I had a full front wrap/ceramic coating/undercoating and I could not be happier! Omar had it in the building when I arrived sitting under the bright lights and I almost needed sun glasses! Ella (her new name), glistened under the lights. Omar showed us how nothing would stick to the surface. Mother Nature had be showing her lately, and you can barely tell that it has ever been in the rain! There were some extras with the wrap that I asked for and there were no additional charges! Absolutely fantastic customer service and products. Ruby (2025 XT5) is going in for some hail damage and the front wrap/ceramic, and I know that Omar and the crew will treat her right! You will not go wrong hiring these professionals to work on your vehicle. Highly recommended! This work was done at the Downers Grove location.

(6 out of 5 Stars if I could!) In a world where genuine…read morecustomer service has become completely rampant with apathy, Boyce Auto Werks stands out as an absolute masterclass in professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I will be the first to admit that I am an absolute snob when it comes to attention to detail. I am completely "anal-retentive" about my vehicle, and my standards are incredibly high. If you are like me and hesitate to trust your car with just anyone, let me save you the stress: do not hesitate for a single second to bring your vehicle here. This is your place. The ENTIRE experience was flawless from start to finish: The Front Desk Team: The two ladies at the front counter are phenomenal. Every single time I called or walked through the door, they were patient, deeply helpful, and genuinely caring. Their warmth meant a lot to me, especially during a incredibly difficult personal week following my father's passing on March 27th. Communication & Care: I dropped my car off and picked up my rental on Monday, March 30th. Kyle was outstanding to deal with. He was patient, highly communicative, and thoroughly answered every single email and phone call I threw his way. Unmatched Integrity: This is what sets them apart from every other shop in the country. They accidentally caused a minor scratch on one of my windows during the repair. I hadn't even seen it yet, but Kyle proactively called me, took full ownership of it, and completely replaced the glass and the window tinting at zero charge to me--while covering the extra days on my rental car without a single drop of friction. That level of transparency is unheard of today! They literally left no stone unturned--they even have excellent, high-quality candy in the waiting area! I cannot think of a single thing this business could remotely improve upon. Boyce Auto Werks has earned a customer for life. If you want pristine work done by honest, meticulous people who actually care about their customers, look no further. (note to the owner: please seriously consider giving these three people I dealt with raises as they more than deserve it)

I looked up Miromax for PDR and figured I would trust them to fix my baby. Miroslav and his wife were excellent to deal with and everything was explained as to what needed to be done to restore it to new condition. I had several over-sized dents and two that were creased right on edges (which is hard to fix) being so close to the edge. I picked up my truck three days later and it looked like it did when I drove off the dealers lot! Miromax is truly an outstanding shop that was clean, organized, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This is an award winning shop and it shows in their work. As thorough as I am, I was unable to see any of the previous damage. Not one dent, crease, dimple...notta! I was originally going to go to a collision shop, until they said that they were going to have a PDR shop (30 miles) from my house, do the work. I said NO, and I then chose to use Miromax.
