They took my phone and asked me to come back in 4 hours. I did. I waited an additional 60 minutes AFTER my "pick up time", and was told no less than 5 times (by various people milling around) that it would be "10 minutes". It's a battery, not the Manhattan project. They strung me out until I was one of 3 customers left in the store. I got my phone back 5 minutes before closing time... with a 4% charge. The entire time I was there, the number of employees outnumbered customers by 2:1. Is there one person in the back working on phones? Is it impossible to accurately estimate how long something is going to take? How long can it possibly take to replace a battery? Is this store run by the government? These questions are apparently unanswerable at the Apple Store in Aspen Grove. Absolutely horrible customer service.

They were patient and offered technical support to their customers who many of them are not heavy tech users. They were able to help me with the best upgrade options for my phone and plan and assistance with set up and data. I witnessed incredible patience with non savy tech users while still making sure their phones were operational. I highly suggest going there during a weekday or a period where there are less people in the store to get maximum service. Because they only have 3 people working most of the time with a heavy traffic flow of customers.
