They spent two weeks trying to repair it even down to working on the motherboard itself, but they still weren't able to get it to charge because it's a manufacturers defect and a poor design . when I went to pick it up, they didn't even charge me. They even helped point me in the right direction to try to get it fixed from the manufacturer. They really went above and beyond. Thank you guys.

The issue was a cooling fan seemed like it was failing. They got me a quote put together and I picked up the computer the following day so I could get everything backed up. The plan was that I would pay for the part, they'd order it, and they'd replace it when it arrived. Until then I could lightly use the computer. My company's IT is handled out of a corporate office on the east coast. As such, then dealing with hardware issues usually isn't feasible. But with a slow turn around on ordering the new fan, they thought they could get me a computer in half the time. So, I picked it up and didn't order the part. I told them what was going on and offered to pay for the diagnostics which was declined. I get it back to the office and it's fine. No more kazoo noises, at least for now. So, they fixed my computer and refused money for doing so. The next time we have a computer hardware issue, I'll be suggesting T.S. USA Computer Repair. Great service, content location, and that helped me a ton. It is most certainly appreciated.

There just isn't anybody on the planet like Mark--he's the real deal when it comes to knowing all…read morethe technical aspects of his profession, and he has the biggest heart for people he serves. He's kind, patient, friendly/fun to deal with--and his generosity outdoes anyone I've ever met in the business world, and personally. He and I have had a great relationship for a long time--I first came to him with a 2nd-hand computer and Zero knowledge about what to do with it. It had viruses and all manner of issues--which doesn't begin to detail my own issues (I was always a wreck, panic-city...and Mark just dealt with it all calmly, and got me and the computer back on the road again repeatedly). Now that I'm past 70, lots of stuff unrelated to computer and Internet, are a challenge for me. So when my laptop (replaced the computer) wasn't acting "right" recently, I needed his help. I called and asked if he knew anyone who made house calls, since I could no longer get to his shop. He said, "I do"--oh my gosh, a gift from Heaven! It was fun having him in my home. He explained how replacing the old drive with a solid state one would see me through the rest of my blogging days, and I said, "do it". He took the laptop to his shop, performed the surgery, brought it back to me...and charged me what he knew I could afford. So I'll be forever indebted to him...but wait there's more. I told him there was a British 4-episode series I was enamored with, and couldn't get the DVD because the Region wouldn't work for me. He told me could put it on a flash drive...I had 3 of them and prayed he could fit all 4 episodes among them. Now here's what sets Mark apart from the rest of the herd--he said he would do it in trade for a pan of my lasagna! And today when he came back to give me a brief tutorial, he said he'd purchased a bigger flash drive to put the series on. I would have bought one myself, but didn't have Clue One what to get. So I reimbursed him for that, and next up will be the lasagna! He's just the best friend an old gal who's an English Major--NOT tech-savvy--can have. He really cares--his business and personal ethics are above and beyond many folks'. If you need help, go straight to Mark--don't waste time "researching" the best--HE IS THE BEST. Thanks Mark, God bless you abundantly.

We were pointed in Dennis's direction and we are so happy that happened. We contacted him initially from our home that is out of state and made some initial inquiries. When we arrived here, Dennis was ready to serve us. He is a very personable and understanding guy, and took us through the process and gave us a quote before we committed. We thought we might not see the final result until we arrived back home, but he called us at the end of the day and said our "stick" was ready to pick up. Wow. What great service. He really didn't want to mail this sensitive material and felt better if we picked it up personally. Couldn't agree more. It's nice to have this with us and not wondering if the mail got it right. Dennis then destroyed the drives and recycled the old pc's. Peace of mind, too. Truly full service. Please seek this place out if you have computer needs, you won't be disappointed.

Really great and friendly service!…read more CareTech is hidden away on the corner of 6th and main street behind a wedding dress and spa store. It wasn't difficult to find however, because there was a sign in front for CareTech and the building itself had signs with all the store names as well. I went around 5:00pm on Saturday and it was easy to find street parking although I'm not quite sure about the other days. It looks like they may have a back parking area as well. I messaged CareTech beforehand, asking if they can fix my broken laptop and they were really quick to respond! I accidentally spilled water over it back in August and fried my MacBook Pro. It seems my Logic Board is damaged and most likely my keyboard too (it's difficult to tell if the keyboard is damaged or not unless it's turned on but that's where I spilled water so... it's most likely done for). It seems like it really depends on the model to accurately quote replacement parts and sadly, Apple parts are crazy expensive. I got price quotes from several different places so I'm certain they're not overpricing me. Also, after talking to them, I don't think they're the types of people that would! For my case, data retrieval would have been $70/hour which is cheaper than most places I inquired! It seems it really depends on if/how much the hard drive was damaged and how hard it is to retrieve the data (internally). When I walked in, Charlie greeted me very warmly and he even remembered my name and situation from messaging me! There was one other person there at the time and they were both really friendly and helped me open up the laptop and take out my SSD. They talked me through different options and it seemed like they were genuinely interested in helping me diagnose the problem more than just making quick cash. Overall, from what I found, this place had really great pricing and awesome service. :)
