I applaud this staff and especially the management in this store! The have to deal with an older demographic that oftentimes lack knowledge of basic phone functionality both with iOS and Android OS. They were patient and offered technical support to their customers who many of them are not heavy tech users. They were able to help me with the best upgrade options for my phone and plan and assistance with set up and data. I witnessed incredible patience with non savy tech users while still making sure their phones were operational. I highly suggest going there during a weekday or a period where there are less people in the store to get maximum service. Because they only have 3 people working most of the time with a heavy traffic flow of customers. read more

Went in to purchase a new phone for my plan, which they helped with. When my bill came, though, I found that they had added several protection plans and insurance on for additional charges without discussing it with me. I'll never go back to this store, again. read more

This was the worse experience I ever felt at AT&T. If I could choose zero stars I would. I only went to the store for a change of primary account holder, and I requested not to change the plan, but instead they changed my plan into a more expensive plan, added a line without telling me and even added extra features that I did not want. The manager Tylyr B. and the workers there were only focused in what was in their best interest for sales and not to help. When confronted about it, they lied and tried to manipulate the situation in order to justify their scheme. I do not recommend to go to this location. read more

Got to the store, they sold me a defective SIM card, so I told them was the issue is, Carolina manager lied that if I'm using the iPhone that sim won't work in android, she said that been working for 12 years...) I turned around, opened my second ATT phone (iPhone) and inserted sim into the android phone and, what do you think, it worked lol, then I asked her, how long you been working she said 12 year and have a good day. Then I came back to check if my sim been finally activated (they said wait up to 2 hours) and another manager name Austin just literally kicked me out from the store, said get the f.... out of here lol On the other hand the guy who helped me was super nice and no questions to him whatsoever! We went into the store to transfer billing from me to my spouse - spoiler alert, they can't do it. Even though the folks on the phone at AT&T tell you then can, they can't. The male employee there kept taking pictures of my 15 yo son with his phone. While I realize this isn't illegal, it's unprofessional at best, creepy at worst. Maybe he liked his shirt? Maybe he was jealous since my son is a handsome, well spoken and friendly young man and this employee is none of those things? We've reached out to the manager but in the meantime, leave your kids at home if you have to stop in. Thanks for the canned response below from the manager. Went in 2x times on my lunch hour, for questions related to Billing issues since the website NEVER brought up the right account. First time Courtney was very Helpful with my account, next time she told me to call the At&T number to get the balance. I informed her the phone was SUSPENDED and I could not call out. She then reluctantly helped me after after I asked again. Even if you are a Salesman/Woman you should not pass the customer off to "customer service phone #" so they can wait for 20 minutes when they can pay a bill there. I think the whole encounter took less than 5 minutes. I am very disappointed with the service. I will not be back. read more

I am a senior citizen needing to buy a phone and be grandfathered into my existing plan. The salesperson said that was not possible and kept trying to upgrade my plan and pushed internet and Direct TV to bundle. Very annoying!! Because I didn't think we had a choice, I upgraded our plan for $30/month more than our original plan. The whole experience never settled well with me that after a few days I contacted AT&T Loyalty Program. Spoke to people who understood and said, "of course, we can do that for you!" Within minutes they put me back on my original plan with the same monthly fee. I contacted the AT&T, Highlands Ranch manager because I thought he should know his salesperson was not fully informed. The manager acted like he could care less. He was very rude on the phone and quick to hang up!! This used to be a good store, not sure what happened, maybe new management!!! I navigated my way through the AT&T phone tree to speak with someone at the Highlands Ranch store and repeated the process 8 times with no response. The one time someone picked up the phone, they hung up! I called the Lone Tree store and Zack picked up in two rings. When I moved 4 lines from T-Mobile to AT&T a year ago, someone in the H.R. store screwed up the transfer so badly that I spent hours with corporate customer service to fix it. I didn't get a correct bill for three months. I am at a total loss to understand how corporate hasn't fired the entire staff of mouth breathers. All of the bad reviews are true. If you want to constantly be bombarded by the salesperson to upgrade your service, pressure you to add on direct tv, be constantly told that Apple watches and iPads are on sale which supposedly saves you $10 on your phone service, then go to this store! I simply came in to activate some phones and couldn't get through that because the salesperson constantly wanted to sell me something else or upgrade my service! I finally had to tell him to stop and he couldn't respect that, so I took my business somewhere else. Will never step foot in that place again. If this store could get zero stores I would give it. it was only one helpful representative in that store his name was Dennis he was awesome that's the only reason they get the one star Dennis is the best rep ever ( I personally gets 5 Stars 25 million stars if I could for him)..he's caring he tries to help wherever he can....However, there was another representative that handled my account named RON ! Ron ruined my whole account for the entire time I was with AT&t everything was ruined no one could fix it they assured me to be fixed somehow they transferred me to a million different departments on the phone in the store they couldn't fix it the manager in the store at that time would not help I email the regional manager he to never responded would not help throughout the entire AT&t no one was able to fix what Ron in that store broke. That store is a joke they are horrible they do not care about customers AT&t is the most horrible cellular phone company beside Verizon. I'm sure that you've heard of the horrible services offered by AT&T, namely the dropped calls and horrible reception. I've been a loyal customer for over a DECADE now, and I've never had any issues with AT&T. I will admit that I have experienced the rare dropped call, and no reception in the middle-of-freakin'-nowhere driving through the Rocky Mountains in Utah, but not nearly to the extreme degree advertised by the competition. Trust me, I 'can hear' more than I'd like sometimes... This particular location is superb, as the customer service associates are quite helpful in simplifying the process of sorting through various plans and devices, and honing in on items that will be functional in both a professional and personal setting. read more

I called ahead to make sure my Internet order was ready. Told to come in and pick it up- will take less than 10 minutes. Well...when I got there the employees were hanging out, and ignored us until they finished chatting. Thom (?) " helped " us by flipping around his iPad for 5 minutes, asking Julie for help locating the order, then went in the back for 12 + minutes. I had to go to an appointment, so I left my mom, who's phone it is, and he came back out and told her the phone might activate in the next 24 hours, or account holder would have call to check on it if it didnt. They would not transfer her contacts for her. So she left with a non working phone, and has to manually input her contacts. She said Julie helped Thom with the transaction. So 2 employees, and NO SERVICE. How do you let a new customer walk out like that? Terrible. Lone Tree set up my phone and gave me a tutorial on how to use it. Came when there were several people in the store. Was checked in ten minutes after arrival and not greeted upon entering the store. The person checking people in checked in two people that entered the store after me before checking me in, even after standing in close proximity to the clerk to make my presence known. Waited over forty five minutes for service, the majority of which the clerks were waiting on the same people being helped when I entered the store. This is the closest AT&T store toy house, but I will not return. The one on Bowles is better. read more

I will definitely be operating as much online as possible instead of going into the stores for AT&T. I made an appointment and was at the door when it was unlocked and still ended up waiting 35 minutes before I ended up leaving. The store manager got me check in but the other two service folks were already helping the two people who walked in before me (one had an appointment and the other did not but the service representative did not check before starting to help him). The store manager was super nice and apologetic and ended up helping me to figure out what my options were even though he wasn't supposed to. He did say that typically having an appointment before going into the store is typically helpful. The good thing is that I was able to accomplish what I needed with the exception of getting a new tablet completely online, my replacement phone is on the way and luckily my currently dysfunctional phone will get me by for a few weeks. read more
