We came back in later that week, and my husband was at the store for OVER SIX HOURS. During this time, they were supposed to be transferring data from our old phones to new, and to put the new phones on the new lines. They made several mistakes during the process, and eventually for some reason someone canceled the phone order for the new phones that we had just had all of our data transferred to. Despite everything being ready to go, and having been there for multiple hours already, they told us we could not leave with the new phones. Because of their error, the new phones apparently had to be shipped back and processed, and we'd have to wait for a new phone delivery and repeat this process. We were beyond annoyed, but OK. My husband had to wait at the store for an additional hour and a half while they tried (and struggled) to get our old phones hooked back up to the lines. He couldn't leave because we now had no cell phones attached to the line we were paying for, and we need at least one functioning phone for the next week. Finally they got the cellular service reconnected, but still no data. A week (of no data that we were paying for) later, we came in again to start the process over with another batch of new phones. Surprise, now the March promotion that we signed up for (and have been paying for) is no longer available. But this shouldn't matter, since we signed up in March and every delay has been their fault. We've also had the new lines and have been paying for them since March. We've been in and called multiple times since then, and were told it would take a billing cycle to reflect on our bill. Nearly two months later and we are being overcharged and it is not resolved. We've spent over 12 hours total in the office trying to resolve this. I am planning to file a formal dispute.

To protect other people, I am writing this review, disputing the charges with my credit card company (they beg you to pay with cash - DON'T DO IT) under the quality of service provision and reporting this conduct to the authorities. If you were similarly treated, I recommend you do the same. One final anecdote that illustrates the larger experience. At the time of drop off, the owner/employee? begged for a Yelp review. I told him "maybe" once the transaction was completed. Then when I picked up the espresso machine he begged again for a Yelp review - even asked me to take my phone out of my pocket to do it "right now". If I could do it all over again, I would have simply bought a new machine. It would have been less expensive, no wasted time and no brain damage dealing with this company.
