Great customer service and amazing work! Luis treats each car like its his own and really takes his time with each detail. He will even walk you through the process and tell you what you can expect . He recently did one of my cars I picked up a few months ago (the paint really needed some attention). The results were fantastic!! I like to give a good wax/polish job the old towel test. To see how smooth the finish is on a vehicle, toss a clean soft towel on the hood. If it slides off, you've got yourself a great finish. If it sticks to the hood, well, it looks like you could use another coat. Needless to say, the towel ended up on the ground. Great work Luis! If you see some of his work on the website, you'll notice he's done a variety of cars, including some really high end automobiles. The best part is that he approaches every vehicle with the same amount of care. I will definitely be taking my business back! read more

Amazing service! Best decision I've made for making my car look new again.... can't wait to bring my other car soon so it can look flawless as well! Thanks! read more

You couldn't find a nicer person to to do business with than Luis. I sent him an email and he called me within minutes. I got an appointment right away and he even gave me a ride home (I live in the area). On top of that, I cannot say enough about his meticulous work. He detailed my car inside and out. I also had him protect my finish with the Opti Glass Coat. Seriously, my car looked like it was brand new. He has photos of his work on his Facebook page, but you really have to see the results in person to grasp the fine work that he does. He is the ultimate perfectionist and it shows! I will only be bringing my car to Automobile Day Spa from now on! I highly recommend his services. read more

I went fishing in Trego, Wisconsin & came back with plenty of Northern Pike. Unfortunately my cooler holding the fish broke and I had a terrible fishy-type smell in my Ford Expedition.Aarghhh...I called the owner who even though he was playing baseball with his son he offered to assist me in getting rid of the horrible fumes that have taken poccession of my Ford Expedition. Its nice to find a business that actually knows the meaning of *Customer Service*. This place will remain at the top of my list and be recommended to family and friends. *Especially those that have kids*. Thanks Lou!!! Lori Amanolesei read more

Lui was able to completely restore the paint on our 2012 VW Touareg Exec. The paint looked as good as the day we bought it. He also transformed the inside back to life. Dash, wood grain trim, carpet...all look great. I cannot say enough about the fan static job he did and his attention to detail. I highly recommend the Automobile Day Spa if you want to get your car or truck looking like new again. read more

Automobile Day Spa - Touareg detail - Auto Detailing Near Me - Lombard, Illinois

I've used Luis a few times now to detail my vehicle. He responds quickly to appointment requests, and he does a fantastic job. You can tell he really loves cars and is excited about his work. He is knowledgeable about vehicles in general, and it's always interesting learning little tidbits from him. On occasion, he's even offered to go above and beyond when I've had a simple repair needed (rear light, etc). I highly recommend Luis for you car beautification needs! read more

Me and my wife had just bought a brand new 2012 Golf R and knew right away we wanted to get the car Opti-coated. Unfortunately, we couldn't find anyone near the Chicagoland area and was about to go up to Minnesota. But luckily through a VW forum member we were introduced to Lui and are sooo happy and grateful to have met him...it was a godsend. Lui was very friendly and prompt. He did an amazing job on the car and we could not be happier with how the opt-coat turned out. Just the next day while we were driving along we noticed that bugs could not cling to the car and just slid off as we crusing about 50 mph. Awesome product, awesome job...def recommend Lui and his car detailing services. read more

Luis worked on my Acura TSX this weekend, and it turned out gorgeous. The car is about 4 years old, and the interior hasn't been cleaned since I bought it. Luis was able to get out all of the paw prints my dog left behind on my tan leather seats and some grease mark's past mechanics left behind. In addition, the exterior just sparkles. I will definitely be back after the winter for a clean up again. Luis did a phenomenal job and for a really great price. Thanks Luis! read more

Well wanted to try his services but after one email, no communication after that. Need to find another place that seems to do great work.

if you're looking to get opticoat done in the chicagoland area, look no further than here. Lui really does have a lot of attention to detail (which you would want in your detailer) and spent all day (literally, like 12 hrs) making the paint on my 8 year old audi look as good as it could, then put some opticoat over it. i'll definitely go back and would recommend Lui to my friends and family for their detailing needs. read more

Luis and helper accommodated the timing I needed, were efficient and "detailed" and meticulous. The price was good and the work excellent.

I recently had my '08 Corvette detailed by Luis and it turned out great. He first did a full exterior detail, spending a lot of time cleaning up the paint and removing scratches and swirls. Then he added a layer of Opti-Coat to protect it. The results were fantastic and I'm very happy with how my car turned out! Luis is a great guy who does quality work and I would highly recommend his services. read more

Great job on the interior of my Camry. He even offered to give me a ride to get my car when it was finished.

Was referred to Lui & Auto Day Spa by fellow online members of the Volkswagen community when looking to have my 2013 Volkswagen Golf R tuned. Although I only went stage 1, The United Motorsport product is outstanding, and the performance will speak for itself. Perhaps more important in my mind is the fact a good product can often be diminished without customer service to match. This is where Lui really sets himself apart. It's apparent that he has a passion for his work and truly cares about keeping his clients satisfied. Since my initial tune I have made a variety of changes to my car and Lui has always been available to answer a question or even make a suggestion. (Switched my intake on his recommendation with awesome results and he was even able to put me in touch with a distributor to get a great price.) I couldn't be happier. It's nice to know the relationship doesn't end when you walk out the door. (Fully satisfied I'm sure.) Although I haven't had my personal vehicle detailed at the Day Spa yet, I've seen the work Lui does and would not hesitate to send more business his way without a second thought. read more
