    I had just received a new iPhone Pro 15 for Father's Day and it started on day 3 of not being able…read moreto send pictures to any Android phone. After spending 4 1/2 hours on the phone over 2 days we decided to just go to a Corporate AT&T store. Was met by Pops one of the techs. Explained what the issue was and what Apple had done and their results. He did some checking of things and finally stated that we would have to wait until a manager came in to swap it out. That would be in a couple of hours. We came back at the appointed time and met with John the Assistant Manager from another store. He did some THOROUGH testing with several of the corporate techs. The whole time he was keeping us abreast of what they were doing. After all was done the issue wasn't resolved. They decided that they would swap out the phone for a new one. Did I like spending 6 hours there. No but Pop's and John made it enjoyable as they worked diligently to try to solve our issues. Could I have been upset about it all, easily but both of them made easy to be there explaining the whole process that they go through. AT&T you are fortunate to have these 2 employees.

    I got my iPhone screen fixed here about a month or so ago. It was fine and they fixed it quickly…read morebut I noticed there was a tiny black dot on my screen after. Of course I didn't noticed it until I was in bed that night and I live too far away to bother making the trip back just to address the black dot. I thought I'd just live with it. I bought one of their pretty wood cases for my phone while I was there. The point of buying the case was to avoid breaking my screen again... ...Which brings me to yesterday. While in line to pay at a store I accidentally let my phone slip through my hand and it fell to the floor instead of my pocket, it's intended destination. Although it landed flat on its back, with a case on, I could see immediately that the screen was shattered. (Again. Just lovely,) But when I picked up the phone and saw that the fall actually broke the case too. So not only did the crappy case not protect my phone, it also didn't even survive. What's even the point? And now this morning. Seeing as how I can't really afford another replacement screen, and I wasn't left all that impressed by my first experience, I was just going to have a broken screen for awhile. But this morning, my stupid alarm went off and for the first time ever my phone vibrated itself off the edge of my bed. (I have a platform bed with a little bit of a lip where I usually set my phone to charge overnight. It's about 16 inches from the floor.) Welp. Now the screen is completely f#cked and unusable. I can't see the time or notifications. I certainly can't make calls out and I doubt very much I can receive calls because how can I answer my phone? In the end a new screen was okay except the Tiny Black Dot which was mildly distracting. But the case? Waste of money. Just absolutely worthless. Edit: I called the place before I got their message contacting me here. They did a great job of working with me to negotiate a price to fix my phone again. I bought a new case elsewhere that has a higher protective rating so I shouldn't have to fix it again. This new screen does not have the little black dot, it looks perfect. And they gave me a free screen protector too.

    Tried calling Park Meadows store to see if their spectacular employee, Alex, is working today. He's…read morethe best!! However, I got their AI assistant who was worthless and delayed everything by asking non relevant questions. She transferred me to some unknown place and still no one has picked up after 12 minutes. GIVE US A REAL PERSON!! Your AI assistant is worthless. I just need to know if Alex is there today before we drive all the way there. I could have driven there and been less frustrated. Lesson learned. Once I got through, I was connected to the Lone Tree customer service who said they didn't know the info and couldn't transfer me directly to the store. They said I had to drive there. This is NOT customer friendly. LET US TALK TO EMPLOYEES AT THE STORE. I will be looking for a different company to buy future products.

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Best Buy Park Meadows store after purchasing a…read morenew microwave from the store. I brought my old microwave to recycle--something Best Buy clearly states they accept on their own website--but the store manager, JJ Jacquay, refused to take it. There was no explanation that made sense, just a flat refusal that contradicted Best Buy's published recycling policy. To make matters worse, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. I've already notified the district manager, Josh Mechum, about how poorly this was handled. For contrast, I drove to the Best Buy in Aurora, and they accepted the microwave for recycling immediately with zero issues. That's how a store that values customers should operate. Because of this experience, I will no longer be doing business with the Park Meadows location. I strongly recommend visiting other Best Buy stores--like Aurora--that actually follow company policy and treat customers with respect.
