    I was not impressed with this company's poor communication and management of my delivery. This…read morecompany was contracted with Cost Plus World Market when I ordered a couch online. They called me to schedule a delivery time, and their window was 9 AM to 1 PM. The man I spoke with on the phone was very rude and basically suggested that I take work off to wait at home for the delivery (not everyone has that luxury, buddy). He told me that if a delivery was missed, we would be charged a re-delivery fee. I had to call my husband to take work off and make arrangements since my work schedule isn't as flexible. I provided my husband's name and number for the delivery driver to call the day of. On the day of the scheduled delivery, I received a voicemail from the delivery driver. When I called him back 30 minutes later (I was not at my phone due to being at work), he said that he already had left my house. He said he had knocked on the door (had not rung the doorbell), had not gotten a response (even though my husband was at home and likely had not heard the knock), and now had to call his dispatcher to confirm whether he could re-deliver. He had not been provided my husband's information as I had requested previously. I had to call back the headquarters from work, and the woman I spoke with on the phone had to call the driver directly to "override" the dispatcher. By this time it was 2 PM, and the driver said he would take another hour to get there. My husband wasted almost his entire day waiting for the delivery to arrive. If you order something online that contracts with this company, good luck to you!
