I went in yesterday after my phone started acting strange. I wasn't able to send texts, not even on wifi for iMessage, I wasn't able to click on apps and my phone froze. I tried every troubleshooting suggestions and nothing worked. I went in to ATT and Saad helped me. He was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and yet personable. Knew what the problem was and started working on fixing it. Unfortunately during the process of fixing it, while trying to put a new eSIM card on my phone, an outage in the area happened and he was not able to do much for me. He gave me a suggestion which I followed when I had WiFi. I called customer service and was assisted by Annie. My phone was fixed, at least on WiFi until their coverage was resolved. I did leave work and when I got out of the area, my phone was perfect! read more

Went last week and the person working closed up to take a break and asked us to come back. Returned today and there's a sign taped to the door saying "Be back in 20 min" with no time stated as to when they left. Returned at 1:45pm and another note is taped to the door saying "Be back at 2:30." Wtf kind of business are they running here? Either hire enough people to cover for breaks or don't claim to be open during your posted business hours. This location clearly has issues with their employees closing randomly during the day - how about actually staffing your location with people that work?? Thanks. read more

In the process of filing a police report for theft and fraud, compliant with the BBB, and directly with AT&T for this "authorized" store. The previous store manager was to return my phone that was replaced with an insurance claim. The insurance claim was placed on 2/13 and I returned the phone 2/16 directly with the store manager and he ensured me that was all I needed to do. Fast forward to now and the phone was never returned and we were charged on our bill. Both the store and AT&T have been useless in helping. Conveniently the store manager no longer works there and the GM is mysteriously never available. My husbands 1 star review is also mysteriously no longer posted. Save yourself the headache and do not business here- Go to the Alderwood Mall store. The 5 star reviews are fake, if you actually search through the reviews, you'll see we are not the only ones this has happened to. This store should not be in business. read more

My husband and I went to this ATT store, Mill Creek, WA on Nov 14, 2020. We had the misfortune to have Mohammed Ali (yes, that is his real name) attend to us. Our goal was to switch from Verizon to ATT on this day! After experiencing his very odd behavior and ALL of his lying to us about the new service we signed up for - we wished we had never set foot in that store. Mohammed lied to us constantly during the 1.5 hours we were there. For example, he said the monthly cost was "such and such" and then 15 minutes later, that monthly charged was increased. Then, we asked him later, "what is the monthly cost for future payments," and once again, his answers changed The costs kept getting higher and higher. How could ATT have such a pathetic and dishonest young man represent their store? Every time we had a question for him, it was like pulling teeth out of a Tiger's mouth. He seemed so evasive, sneaky, and avoid answering most of our questions. He is horrible! Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT visit this store. It seems as though his co-workers (2 other guys from Pakistan), where all acting the same - Shady! Our experience was so bad that we cancelled the new ATT service within days, and RETURNED back to Verizon!! If there was a zero start rating on Yelp, we would certainly give him that. Terrible experience! Would give negative stars but don't have the option. Mill Creek Town Center AT&T branch - there were no other customers when I arrived. Two employees were talking among themselves. Neither offered to assistI until I asked if there was anyone working. No one was at the desk. I didn't realize they were employees as they didn't have any identifying attire or welcome. I was just switching from Verizon to AT&T services. I brought in the SIM card AT&T had mailed to me for the transfer. They used the first, then another card, removed it put in another, ended up using 3 separate catds and not being able to get my phone to work. It was working perfectly for over a year until I handed it to them. Employees were condescending. The first told me, "I'm going to make this very easy, just call AT&T customer service and they will talk you right through it." I asked if he knew how to do that in the store today, he seemed irritated at my request. They told me they had taken care of it. That turned out to be untrue. I made repeated trips to the store because my phone did not work and they were unable to provide the change over. The employees fidgeted while holding my phone, Between the two they scratched their head and face, picked their nose mouth and eyes and scratched their bodies.. I asked the first one if he could wash his hands or use some hand sanitizer. I pointed to the lone bottle of purell behind the counter to find it was an empty prop. He provided an alcohol swab but continued to further contaminate my phone. After a long while he asked the other person for help. That person had just walked out of the restroom. His hands were soaking wet, dripping from his fingers onto my phone. He was maskless throughout while holding and working on my phone They called customer service for assistance to obtain the information I had hand carried and had provided to them when I entered the store. Neither employee ever washed their hands. Neither used any type of infection control and later worked with another person with a dog, then returned to my phone. After 2 hours I left once again to go home only to get an AT&T message saying they couldn't verify my ID so my service is going to go off, also the HBO that he told me was working does not work. I will not go back to that branch. AT&T should recognize the pandemic and require and provide hand sanitizer and have it accessible The company should hold them responsible to have soap and paper towels to use in your bathrooms. The lack of basic hygiene was appalling. I'm seriously considering contacting the Snohomish County health department as the lack of procedure or supplies is a public danger. read more

This is now the second time I have tried to come by this location to get a new phone and they have been closed despite their hours posted on the door implying they are open. Couple of months back me and wife went to get a new IPhone from this store. First my wife ordered from this store. Mr Ali asked questions that whether we want coverage, insurance etc. We declined them all however when I came home to check found they were added. He also signed by himself which is illegal. I thought maybe no harm, may have been a mistake. I went to get a new iphone for myself. This time they gave me a new iphone but the seal was broken. When I confronted them they started telling a store how an Iphone pack can be open and its no issue. I asked them to replace but then they charged re-stocking fee again by Mr Abu and without telling me. Fortunately I looked on my email and confronted them again, then they apologize and made attempts to fix it. I made them write notes on my plan and corrected all the shit they did using AT&T customer service. At this point I am looking to fie reports to BBB as advised by AT&T corporate to me. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! My husband and I had the same customer service representative as every other review, Mohammed. He mumbled constantly and evaded our questions. We had to ask multiple times and demand clarification. He tried to make our decisions for us and didn't give us time to think. He did not help us transfer our service over, which i've always had done for me in store. We had to do it over the phone with At&t at home. I also had to ask and be adamant about him putting the screen protector on my phone for me, something that has always been done for me in store. read more

