They completely broke a cat tree, scratched an end table, scratched a shoe stand, scratched a TV stand, scratched a dresser. I'm understanding about the dresser; that thing was a heavy beast. The other pieces of furniture were very light weight, there's no excuse. They also got mud all over the furniture. Kicking myself for using them and not paying a little bit more for better rated movers.
