He mentioned he was using a new product and said he wanted to stop by the following week to check on how it performed, but that follow-up never happened. He also advised me that I would need a special pH-neutral car wash for the ceramic coating. When I reached out to arrange that wash, he was unresponsive. After three attempts to contact him, he responded that he was out of the country but provided no information about when he would return or whether he could complete the job, and I have not heard back since. At this point, I'm not even sure if he's still in business. While the actual work was 5-star quality, the lack of communication and follow-through afterward really soured the overall experience and brought the rating down for me.

I took it to Precision Polish Auto Detail and it looks brand-new again! They did paint correction and ceramic coating for me. I just picked up my car yesterday after work. On my way to work this morning from Bartlett to Batavia, it rained. 30 minutes after it stopped raining I went outside to see how the car looked in the sunlight and it was still beautiful without a spot on it!