Just a heads up to anyone who wants to trade in their phones at this location. They will get all your information and say they have everything they need and you are good to go. They will not give you a receipt then a month goes by and you get a huge charge on your cell phone bill because they never returned your device like they said they would. They claim they can not do anything because you don't have said receipt that they don't give you. There are many reviews about this store with the same fraudulent behavior from their employees. My guess is they are taking them not returning them to the company and selling them. read more

Went to trade my iPhone X in for a new iPhone a few months ago. Was told I would get credit for my new phone with the trade in and would only have to pay taxes and around $200 over the next few months. After this encounter we noticed a change in our plan. They signed me up for the next plan without consent and only gave me a $12 credit for my phone. So I ended up paying full price for my new iPhone and only $12 credit for my previous iPhone X. read more

I had a pleasant experience at the store. My eSim got deleted from my phone accidentally. Walked in and got it fixed with a new sim. As was very friendly. He also waived off the cost of the sim which is a nice gesture! read more

What a terrible experience I had today with the employee at this At&T and I wasn't even a customer. The parking spots at the Town Center are not marked, you pull in and leave enough space on both sides as if they were marked, I've been parking there for years and this is the norm. I pulled in and before could get out a little blue car came zooming in, parked within a few inches of me and the guy got out. I yelled excuse me to him several times, hoping he could move over a bit so I could get out. He was on his phone facetiming and either couldn't hear or ignored me and unlocked the door to the AT&T store. I climbed out the passenger seat of my SUV to go to my appointment near by. When I was ready to leave, I went into the store to nicely ask if he could pull out a bit so I could get back in my car. Upon entering the store, he was super rude before I even spoke, something about sitting over there and wait my turn. There was one other customer in the store being helped by another associate, I'll also mention there were no masks worn by anybody in the store. I tried to tell him I just needed to him to move his car so I could get out, that I was parked there when he pulled in and had to climb out my passenger side He came out and VERY rudely told me I wasn't parked in the lines and had parked incorrectly and that it was my fault, not his. I told him there were no clearly marked spots and asked him if he could move his car a bit. As we were having this conversation, a heavy set guy, I think a customer, also no mask, came outside and told me to stop giving this nice young man a hard time, that I certainly could get in my car in the few inches between our cars. The employee moved his car at this time but the customer continued to berate me. By the other reviews on this page, it seems this is the attitude the employees at this store have. I certainly would not ever give them my business, had I have been a man and asked the same consideration, I'm sure I would have been treated differently. Bottom line? There's LOTS of AT&T stores out there, don't give this one your business. Although I understand, I'm a bit disappointed that this type of attitude is now in our small, friendly Town Center. read more

Not good experience here. Muhammad Ali - Provided me a good experience. He helped me get my new phone and did a good job with the service. My wife unfortunately had a really poor experience when she went to pick up her phone that was delivered there. Without looking, they (the 2 employees that were the only ones in the store) said that nothing was delivered. Didn't even look in any of the cabinets. When they actually looked they found it (a miracle)! After verifying that it was hers, they just sent her off without asking to help her transfer her phone so we can give them our phone for trade. When I called asking what happened, they said she didn't ask for help and told her to bring back her old phone to trade it. "It was a misunderstanding " Hassan kept saying.. it's not a misunderstanding, you didn't want to do your job and help the customer. Now we have to come back to the store to give our phone to them to trade in. Don't know about you but I would expect them the offer without having the customer ask for help. That simple step/gesture would stop us from making another trip back. Probably would have bought an over priced case as well but the two employees were too busy talking with each other. Update: Muhammad reached out and to apologize for my wife's experience at the store. As he explained, he would work with his employees on how to provide great customer service. Bought a new phone and plan was changed. They said are plans we were paying a lot and we would save money. Our plan INCREASED by $100 a month. Was a aightmare to fix. They told us to go to AT&T corporate store for issues. As only authorized dealer they created issues it weren't willing deal with fixing the issues. Bought some wireless accessories from AT&T website and wanted to return them. Went to this store to return and was told they cannot use online order # instead need Invoice # . Don't have an AT&T account so spent 45 minutes with atrocious AT&T phone support to get a copy of my invoice who also confirmed that AT&T store can process the return. After taking copy of invoice back to this store was told that they cannot use invoice #. There were 3 people working at this store and none of them had even a clue. Really fortunate I don't have AT&T service and don't need to deal them anymore. read more

I went in to get help with a line. I was greeted by a young guy in sweatpants with headphones on, no uniform. I asked for help, he immediately said $60 prior to my full explanation. I asked a follow up as he clearly hadn't listened and then he began muttering half in English, half in what sounded like Arabic. I asked him to say it again, and he pointed down indicating he was on a FaceTime call on his personal phone. I continued through the process which he was struggling to understand and than he began speaking in Arabic again. At first I thought, perhaps he was FaceTiming with his boss or a coworker until he put his phone down and it was a friend who is laying down on the couch playing video games. I was in the store for 15 mins, the entire time he was FaceTiming while entering in all my info in the AT&T tablet to pull my account, etc. He then proceeded to quote me several prices without explanation and didn't properly set up the account need. In the end I had to spend an hour on hold with the 800# and he didn't charge me (which I think he should've as I was adding a line). He said his name was "Mohammed Ali." He was apathetic, and was on a personal FaceTime call the entire consultation! After the waiting on hold and this terrible service, I cancelled my AT&T and went to a competitor to start new service. read more
