We called at 10:30pm. After driving 10.5 hours from NY, we broke down 10 minutes from home. The customer service rep told us it would be 15-30 minute wait. After 1 hour, we called back to ask for an ETA. The same customer service rep said "I'm not the driver, I can't tell you exactly when he will be there. It shouldn't be too much longer". It's now 12:30. After 2 hours, we tried again and they won't answer our calls. Absolutely ridiculous. They might be cheap but they are unreliable to say the least. read more

Shout out to Grant Towing! I was stranded on RT. 30 after my serpentine belt snapped. The driver showed up within 30 minutes, hooked me up and got my ride straight to the repair shop. Thanks for the excellent service! read more

The worst company, extremely rude, I called upset because they towed my car and to ask for an explanation and the young man hung up the phone, they didn't give me an explanation, I just had to pay in cash...and they charge $230 just because they want, I'm going to sue them, and you should too if they've done the same to you read more

Bad experience - Drive stated cheapest to two car to yard (was not told what yard) that insurance would cover it..... We had Liability Insurance DOES NOT cover that tow. Now we have our car sitting in a yard I have no idea where it is and when I tried to call I was hung up on. Still have no idea where the car is and how much we are paying to have it sit there..... read more

I don't understand the 3 star rating on this. I've not seen anyone go above and beyond like this company in a very long time. They were fixing a lil' door damage that was done to my car. He fixed my dented bumper for me for the inconvenience. They have gotten themselves a raving fan here. I do hair, I see a lot of people that I'll be telling this story to. These people are the real deal! read more

I waited two and a half hours for the truck to show up after an accident with my kids. I was told 30-40 minutes. Once the guy showed up he was polite but overcharged me by four miles. I will never call this company again read more

Horrible Horrible service DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! NO communication what so ever. Receptionist gives no info they don't have a main office had to wait 10 minutes before a tow truck driver could come and open the gate. The people who answer the phones are a joke no customer service what so ever! $140.00 these ppl are rip offs go somewhere else try Edy &sons next door they may be of better assistance. These people don't even deserve one star!! read more

These guys have been nothing but accommodating and genuinely concerned with making sure I'm happy with the service I receive. I didn't happen to call them in the first place...the police did that after I spun out into a creek, but after this, I will continue to use them as my towing company. Extremely professional, great company. read more

Customer Service is pathetic. Called for a tow and ended up getting berated by the guy on the other end saying he didn't have time to take my call because he has other more important customers. This tow company was recommended by my dealership and I will be sure to pass on my horrible experience to them in hopes that they drop their contract. read more

I would leave zero if I could. I called and the call kept dropping so I did what any normal person would do and called back. Only to be greeted with, "It's a little ridiculous to call more than once, I've been trying to deal with a stranded driver." Um hello, I am a stranded driver too, and when I explained that the call kept dropping he kindly clarified that no, that was him hanging up on me. Thanks for making a bad day worse. read more

I wouldn't even leave a star but you have to in order to leave a comment. I never write reviews that are bad. Only because I know how important reviews are to businesses. Well this time i am. Horrible the way the tow truck driver treated me left me in tears and so upset . I hope this company realizes how important customer service is and re thinks on hiring complete ignorant people. Never having my car towed by them ever again. read more

It was going to cost me over $700 for a tow back to my area. I had the tire slime that is supposed to coat the inside of your tire so you can drive together to a place. But didn't seem to work, i still had a slow leak. So in trying to find a place open on Sunday that could handle Tesla, i found this Firestone in Aurora. I spoke with Bryan on phone and he confirmed they could do it, but they may not have the right tire in stock. Fortunately i had an extra tire with me, and learned the hard way, the night before, a tow truck can't just put a new tire on a rim, it has to be done at a shop. So i drive to Firestone, refilling my tire with air until i got there. Fortunately, that worked. Brian couldn't have been nicer . The shops pretty busy and he tries hard to accommodate everyone. They put on the new tire and i was on my way. I was so relieved and so grateful for Brian's care. I highly recommend this Firestone. I can tell they care bout their clientele. Also their bathroom is really clean. Thanks, Bryan! I was so stressed out and the sense of relief that i could then get home safely was such a relief.
