We recently had Jose from Solo Construction & Landscaping out to do two projects with us. We have…read morea lot of plans for the outside of our home, but need to do things in phases. Jose was very accommodating. Our first project was a 15' round patio/fire pit. We entertain a lot so our old hole in the ground just wasn't cutting it anymore. Jose and his crew showed up promptly when they said they would and completed the work quickly; I think in a matter of three full days. They regraded part of the yard and even seeded for grass. It honestly turned out awesome and we are so happy with it. Our second project was a small patio to the side of my home, meant to house our grill. I started the work myself by digging the hole and there it sat for it nearly two year unfinished... Unfortunately work obligations kept me from completing it, and I lost motivation. After having Jose out for the first project I knew I had to get him back to help me finish this one too. Solo's quote was extremely competitive; I think because he a 'smaller' local contractor. He's meticulous and his work shows he really cares about the outcome. I trusted Jose and It paid off. They went above and beyond, even disposing of some old concrete we were desperate to get rid of, free of charge. Solo Construction & Landscaping will be our go to for any additional work we have in the future and we will recommend Jose and his crew until any day.

Lake cook has continuously blamed the recent heavy rains and architects design of the house as being the issue. As you can see, it was not raining hard when I took these today and the water is still flowing over the side, under the diverter they installed. It's not even making it to the gutter now!
