Santana never gave any refunds for any junk lifts sold to Palmer's Equipment. Yes we are…read morewholesalers and so are they, but we don't claim 15 lifts run and work----when they don't and 10 are missing parts---they never issued any refunds to us for anything....I personally let my salesguy know of all issues immediately on recieving anything and every time he denied any and all issues and tried to say parts must have been removed @ my place from several lifts! Haha--no one wants to steal lift parts---the last $10k they stole from me for lifts that literally should have went to the scrap yard....which were all supposedly tested and supposedly running and working I had 1 locked up engine, 3 missing starters, 1 engine w/ bad compression that is blown, 1 lift missing fan and radiator completely blow apart sitting in the lift, 1 lift with a bad wiring harness that will not run, 1 lift missing all of the fuel system parts off the top of the engine, etc, etc, etc....Deal before that, they sold me a pile of junk diesel Nissan---which supposedly ran and worked great, no leaks or anything supposedly---it went directly to another customer---who had to completely rebuild the entire lift.....deal before that----i bought 5 lifts---were junk but the best they ever sold me---all supposed to run/work---1 needed a clutch and was not operational at all 3 more needed slave cylinders and were not useable.....Deal before that...they sold 2 lifts supposedly run and worked----were junkers still sitting on yard not worth fixing, trans shot, brakes shot, no compression, multiple issues----I still have 6 junk lifts out of 15 I bought from these guys 2yrs ago that were all supposed to run that I can do nothing with but scrap when metal goes up...Thanks Santana!

This was the second time I rented large power equipment from BI Rental, and was even a better…read moreexperience than four years ago because when the scissor lift was delivered, the deliveryman helped me determine very quickly that it was absolutely not the right equipment for what I wanted to do, and he immediately took it back and brought out the correct equipment, which was a Niftylift self-drive boom lift. I just had to pay the difference between the two rentals, and the bucket boom was fantastic, and allowed me to safely and easily do a lot of tree trimming and repair work that would have been incredibly dangerous with a ladder or on the roof. The delivery cost was more than reasonable and saved me a large amount of time. After the deliveryman spent ten minutes running me through the operation, it took me about twenty minutes on my own to get comfortable with the equipment. It more than paid for itself by saving me either hospital and insurance costs, or funerary expenses on my family's part. Just as with last time, the staff at BI Rental are all about efficiency and making sure the customer gets the greatest value out of their rental.
