I went to just get one of my tires filled up and Cody was nice to fill all my tires up to hit the 35 mark. The other three were at 33. Cody was helpful and got my Jeep in and out quickly. I've had two of my tires replaced here and they always are helpful. read more

Tim is the store manager and I have to say he made my experience way better than I would have imagined. As a multiple car owner and a stunt driver for film and television, I am very pleased and surprised with how he handles business. It's refreshing to see great customer service. Once again thank you, I will be back to service another vehicle. read more

Everything! Work, price and efficiency! I have been going to this Discount tire for a number of years. Always go back because if service and price. read more

I received a text and email the day before my scheduled tire installation, notifying me of their earlier availability. Upon my arrival, I was greeted in a professional manner. I purchased Bridgestone Dueler tires at a significantly lower price compared to the dealership & labor cost was also reduced. My car was returned to me at the promised time, which I appreciated. This branch features a spacious & clean waiting area, along with nearby food establishments in case you get hungry while you wait. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided & the value of the tires. It's also important to note that with every tire purchase, customers receive several complimentary services, including free rotation, rebalancing, air checks, tire inspections & flat repairs. read more

Customer service is great!! Had a slow leak so I ran to their store at 5:30 hoping they could look at it. I don't normally like to do this to a business knowing they close in 30 minutes. The employee was very accommodating and took a look. Unfortunately it couldn't be patched so he recommended a few options. I accepted and he said "we will have you out by 6:30." And he did! They have my business for as long as I live here! Great customer service!!! read more

I needed new tires fast since I blew out my front tire. My car is a Lexus LC500 sports car which required special high performance run flat tires which is difficult to find. I ordered the tires on Sunday, they arrived at Discount Tire on Tuesday (1 day early) and they got me in 30 minutes after I was notified via eMail that the tires arrived... wow! Great service, fast turn around, and great prices. You can't ask for anything more. Thanks! read more

I think they screwed us over. My wife went over there to get a new set of tires. Before she left, I told her to refuse the extra warranty they will try to sell on the tires. It is $33/tire, which is an extra $132. When she came back, I saw that she had bought the warranty. I asked her what happened and she said that they added the warranty without even asking her. Apparently , she had already paid by the time she realized and didn't want to make a fuss about it. She isn't very comfortable at repair shops, which is why she went there to begin with. Discount Tire, in general, has a decent reputation but I guess the St. Charles store is one to avoid. read more

Bought tires this morning got best price and extra courteous service would definitely recommend discount tire in st Charles off Randell rd

Following week I had a 4 wheel alignment done to ensure the issue wasn't my car, GM didn't find an issue, alignment was a little out. A week Later I contacted TireRack, told them Tires still did not feel right, and asked what could we do? They offered me a New set of Tires, but it had to be the same tires. So I got New tires, had them delivered to this store (again). Had a conversation with the manager Tim. who let me know that based on my review, they did have their balance machines checked and one was out of tolerance. He did call me, but I didn't pick up. So, I bought new tires because they were 11 yrs old, good tread, But sensors were dying. No issues with my car handling. 4 trips to tire store, 1 trip to dealer. vibrations are gone. TireRack lived up to my expectations, But still can't give discount tire a good review. Will run the tires for another 2 months then get my alignment checked again and tires re-balanced. Hopefully tires will soften up over time. read more

I have been a customer at this location of discount tire ( Algonquin, IL) for multiple years. They have serviced my Toyota, then BMW and now the Tesla's. Great quality and value for money. Also they provide great advise and alternative options where applicable. Their 'free air check' is my fav. :-) read more

I been buying my tires here because the service is great and when I need air they put for me and also the rotations are free. I got a 70 rebate on my new and expensive tires but I feel better now driving my car I hope the tires will not disappoint me in the winter. I had two choices perelli tires or Michelin's so I got the Michelin's tires since my dad always used to say they are the best . The original tires were a peace of junk from Kia I finished them or warned them out in about 35 thousand miles. Plus one of them I had a bump on the wall so not to risk a blow out just got all 4 tires. The sales person told me I was going to be out with in the house read more

