Nice people and decent prices but poorly run business. Ordered set of 4 tires and came in for appointment 1 week later and they didn't have the tires. No call or anything. They wanted me to reschedule as they struggled to find someone to go get them. I had limited time to get it done (hence the appointment) so stuck around but took much longer than it should have. Not a week later unfortunately got a flat while driving (not their fault). Luckily got warranty but came in next day, told tire not repairable (understandable) and had to order new one, wouldn't be able to get it for two more days. Driving around on spare with snowy roads and two days go by, no one calls to update. I call in the afternoon and no one knows anything, supposed to call back with update but crickets. Call back an hour later and apparently someone is driving to get it. Another hour goes by and i call again for an update and to complain and finally they have me come in to replace it. I understand it's a busy time of the year but twice in two weeks I was told they would have my tires/tire ready and twice they failed. Seems like something as a "tire" company they should be able to pull off??? read more

Be very suspicious of their tire deals and rebates!!! I got a rebate through Belle Tire in Batavia for 0% interest for 6 months. I looked at a recent bill and Belle through Good Year was charging me 21% interest. Belle was no help at all in making it right, finally got through with the Good Year financing and they admitted their mistake and fixed the issue, but I'm still aggravated to have to go through all of this and wonder how many other customers they are sticking it to. Next time it will be back to Discount Tire where I should have stayed in the first place. Don't trust Belle Tires in Batavia. read more

Brought multiple cars to this location for tires and brake service. First car, they didn't fully attach the break pad, we drove all the way to NC and spent a 1/2 day of our vacation trying to figure out what the noise was coming from our tire. They failed to put a pin in one of the pads. Brought another car in for an oil change and they broke the cover on the bottom of the car and never said anything. We got home and it was dragging in the ground. Manager didn't seem like he cared. Would not recommend. read more

In a moment of weakness, I bought tires from BELLE TIRE! A purchase I will regret for the remainder of these tires. It's not the tires that are bad, it's the HORRABLE SERVICE FROM BELLE TIRE! THE SERVICE IS SO BAD, I PURCHASED THE SAME SERVICE WITH DISCOUNT TIRES, AGAIN! BELLE TIRE - YOU HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO GET YOUR TIRES BALANCED during a rotation. DISCOUNT TIRES - It's automatic. Not even a question whether the tires should be balanced. It's part of their Honest, Faithful Service and Commitment to their customers. BELLE TIRE - An appointment means nothing. Just another way of WASTING YOUR TIME IN THEIR STORE. DISCOUNT TIRES - An appointment time is the time YOU WILL GET SERVICE. Discount Tires VALUES YOUR TIME! They understand that customers don't have time to waste hours sitting in their stores. The HORROR STORY OF BELLE TIRE - So, I thought I would try I new tire store in town. BELLE TIRE. Purchased my tires and during the installation they did a Front-End Alignment check. Prior to this I had ZERO ISSUES WITH MY FRONT END. My 2019 truck track true going down the road. According to their computer I need an alignment. So, I agree to have it done. As I drove home my truck kept pulling to the right. I thought I would drive it a few days to see if things would settle down with the new tires. Driving on the interstate provide to be a new problem too, vibration in the steering. Since I was going on a long trip, both problems were unacceptable. I went back to the store and explained the problems. After listening to why they should not have to do anything because everything was alright it was just my tires and ME. Will, I've been on this earth for a LONG TIME and driving a truck most of it - I KNOW BETTER! I would NOT accept their excuses and wanted the tires rebalanced (maybe for the first time) and the alignment recheck. Of course, there was nothing wrong with either problem - so they said. I was leaving on my trip the next morning. So, off I go. The truck still pulling to the right but not as bad. Driving, things didn't feel right. I check the tire pressure from the gauges inside the truck only to find they let air out of one side and put more air in the other tire. This was done to try to correct the pulling to the right. Returning from my trip (5000 miles) I go back to have the tires Balanced and Rotated. They were happy to rotate the tires but not balance them. "Tires don't need to be balanced as often as people think they do." WRONG! Next fight to get the tires balanced and rotated. So the truck comes out and I look to see if the weights had been removed and replaced anywhere on the tires. NOPE! NOT DONE! I go back in and ask why the tires had not been balanced I was told they were and as they stated tires don't need to be balanced. They were good just the way they were. FUMING AT THIS POINT I let them know I am NOT A PLEASE CUSTOMER, but I don't have the time now to continue to fight with them. I go to another shop and PAY to have the tires balanced. Convinced this is the FIRST TIME THEY HAD BEEN BALANCED since the vibration in the steering went away - GO FIGURE! But remember that pulling to the right? Now, with balanced tires, and the CORRECT AIR PRESSURE IN ALL FOUR TIRES, IT'S BACK - REALLY BACK! You can't let go of the steering wheel without making a right-hand turn. There were recalls from Ford that needed to be fix so the truck went in for the repairs at which time I asked them to check the front-end alignment. Of course, it was WAY OUT OF ALIGNMENT! They asked me who did the alignment the last time. I told them BELLE TIRE. They all started laughing. I guess you won't make that mistake again, will you? NOPE! Now back from a new adventure I make an appointment to have the tires "BALANCED AND ROTATED" at Belle TIRE. You know that service I PAID FOR!?? I show up to my appointment in the middle of the day only to be told "You'll have to wait an hour and a half to two hours." WTF! THAT'S WHY I MADE AN APPOINTMENT! Out the door I went NEVER TO RETURN TO BELLE TIRE. DISCOUNT TIRE WILL YOU TAKE ME BACK - PLEASE!???? Will of course they did, with welcoming arms. I (AGAIN) paid for the service I WAS NOT GETTING FROM BELLE TIRE. Made an appointment and WHAT DO YOU KNOW, I had my service done ON TIME! read more

This store recently opened in Batavia so thought I'd stop in for a quote for 4 tires as my SUV was due. Jacob couldn't have been nicer, accommodating and listened to my concerns. Their price and service, I couldn't beat as I did shop around. Jacob ordered the tires on 6/29/23 and they were there at 8am on 6/30/23. The install process was prompt and professional. All the staff was very personable and caring. After my 4 tires were installed, I took it on the highway to make sure everything was ok. NOT ONE SINGLE STEERING WHEEL WOBBLE OR VIBRATION!!!
