He's fairly knowledgeable about PCs and repairing, so you can count on his expertise. If you need to replace any of the parts, keep in mind that there are additional costs to order and install the parts (as expected), so you need to consider the value of repairing the machine as opposed to buying something new. Since my machine ended up being old, the cost of repair wasn't worth it. It was however, a benefit for the peace of mind that nothing else could be worked on so I didn't have to waste any further time. Overall, I do recommend Richard for his services.

My Outlook / Gmail issue was the reason I called which he never resolved. In the end, he shocked me by turning out to be terribly undependable. During his fix time, my all-important Address Book was lost and couldn't be found. I was eventually able to recover it myself and called him back to finish completing the setup. I left (5) voicemail messages to call me back, but he never did. (He had also told me he'd call me at 9am when he had to cancel our appt. When it got late and no call, I called him. He said he just woke up, that he'd call back in an hour because he needed his coffee first. He didn't think it would take long to fix. I had an appt that I ended up missing as I waited for him to call me back. Finally at 10:05am, and still waiting for his call, I ended up having to call him. It took him more time than he estimated and he never resolved the problem(s).) Finally I called NW Tech Expert and proceeded to leave them (3) messages explaining what happen and to please call me. I even asked on one message if Antonio was ok since I was surprised he never returned any of my calls. I've been waiting now for (3) days for them to call back and still nothing. It seemed they have both blown me off and I have no idea why. I believe you can now see that they are not trustworthy. Obviously if they find your task too difficult for them to solve, they'll easily abandon you without a word!

Mike was super communicative, responsive, and honest about what the pricing would be. And the two people sent to do the installation (both named Jarrod!) arrived within the window I was given a call when they were about 20 minutes out. The Jarrods were friendly, efficient and offered advice when asked. Because it was being mounted to brick and an outlet wasn't exactly close (not to mention a bulky extension cord thrown into the mix) the best I could have hoped for was for all the wires to be maybe bundled kind of neatly, but they damn near concealed them completely! (they also bundled any excess cord nicely behind the television). It was such a great, low-stress experience and I would totally hire them again! Few things to note: - Most of the communication was handled through Angi via text message. - I had my own mounts, but I think they can supply them as well. (I would double-check on this one) - The labor was charged hourly with a 2 hour minimum. - The cable covers on the wall were an extra charge. We have used Peel Tech for years now and have had good experiences. But recently we had a very…read moresimple job that only took 15 minutes max and was charged a full hourly rate of $125, which seems quite unreasonable. We've had plumbers who have adjusted their fees down when the fix was so simple, but not Peel Tech. It was a total rip-off, although the problem was fixed. I do not recommend anybody using them without getting clear information on the fees that will be charged up front. Not customer focused in my opinion.

Scott showed up worked through the problems and also discovered that we had two routers and that they might be fighting with each other. So he set it up so that one router became the prime source and took the information on the other router from Comcast to see if it was out of date ETC. I got and email saying Comcast Router was current and let's just leave it along unless you have any additional problems. I could not be happer with the results from Peel Tech.

I believe I have been patient enough so I am now going to leave a one star review for this shop to let people know that he ripped me off. To make things worse he even asked me to "borrow" $300 in January. So I'm glad I didn't loan him that either or else I'd be out another $300. Edit: you paid me interest that was agreed-upon for holding onto my money for so long. Had I done a simple chargeback that money would've gone back into my bitcoin account. I lost thousands of dollars by letting you hold onto my money. Then you asked me borrow $300 this January when we discussed the last $500. So if you're saying you can't afford to pay me the $500 now, how would you have afforded to pay me back the $300 you asked to borrow? I didn't feel comfortable loaning you that $300 because you still owed me $500. Now you're trying to spin it to make me look greedy when it seems more like you're now not going to pay me the $500 you owe me because I didn't loan you $300 more. Not to mention I had to chase you down and text you repeatedly to get you to refund me. Which is why you started paying me extra. Every time I wanted payment in full you offered me $500 so you could hold onto my money for another six months. So don't act like you did me the favor here. This is not me asking you for extra money. This is money you agreed to pay me in January. You said you would pay me $250 on August 17, then again on August 30th. I will revisit this review if you pay me as you said you would.
