    I went in yesterday after my phone started acting strange. I wasn't able to send texts, not even on…read morewifi for iMessage, I wasn't able to click on apps and my phone froze. I tried every troubleshooting suggestions and nothing worked. I went in to ATT and Saad helped me. He was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and yet personable. Knew what the problem was and started working on fixing it. Unfortunately during the process of fixing it, while trying to put a new eSIM card on my phone, an outage in the area happened and he was not able to do much for me. He gave me a suggestion which I followed when I had WiFi. I called customer service and was assisted by Annie. My phone was fixed, at least on WiFi until their coverage was resolved. I did leave work and when I got out of the area, my phone was perfect!

    Went last week and the person working closed up to take a break and asked us to come back…read more Returned today and there's a sign taped to the door saying "Be back in 20 min" with no time stated as to when they left. Returned at 1:45pm and another note is taped to the door saying "Be back at 2:30." Wtf kind of business are they running here? Either hire enough people to cover for breaks or don't claim to be open during your posted business hours. This location clearly has issues with their employees closing randomly during the day - how about actually staffing your location with people that work?? Thanks.

    these guys are some incredibly incompetent and dishonest individuals !…read more I brought my Gen2 12.9" iPad for a new charging port and a new battery ...after the "Phone clowns" had my tablet for two weeks I get a call that told me my tablet was waiting at their office for pickup, they also mentioned they had replaced the charge port and battery but had to remove it because it still wasn't working , they then gave me full refund . This is where lie #1 came into play. They said they replaced the charge port but they did no such thing ....... when I returned him I plugged the charger and to no avail, I still had to put pressure on the charger so it would make contact and actually charge the tablet ! My point is If they actually put a new charge port in I would no longer need to fiddle around with the plug to make it work, I'm sure they wouldn't have pulled the new charge port after realizing the tablet wouldn't start . There are other details that transpired but I don't have the time to write a dissertation on this company, I'm only here to warn others to steer clear of these people ! After researching this tablet I find out that it takes a trained and seasoned tech to change the charge port , the newer charge ports are an easy swap but the Gen 2 needs a micro solder and an incredibly stable hand. The pads are very close and there is zero room for mistakes. My guess Is the tech took the tablet apart and realized he couldn't do the job , he put the tablet together (leaving glue EVERYWHERE and not even bothering to clean it up after he/she finished ..... bottom line is these guys cannot be trusted.

Also, the phone is junk. It shuts off constantly. Cannot make calls without repeated restarts. And the screen broke during Sim card installation. I called immediately and was told to bring it in. When I did I was told to do better research before buying and the store took no responsibility at all for any of the phones problems. This phone was beat up with damage all around the edge of the phone body. The stores refusal to offer any solution at all is not just very poor customer relations but dishonest. Considering small claims court. What a farce.

    I wouldn't give this place even a 1-star. The customer service here is bad. I don't usually give…read morenegative reviews but they straight out hide information just to get you to stay with tmobile. We had gone in to get our sim activated coz of an issue and I kid you not it took them 5 hours on day 1 & we had to go back in the next day again & spend another 2 hours. The manager told us that since we had been with TMobile for 10 years we can get a free phone & free line. It would just use the data plan from our paid lines. We asked if it had any other payments due or contracts & she said 'NO', so obviously we got one. Now I call T-Mobile CS to close my account 10 months later & they tell me that the vendor store lied. The supposedly 'free' phone had a contract & I had to pay for it.. I didn't even ask for one.. The TMobile rep said they can't even do anything about it as they are vendor stores. The manager of the store behaves likes she doesn't know what your talking about inspite of being the one that 'sold' us the extra free line. Don't ever go in there.. bad customer service & the are almost inept in helping you out effectively and obviously hide/and or lie to you and then deny!!

Nick, the manager at the time (who has since been fired), and Kiona, the current manager, both provided horrible service. Kiona seemed promising at first trying to fix what Nick did, but after being told to check in with her the following week about removing the second line, she ghosted me, avoided my calls and was always "unavailable". Ended up getting it fixed with the T-Mobile support customer service line after a month of trying to get a hold of her. No accountability. No competence. No action. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual T-Mobile store, not this authorized retailer.

They spent two weeks trying to repair it even down to working on the motherboard itself, but they still weren't able to get it to charge because it's a manufacturers defect and a poor design . when I went to pick it up, they didn't even charge me. They even helped point me in the right direction to try to get it fixed from the manufacturer. They really went above and beyond. Thank you guys.

    My work computer was making a horrible noise. The woman that checked it in said it sounded like a…read more"kazoo". I have not found a better description of the noise than that. The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. Great service, content location, and that helped me a ton. It is most certainly appreciated.
