This is a tough one to review as the employees were very helpful, helping constantly, but the process is ridiculously long!! 5 hours on Friday night and they weren't busy...then back for 2 more hours the next morning...then back for another 30 minutes later in the day to finish. The workers work well as a team, jumping in to help each other constantly to keep things moving. The process is simply too long, too many issues from corporate, etc. The reality is that every cellular carrier just takes way too long. Got a good deal, discounts and upgraded phones, so good to go at this point. I tried to return phone after five days. Guy who sold me phone was great in the beginning but how his attitude turned when I wanted to return phone due to poor coverage.
