Extremely disappointing customer service…read more I went into this store once expecting a manager to contact me regarding an issue, and I have followed up by phone every day since. Each time I call, I'm told that the manager is either "in a meeting" or unavailable. I have repeatedly been told that the manager would call me back, yet I still have not received a single call. What makes this even more frustrating is the attitude of some of the employees. When I asked for the district manager's name or email so I could escalate my concerns, the employees became defensive and combative instead of simply providing the information or helping me get in contact with someone who could address my concerns. I shouldn't have to call every single day just to get a basic response from management. The lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. At this point, I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service should not be this difficult. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
