I requested a quote from another store initially and chose the option on Yelp of sending the same…read morerequest to similar stores. Cooper was the very first one who replied & provided the least expensive cost for my broken charging port. I dropped my phone many times and it created some sort of black round shadow on the screen and it didn't bother me at all and my main concern was my charging port. I showed at 4pm today and met Cooper - a very friendly and professional guy. We discussed the issue and provided me a pager. He paged me right away because he saw the damage on the screen and offered me options. What he quoted me was a little bit less expensive compared to Apple Repair (which was $150) and the kiosk store in Alderwood Mall (quoted me $300). He said if I do the repair on the screen now along with the damaged charging port, he will give me a discount of $20. He seemed legit, so I said yes. I didnt ask how long the wait time was-- I waited for his page for 2 hours and I decided to walk back to his store before 6pm --- and he said he was paging me but I was 3 blocks away and just learned the pager works only from a few feet away! So maybe, this information needs to be mentioned. Overall, I am satisfied with the result! My bill was $195.98. There's a warranty coverage, too! Thank you, Cooper- will definitely recommend your services!

GIVE ME MY WATCH BACK, SCAMMERS…read more I have NEVER in my entire life had a customer service be this HORRIBLE. I dropped off my Apple Watch for a screen repair December 28 2020, today is February 1 2021 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. AND NOT JUST THAT. I have called and emailed and visited the business in person AND HAVE GOTTEN ZERO RESPONSE. All the calls go to voicemail and they never return my calls. Emails never get responded. There's NO ONE AT THE COUNTER. At this point I think they are scammers and have stolen my watch. Don't give them any of your business.

TLDR: Excellent work at extremely reasonable rates…read more I recently had a failed AIO liquid cooler in a custom built desktop and needed to swap it out for a new cooling unit. While I normally do this type of work myself, I didn't have the necessary tools (thumbscrews were too tight) or an ideal space to do the work. I was admittedly a bit nervous to use a repair shop for my system as uptime is crucial for my job, I gave HomeNet a call and scheduled the repair since the estimated cost and turnaround time seemed reasonable. I just picked up my machine today and not only was the install done extremely professionally, Richard essentially reassembled much of the build. Admittedly, while my build worked fine (until the defective cooler), it wasn't the most organized setup. Now, it looks fantastic and the cable management is impeccable. I want to emphasize that this extra work was included in the main flat service fee (i.e., a kind bonus). The quality of the work and his knowledge of the tech make those custom build options on his site look like a great option for my next machine - I didn't notice that option when I first reached out to them, so I thought I would point that out for other folks who might have missed it too. HomeNet is highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Richard. Although my computer could ultimately not be fixed,…read moreRichard was prompt with his communication and service. He doesn't run a walk-in shop like some other PC repair places. Therefore you have to call and make an appointment, or text him to communicate. He does take credit card payments online. He's fairly knowledgeable about PCs and repairing, so you can count on his expertise. If you need to replace any of the parts, keep in mind that there are additional costs to order and install the parts (as expected), so you need to consider the value of repairing the machine as opposed to buying something new. Since my machine ended up being old, the cost of repair wasn't worth it. It was however, a benefit for the peace of mind that nothing else could be worked on so I didn't have to waste any further time. Overall, I do recommend Richard for his services.
