Back in January I went into this store to change my carrier to Verizon. I was impressed by their deals and pricing. So I decided to make the switch. It is now August and I am still dealing with Verizon. This Victa store gave me false information and misled me. I am still trying to get the credit forfor my phones which were lost by the store and the account credits they promised me. Do not use this store for your Verizon needs. My husband just left this store with the intent to have his phone looked at because it's not charging properly. The representative said "they don't do that here". The rep didn't offer a solution or even help clean the charging port. My husband uses his phone for business throughout the day and desperately needed help as he is at 1% battery charged at the time of this visit. I have been a Verizon customer for 10+ years and while their service is normally great it's best to avoid this store. I went in for a damaged screen and while I have the Verizon insurance policy the employee there tried to sell me on adding another line so I could replace my phone just so I didn't have to wait for a new phone to arrive from the insurance policy. She tried to tell me that increasing my bill by 80.00 a month would be better than filing through the insurance policy they sell. She didn't mention that the insurance policy allows you to take it to a store to get it fixed or replaced that same day, she didn't mention that since my phone wasnt working I could file a claim on any computer with my Verizon account or even offer help filing it on a computer in store, and she didn't even mention that getting it fixed that same day would come at NO COST to me. Instead she just tried to increase my bill by more than half and sit there scrolling on social media and texting while I sat in front of her. read more

I hate to leave bad reviews, but the is place is ridiculous. I ordered a phone here in December. When I came to simply pick it up, it took almost an hour between waiting and waiting and all of the stuff they wanted to sell me. They talked me into a 'free' Apple Watch that I ordered that day. I never received a notification that my watch came in over the holidays, so I called Verizon on January 2nd, and they had to try to call the store, but no one answered. I looked up my order number in the tracking email they gave me when I ordered on 12/15, and it said it was invalid. So, I stopped by the store to see what was going on today, and they said that they had sold my watch and that they will 'try' to still get the promotion on it. They gave me another watch, said I would owe $35 for activation with Verizon PLUS another $25 for 'setup' with them. I told them I would set it up on my own but was told that this fee is how they make their money and couldn't be waived. After another frustrating 30 mins in this store, I left with a watch that wasn't exactly what I had ordered, because that had been sold, additional fees, and a 'we'll try' on the getting the original promotion from when I ordered in December. I've been a Verizon customer for at least 20 years, and this whole interaction was just crazy to me. read more

Customer Service is awful. Each time I go there it gets worse. We dropped a phone off to be mailed back for a credit and they lost it. I asked do you have a record and is there paperwork. The response was honestly I don't know and didn't really look. I will NEVER use this location again and would recommend others use a different store. I think the customer service is excellent. I had horrible service at the Verizon at Southglenn and the guys at Go seem to go above and beyond to make a customer happy. I have done multiple phone transfers with phone numbers and data from one phone to another and if it doesn't go smoothly they make every effort to make sure you it gets done. If trouble shooting needs to be done it get done. If they have to change sim cards they will do it. They say there is a fee for transferring data but if you are a good customer they will wave the fee. Great knowledge and an all around pleasant place to do business. read more

If your excuse is being short staffed that is a lame excuse because a lot of businesses still open their doors when they are short staffed, but not this one, they would rather close their doors and not make money. The owner was super helpful, super efficient, and super knowledgeable. I went in to just get a new phone, but he was able to arrange our plan to a lower price with unlimited data, as well as get a better phone than I planned. He was even able to transfer everything over to the new phone to make it much easier for me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing to go to a Verizon store. read more

I was purchasing a new phone and Connor answered all my questions and after making my decision, he transferred all my contacts, photos and apps PERFECTLY. Truly awful customer service at this store. I ordered my new phone and service through another store, but this location is closer to my office. I went in to have them activate the phone and transfer my contacts. I was third in line to be assisted and was browsing patiently when the manager looked over at me and asked 'what do you need'. I quickly explained and his first words were for me to go home and do it myself. I had all the instructions I needed. When I tried to explain I had found the process somewhat confusing, he immediately said he would charge me $20. I know this man is not indicative of Verizon as a whole, but it's a lousy taste in my mouth as I begin my service with them. read more

Avoid this location at all costs as it is sure to cost YOU far more than they claim to save you. A "5 minute" process to change over your service will really take an hour up front. I was promised $170 monthly payment. (my Sprint bill was $148 for the same service) My first 2 bills totaled $535! It took 4 hours of talk time with Verizon, and a second trip back to the Go Wireless location in person to get everything fixed, because they don't answer the phone or return phone calls at Go Wireless. This is not a knock on Verizon or even Go Wireless as I cannot speak for other GoWireless locations. I will never again step foot in a GoWireless. All of my business will be done at a TRUE Verizon store as I was advised by the Verizon customer service rep today! 1 star only because zero was not an option. read more

I visited this Go Wireless last spring and asked to use their bathroom. Although it was an employees' bathroom, you'd think they'd keep it clean for customers. NOT! The floors were black with grime, especially around the toilet; the toilet itself, too graphically disgusting to describe, but let's just say that it hadn't been cleaned in months--perhaps years. The whole room was dirty and smudgy--sink, sink fixtures, light switch, door handle--so I decided to hold it. As for their service . . . just average. read more

Terrible customer service. I went in because I was having service drop all the time when the rest of my family's phones didn't. The guy who helped me never looked at my phone. He kept texting on his phone instead of helping me. He just wanted me to either buy new or some other up sell crap. Seemed very bothered that I was even there. When I told him I was going to Verizon he said "you didn't ask me to look at your phone"- pretty sure I said "can you LOOK at my phone to see why I keep losing service" when I walked in. But that reinforces that he wasn't pay attention to me when I walked in. Extremely poor customer service. I should have looked at the reviews of the store before I wasted my time. I'll go to a true Verizon store where I've had much better customer service. read more
