This review specifically refers to the one that deals with progressive and I'm pretty sure it's the address 801 (actually it's 701!!!), but when it all comes down to it I'm sure the service between the two is completely identical. On January 3rd the new decade was off to a great start when I walked outside and saw that someone had did a hit and run on my car. They damaged the left side of the rear end and left a decent dent. My auto insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision, I brought my car in that Tuesday and they analyzed the damages with me. They told me everything that would have to be replaced etc, just gave me the full details of what they will be doing to my car. Great professionalism from the very beginning. I believe my car was ready around Jan 15th, or somewhere around the date. It took them about a week and a half to fix my car, and when I picked it up they even gave it a car wash and vacuumed the carpet in the passenger seat area. My friends were in my car for the new year and the carpet was a little dirty from all the snow/ ice/ salt etc. so I really appreciated the extra mile they went to vacuum my carpets. What I also enjoy about this company is how they are partnered with Enterprise, so when you drop your car off with them someone from Enterprise will pick you up, so you can rent a car. Overall phenomenal service, the only criticism I have is they are not very upfront about how much the repairs will cost. I didn't know until it was time to pay. The repairs came out to about $2,300 (ish). Quite frankly, in my case it really doesn't matter. I paid the $500 deductible and Progressive handled the rest. Which is why you should ALWAYS drive with insurance. I'm sure the person who did a hit and run on my car didn't have insurance . Jokes on them, they can drive around town with a battered dent up car; however as for me my standards are too high for that. ESPECIALLY since I'm paying a car note. There will be no dents on my car, none. A big thanks to Caliber Collision for helping me out and providing the most exceptional service. They have really raised the bar. After doing quite a bit of research on several shops nearby, a lot of these insurance recommended shops felt like high turnover and didn't seem specialized for Lexus vehicles. I even made a point to call the nearest Lexus dealership and they recommended what felt like a random "mom n pop" shop. As a last resort, I ended up going through the Lexus website where I found Boyce was one of just a handful of Lexus certified shop in the Chicagoland area. After some initial conversations with Kyle and Josue, I could tell they were considering many different aspects of different safety features that could have been damaged from the rear impact collision. This attention to detail sold me, and although I had to wait a couple weeks to bring the car in for repairs I was convinced they wouldn't miss anything during repair. From the minute I decided to go with Boyce, it was pretty much smooth sailing. Boyce took care of any necessary correspondence needed with my insurance company, scheduled Enterprise Car rental to pick me up from the shop, and were very responsive to any calls or emails checking on status. On completion of repairs, I came in to pick up my car which looked pretty close to brand new, however I had noticed some new damage to the driver's side door which wasn't there before. Luckily, Boyce takes hi res photos of the vehicle before taking in and were able to confirm they were at fault. While it was inconvenient to have to bring my car in a second time, I'm just glad Jim was able to confirm and take care of the damages and 2nd rental vehicle. That was very professional, honest, and detail oriented. Knock on wood I don't need to ever come back for repairs, but if I do I know who to call. 'Til next time, cheers!

We've been back far too many times because of it. 2-3 weeks ago, we were promised that parts would be in. Upon arrival, we were told parts aren't in yet. This is the second time they did not communicate that parts weren't in. How long does it actually take to get the part when ordered? Certainly not 3 weeks. We do not have time for this mismanagement of customer service.