I've been going to this location for many years and they never disappoint. I'm not sure how, but they have recently stepped up their customer service game beyond the bar of excellence previously set. At the risk of being repetitive to what other reviewers are saying, they have bent over backwards to provide super fast service, with in-person updates to the status of your vehicle along the way. Lastly, I have to give a shout out to Tyler, who has been our rep several times recently. He could teach a class in customer service! A huge thanks from me and my family. read more

They do a nice job as busy as the store can get, they always go above and beyond with a smile.

They can honor appointments. I'm writing this review sitting in the waiting room waiting for my car to be serviced. It now been an hour after having to check in twice and being told "your car is next" I've seen walk-in come and go as I'm waiting. I should have gone to Costco. read more

Joseph was incredibly helpful, have got my tires here for years and love the free air refill.

Had a tire blow out on 90 put a spare on and made it to Discount Tire St Charles 5 min before they closed. Worried I would have to call in to work tomorrow because I would have no car, they took care of me after hours. Joey and Adair are one of a kind. Helped me get tires in my price range and really made me feel like I had been coming here for years. I cannot recommend their service enough, I will be singing their praises for a long time. Truly a customer service experience you do not see these days. Bravo gentleman! 5 Stars! read more

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the types of tires they have and which is recommended.

Prompt, excellent service. Made my appointment online. Checked in on time and was out within an hour. One of the guys even offered me a bottle of water and promised good service and delivered. And what more do I need to say? Yes, I would recommend this location. Was a very good value. I consider this a rave review and I'm now just trying to use up the 85 characters. read more

This is the ONE and ONLY place for your tire needs. Three reasons, honesty, service and price. Toyota dealership said I had a screw that could not be fixed. Got a second opinion at Discount Tire. It was in the middle of the tread. 100% fixable...and FREE. That is right free. Discount Tire offers free patches and air . It was worth it to get a HONEST second opinion. Additionally, I found their tire pricing to be better than Costco. Replaced my minivan tires earlier this year. Was $150 under Costco pricing even with their member coupon/special. This is why Discount Tire will always be my ONE and ONLY place I go for all my tire needs. read more

Was told new tire install would be done in an hour. Took way longer and would suggest the business has text communication with their customers on when there vehicle is done instead of having 30 people crammed in the waiting area . I watched the service tech as he was trying to locate the security key and he was slamming my car doors and acting pissed. I will never come here again. Unorganized. It was a very stressful hectic trip as it should have been smooth read more

This shop makes tire maintenance easy peasy. I appreciate not feeling swindled when I shop here for tires. Everyone is friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I've bought lots of tires from this place. Since I'm a magnet for sharp objects attacking my sidewalls (too many to count!) I always get the optional "wrecked tire insurance," which replaces an unrepairable tire at no additional charge. Tire purchase also includes free flat fixes and tire rotation & balance. Drive up anytime they're open to get a free pressure check and fill. I seriously love that. read more

This place is pretty great. Today we brought the car in because a tire has been leaking air. They discovered the tire was totally fine. The rim was corroded. I wasn't ready to purchase a new rim. They used a drill and wire brush to remove the corrosion and put the tire back on. Didn't charge us anything. I've never bought anything from DT, but they still did the investigation and minor repair for free. Other places nearby will charge you by the 30 / 60 min time frame to do anything to the car. DT was very friendly and does basic tire work for free (balancing and rotating). Will be taking my tire business there in the future. read more

Excellent quality and service. I've purchased tires here several times and have always had a good experience. Stopped today with a piece of metal in my tire and received excellent service from their team. The manager, Steven, is a true professional. He provided a high level of service to everyone who came through the door while I waited and was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. They have earned my business for as long as I live in St. Charles. read more

This place is the best!!! All the workers are so nice and explain things in a way I can understand. They are never pushy and (here's the best part) fix the tires FOR FREE!! They also do free tire checks and fill ups if needed. As a woman there are not many car places I recommend but I highly recommend this Discount Tire. I would never go anywhere else!! read more

