But their is a but but to this matter an employee who's name is Steven very rude to customers. I notice he has a very nasty attitude. The worse service I've ever received from a cell phone retailer. I LOVE Verizon as a company, but I dislike the practices of THIS "Verizon Premium Retailer" location. They lied to my girlfriend about what was on her bill. She walked out thinking she received 2 free tablets, when she actually paid for them. It was only $60, but $60 is $60. It's the principal of good/honest business practice. They also failed to mention to her that by accepting the tablets, they would be locking her in a 2 year contract (of paying an additional $10 a month for having the tablets) That's not even the end of it. The guy who started assisting my girlfriend is the district manager (Darian Walker). He's the one who said the tablets would be "free". He passed the sale to one of his associates, Eric. I'm not upset with Eric, because he's the employee and he'll do what most employees do. They follow the lead of their boss. Since Mr. Walker said the tablets were "free", Eric went along with it and never corrected the verbiage used with my gf. Anyways this whole thing was a bad deal. I completely refunded the phone she bought and the tablets. I asked Eric to have Mr. Walker contact me and I never heard from him (3 days went by and nothing). And today when I called Yolanda Leticia picked up the phone and was the rudest assistant manager I've came across. She would even give me Mr. Walkers name because I wasn't on my girlfriends account. Why do I need to be on my girlfriends account just to have Mr. Walkers name?!?!???!!?!... makes no sense!!! I didn't want account information at that point, I just wanted to know who was in charge of this so called business. DONT GO HERE!!! STAY AWAY!!! I went into the Verizon Store (Victra) in San Pedro without expectation of switching mobile carriers and getting new phones but after speaking with Daniel K. , who was extremely helpful, he was able to provide us with new iPhone 13s (Buy One, Get One, Trade In & Bring Your Own-Gift Card) all before Christmas. His high knowledge of the deals and great service allowed this to happen. When the phones came in and it was time to switch over to Verizon and the new phones we were helped by Adam C. He made the experience extremely pleasant and seamless. He transferred all four phones, plans, and initiated all our deals quickly and made sure all the details were taken care of so our transition was painless. Unfortunately, we also had a negative interaction with Stephanie, who seemed very unhappy with her job. We did speak with the manager, Daniel who addressed our concerns in a very professional manner. I can get 2 free upgrades on my 4 line account and upgrade my data plan for NO ADD'L cost because I've been with Verizon for 10+ years. I only have to pay the sales tax on the new phones. Kristin said if I give her my card number (she called me and I don't know her) I could pay for the phones in advance and she'd have them ready for me. I don't give my card number to anyone who cold calls me on the phone. I'll go down to the store and see the terms in person but not over phone. Asking for my card like that is a red flag. But the free phones, the upgrade for nothing..... NO that is a lie and a sales bait and switch. It is not fee. I pay the sales tax up front (reasonable) but then I slowly pay off the NEW phones (that were "free") by increasing my monthly payment. AND the data plan is NOT the same cost. Interestingly enough, I had a problem with this store before. When I asked for the manager, I was told he had "a family emergency". Today I call and ask for the manager again and he has a "family emergency". There really needs to be a negative stars button for business like this. I called Verizon directly to complain about this store and they told me these stores are strictly sales driven, basically they'll say just about anything, including something other than the truth, to get you to come in and buy something. read more

Don't come here! I don't care if you live across the street or if your father is a scam (oops, I mean sales) rep here. Businesses like these should be put out of their misery so that hardworking customers don't waste their money paying for their lights to stay on. Simply, nobody at this store cares about you as a customer or how hard you work for your money. I had a broken phone, from the jump. Maybe not their fault but maybe it was. Who knows what they're doing with their phones in the back room where most of their employees hang out most of the time. Bring the phone in and they confirmed that yes it is broken but the only thing they can do is offer me a refurbished phone. Anyone with common sense knows that if you are on the edge program and you're paying $600 for your phone over the next two years, getting a refurbished phone means you're not getting your money's worth. I called Motorola directly and they sent me a new phone. I brought the old phone in to have it wiped clean it before I sent it back to the company. Nobody at the store could do it for me. The store was empty and yet they couldn't spend the time to figure out how to wipe my phone. Clearly, they're enjoying Sunday Funday on the clock. read more

Came in on January 2nd to return a car phone charger. Both sales people were busy helping customers. We waited, no one said "we will be right with you" and after 10 minutes of waiting we left. I came back the next day to try again. The sales clerk asked me if anything was wrong with the charger and I said "no", I'm returning it because my phone broke two days later. Then he said, "you have to return it to the Downey store where you purchased it". That's ridiculous, so the Victra stores don't work together. Just heads up, you have to return your item to the store location you purchased it. I called the store in Downey and they somewhat confirmed this. For the credit of the Downey store, the girl that worked there on December 23 was very nice, I was the only customer in the store but I wasn't aware that there was no connecting network in regards to exchanges. The San Pedro sales staff showed zero customer service or concern. read more

Bought Samsung A20 and signed up with Verizon. I hate this phone first of all and it is phone is not reliable. Second, the saleperson tells me it is a 6 dollar phone which was a lie cause it is $12 a month. Paid $280 for the phone overall and you can buy on Amazon for $170. Got ripped off. Also, My bill after all the BS is $80 a month for minimum service for a phone a hardly use which is more than my monthly home electric bill. I will be switching to another service soon read more

It was my first time going to this store, usually I go to the corporate one. I was looking to upgrade my phone to the newer Google Pixel. Sydney helped me out and made the usually a headache of getting a phone into a smoothe experience. There was a little complication with the phone being locked, since it was late, she called me the next day to let me know that they picked up one from another local store.
