Back in 2022 I had a problem with my Saturn Ion that nobody could fix. No shop could find the part that was needed because Saturn went out of business so long ago. I went to well over 8 different shops to get the issue resolved. Garage 31 was the only shop that fixed the issue even though they had to jump through so many hoops to resolve the issue. It was going to cost me over $700 for a tow back to my area. I had the tire slime that is supposed to coat the inside of your tire so you can drive together to a place. But didn't seem to work, i still had a slow leak. So in trying to find a place open on Sunday that could handle Tesla, i found this Firestone in Aurora. I spoke with Bryan on phone and he confirmed they could do it, but they may not have the right tire in stock. Fortunately i had an extra tire with me, and learned the hard way, the night before, a tow truck can't just put a new tire on a rim, it has to be done at a shop. So i drive to Firestone, refilling my tire with air until i got there. Fortunately, that worked. Brian couldn't have been nicer . The shops pretty busy and he tries hard to accommodate everyone. They put on the new tire and i was on my way. I was so relieved and so grateful for Brian's care. I highly recommend this Firestone. I can tell they care bout their clientele.
