Stanley and his son Aaron came out the day after we called for help, came in very close in price to our original estimate AND they did all the work the same day. We had a MAJOR problem that involved every homeowner's worst nightmare (cutting through concrete and digging up the ground!!) but they finished in less than four hours and we were only without use of plumbing for maybe half that time. Stanley took the time to explain EVERYTHING and assured us that he was treating the project as though it was his own home. It helped that he's also a super personable guy and knows a ton because he's been around forever. Not only did he win our business for this job but now we will call him for our regular pumping needs too. Tim texted me promptly the next day and was able to schedule me on a Thursday between 11-12. Overall, the service was good. Our carpets look clean, and his estimate fair! The only issue I had was that they were not on time. I texted him around 11:00, anticipating for them to arrive between 11-12 as they had said, but they didn't get to texting me back until 12:20. They didn't arrive until 1:30 pm, so they were over an hour late than anticipated. I understand that backups can happen, but I would have appreciated the transparency that they were held up and were going to be late, rather than trying to figure out if they were going to come. When they did arrive, they were incredibly friendly and did our den room carpet for free. It's clear they care about their service, and they were great to talk to. Overall, very nice men and I'll be using their services again.
