I was at work all day, my husband dropped my car off for an OIL CHANGE ONLY. He also tried to tell me that the plug was off when I dropped the car off, so they left it off. NO professional would see this plug out and leave it out, and then never even notify their customer that the plug is out. Don't be cheap, forget about that 25. Off coupon. Location is a little confusing to find at first. I got my resonator and front pipe replaced. It's a lot cheaper since they're able to cut and weld. Wait time was only an hour and half. So far, the work they did is great. My car sounds a lot better. One star was taken off because the girl working at the register can use a better attitude. My guess is she didn't pursue any career, so this is the best she can do. Don't ask her any questions about your car after it's finished because she's completely clueless. No surprise. FYI, my mechanic told me if the check engine light comes on after you get your muffler replaced, it'll take a day or two to turn off by itself. Very normal.

I drove to and asked the Bolingbrook Midas if they could do the repair. Danny provided an estimate but cautioned me that the parts and repair required my car stay with them for several days and they could not fit my car's repair into their schedule that day. Fine!! We scheduled the repair and my car was dropped off on the arranged day. The repair was completed two days earlier than expected ( Hooray!!), the cost was the same as the estimate, and without me asking, Danny inquired if I needed a ride to pick up my car.
