I wanted to share my extensive feedback regarding a recent visit to the AT&T store. While the…read moreassociate who assisted us was reasonably competent, there were several issues that significantly detracted from our experience. The associate name was Gabriel. It was evident that the associate was in a rush to conclude our visit and move on to the next potential sale, rather than taking the time to genuinely assist us. This approach resulted in our visit extending beyond two hours, which was not only frustrating but also inconveniencing. In addition to the time spent, there was a notable problem with one of the new phones we purchased. It had to be restored because the initial setup was mishandled by the associate. This revealed a lack of attention to detail and a failure to ensure a seamless customer experience. Overall, I must admit that the overall experience of this visit fell short of my expectations. It genuinely felt like the associate was primarily focused on maximizing his commission, to the detriment of the customer's experience. In my honest opinion, the store should prioritize recruiting and training staff who are not only knowledgeable but also exhibit friendliness and a genuine commitment to assisting customers. It's imperative that the staff does not exhibit body language that conveys a sense of urgency to rush customers out the door in pursuit of another sale. In conclusion, I hope that AT&T takes this feedback seriously and considers it as an opportunity for improvement. A more customer-centric approach, one that emphasizes a thorough and helpful experience over the pursuit of commissions, would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation of the store. It's crucial that this AT&T store invests in enhancing the quality of its staff and their commitment to creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for customers. To add to the fact that this associate was more focus on getting his next commission was more of an insult and the fact that he just didn't seem like he cared.

I've been with Tmobile for 8 1/2 years and have a business account with them. It's a very small business so every dollar matters and I was dealing with an issue that could impact my bill for two cycles. Store manager Josh Gaffney stepped up immediately with gracious professionalism neutralize my frustration very quickly and made it clear that solutions would be forthcoming. I watched as he coached a team member through the steps of how to handle a situation like mine and he was a very clear, methodical thoughtful mentor Sharing system sensitive insight with the staff member as well as technical wisdom. I learned from observing him. Sometimes these things can take a very long time, because of Josh's assistance the whole issue took less than half an hour. There was a follow up step necessary and he indicated he would make sure to until completion if I needed to return to the store. I appreciate it professional as well as his knowledge and felt respected and seen in the wake of what would otherwise have been a frustrating and time-consuming issue. Many thanks for having a leader like him at the helm of a busy local store to demonstrate exemplary customer service.

I've had a change to chat with security staff at the front and some, former military are super caring and kind. I feel super safe around northgate. Given the fentanyl and crime rate in the area this extra level of safety reassures me. The store is always clean and well displayed and the staff are knowledgeable. I think this store attracts a specific personality type and I noticed that some staff focus more on the specs of an item rather than focusing on the customer. It's hit or miss. Having come from sales and the service industry, I think that the emotional iq aspect could improve. I'm not giving this location a bad rating. I hope that my feedback can serve as a learning opportunity if you want. For example, I often have to find an associate to find something if there isn't one at the front by security. Sometimes, the staff will speak as if I am knowledgeable about tech and I hope the staff person can ask me what my knowledge of tech is first before processing. Value is fine.
