange work and school schedules, including taking time off work. Ultimately, the only action taken was cleaning the oil spill and refilling the oil. There was no follow-up communication, no apology, and no offer of reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused. Given our long history with this business, we are very surprised and disappointed by the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer care shown in handling this situation. This was once our go-to place, and this experience has significantly changed our confidence in their service.

I pulled in the lot a half hour before they open (open at 7:30am). Even in a blizzard, there are folks lining up outside the door 10+ minutes before they open. With a handicap, you might not be able to stand in line for 20 minutes. It would be a great thing to have some number system or way to make an appointment (where that doesn't evolve into a half day thing for an oil change). 2. The parking lot is always choked full of cars. And driving in circles to find a spot isn't the easiest in this lot. Still, this is a great place in terms of value and quality of work.

With a job that sometimes has me traveling around the burbs, my breaks were in need of replacement. I called in the morning and they were able to fit my car in and finish it same day! It was easy for them to send me an estimate to my phone, texts when my car was ready for pick up, and allowed payment via text link or in person. Will was very professional and nice during the whole experience! They are ASE Certified and a AAA Approved Repair Vendor. I stopped in because my TPSM light had been on for a few months after I left jiffy lube in Wheeling. They had done a tire rotation and when I returned to let them know about the light, I was treated like garbage. All the men that work there are rude AF. They seemed annoyed I returned. Jiffy lube told me to take my car to a tire shop. Anyways Dakota informed me that it could be the sensor, tire slowly losing pressure and talked to me in detail about how to proceed as my car is 12 years old. They also told me how I can save money & the costs of replacing the sensor, labor & were sooooo kind!! I asked if they could help drill my side bumper as well which they said they could do. They don't do full body work. This is close to my home which is another convenience. They have the sweetest quotes on their billboard by the entrance.

To be fair, my experience here started off good & went downhill quickly from there unfortunately. I…read moresaw online that they had a car that I was interested in & the price was good so I decided to call. The MotorWorks operator gave me a 6 p.m. appt. on Mon., 9/22/25 with Sean Caffe. This dealership is far from me but I made the over an hour drive for the appt. I met Sean & he was friendly. He brought the car for me to take a test drive & explained a lot of details to the car which I appreciated. We got back to the dealership & talked in his office. He explained about applying for financing through the dealership & the warranties available. I told him I needed to talk with hubby before making any decisions. He explained that a car can only be held with a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. He also explained that he's off on Wednesdays. The next day which was a Tuesday, I did the finance application through the dealership early afternoon & texted Sean of that from the phone number he gave me but I didn't get a response. I didn't find out until later that evening that number is for calls only. When Joey, who is the finance manager texted me from a different number late evening, that is when I explained that I had done the credit application. Sean let me know that he will have Joey call in the application the next day due to it being his off day. The application was put in & Sean actually called me with the results that I was approved & gave me the APR %. It was when I asked what the payment amount would be & with what bank that surprisingly Sean gave me attitude & I didn't know why as I have a right to know. I told him I would call him back & when I did he apologized for his behavior. I told him it was okay but I also informed him that we did a loan application with our own bank & that is who we want to go with as it was a significantly lower rate. Sean offered to try & see if he could get a lower APR with the bank that approved us & I told him no. He also wanted to see if he could contact our bank as that's one of the banks they use to see if they can get a lower rate. I specifically told Sean as long as there is no hard inquiry done then it's okay. The next thing I know a few hours later I as well as hubby got a phone alert that a hard inquiry was just done. I was livid & called Sean. He told me that I needed to call Joey to find out what he did which in reality shouldn't of been my responsibility to do because this communication was between the two of them. I ended up talking to Joey and letting him know of our displeasure. This changed our hard inquiry status from "fair" to "needs work" which is significant. We talked it through & it was arranged that we would finalize documents & pick up the car on Saturday, 9/27. We had given our bank card information to hold the car for a $1,000 non-refundable deposit. I was informed they had an approval for the same APR % we were given through our bank. I texted both of them saying we wanted to go with our initial bank approval & didn't want anymore surprises to which there was no response back. Fast forward to Saturday, car pickup day. Hubby & I both came in and I asked Sean to get Joey so that he could address to hubby what happened with the hard inquiry stuff. Then Sean showed me the document that had the approval ID information on it. What I suspected was going to happen did. The approval ID that was used for the car was the dealership's application & not ours so they could get credit. I had gotten the two different approval IDs from my bank in advance in case this type of fast one was pulled & it did. I explained that this is not our approval ID. Joey and Sean swore this was not the case until we showed them the different dates & approval numbers. They knew what they did & tried to hide until they couldn't anymore. Hubby & I voiced to the both of them our displeasure & that the approval ID needed to be changed to our approval ID from our original loan application. I'm sure we aren't the first this has happened to or the last. We finally signed all of the documents & given the keys & we were done. We left out of there emotionally exhausted & it didn't have to be this way. We found out that Sean had put the front license plate in the trunk without our knowledge. We live in the city where we were on our way back to so to not have put the plate on or informed us of that fact put us in a high risk of getting a ticket. He had already left the premises & the dealership had just about closed so we were stuck. I will also mention that I wanted a Mercedes spoiler put on but Sean told me they don't put after market parts on but found out thru our local dealer that this is untrue. The customer service here from both Sean & Joey were lacking. Although the place is beautiful inside & the front desk staff were friendly, people who you make a big commission on should be treated fairly & with respect. Don't do underhanded stuff just for a sale or extra commission, it's WRONG.