Had a flat last night 50 miles from home. I called Pep boys, right down the street. I was told "sorry we are closing". I called Discount Tire Talked to a young man named Josh, he told me they were closing soon, but he would stay & get me taken care of. Two others stayed & helped. They had me back on the road in fifteen minutes. Your Company should be very proud of your crew in St. Charles. You have my business . You guys (and girl) are the best !! Sincerely, Kevin Murphy read more

Came in day prior for a tire patch, was evaluated and decided it was patchable. Set up an appointment for next day. Showed up re-evaluated it and determined they wouldn't do it due to the tread and required a new tire. Felt like I was being hustled. Could hear it next to me. It seems like the young fellas here have a need to hustle you. I had no problem with the older gentleman. Second I talk to the young fella he's giving me a sales pitch. Watched it 3 times in front of me. read more

Ripped off my 70 year old father turning a legitimate $500 rim problem into a $1500 tire upsell. When they owned up to their mistake later my father was told nothing could be done because his previous tires (which turned out to not be an issue) had already recycled. I made a appointment to have tires rotated via their web site. I was 10 minutes early. Said they had no record of my appointment. Terrible Web site they said I should have called to make appointment read more

This was such a pleasant experience Thank you for offering this free tire pressure check. I'm a single lady and I needed to get this done. Didn't even need to get of car. What a blessing! Definitely keep you in mind when I need tire service. read more

This location is awesome. Friendly, helpful staff provide efficient service and explain things in ways I can understand, without intimidating or pressuring me to make purchases. I've always had great experiences here. I recently came in because my tires were wayyyyyy run down. While my dealership didn't care and didn't offer to assist me in any way (despite having less than half the amount of miles on my tires as their warranty was good for), I took the initiative to call the tire company and they told me to take them to one of their approved service providers to see what they could do. I called before I arrived to be sure they knew how to help. When I arrived, they knew who I was and made the phone call for me and were able to assist me with my tires. I got a nice set of new tires for a good price and they were very helpful in laying out my options for me. I visit regularly for tire pressure checks and rotations and have also invested in their tire warranty program. Great place! read more

A couple days ago I got another flat tire that needed patching/replacing. Remembering my great experience 2 years ago, I decided to drive the 20+ minutes (on my donut) to this location. So SO glad I did. I went into this facility with a super flat tire, wanting to save money.. I came out of it with two new tires for the price of one, all because these guys actually care. (Might've cried a little bit on the way home-thanks guys) They're not just out for your money. They want to provide good honest service. Jason and his team go above and beyond at this facility. Couldn't recommend more! read more

I made an appointment at 8am when they opened to get all 4 of my tires replaced. We bought 4 new tires 9 months ago, one had a very slow leak from the start, we needed to add air about once a month. Today we noticed a big gouge in that tire, deep enough that you can see the metal radial inside. We took it back, they said the tire is just fine, and does not need to be replaced. This tire is unsafe and will not last. I am afraid it will blow out on the highway at some point. We will never buy here again. BEWARE. Check any tires you buy carefully, and check the manufacture dates on the tires. read more

Top notch customer service and always walk out with a positive experience - I won't go to another tire shop

DO NOT GO HERE. I have no idea how this store has such good reviews. Mack is rude. They have never been helpful. They ripped me off!!!!!!

Amazing experience! My coworkers told me about Discount Tire and frankly I thought it was too good to be true, but since I work in hospitality, I decided to give them the authenticity test ;). Discount Tire lived up to any expectations I had and their stellar reputation. They truly understand customer service, loyalty, and branding and they are authentic about it. I went in with a nail in my tire (new car too, so hoping not to have to replace tires) and they were professional, courteous, and dynamic from the beginning, telling me all the information and what to expect. I had no appointment and was out of their with a repaired tire within half hour. Amazing and I will consider them now for any and all tire needs. read more
