I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a retail store here. A couple of days ago, I was set up with what was supposed to be a free upgrade on a new line and phone. Fast forward to today, and I find out they actually added payments on multiple devices without telling me. When I went back to clear it up, the employee helping me was completely lost and admitted he didn't know what he was doing. I asked for the manager, but instead of helping, the manager blamed me for the situation and refused to correct it. When I mentioned I'd be leaving a review about the experience, the manager raised their voice at me and told me to leave the store. I've never been treated like that as a customer. I'll be reporting this to corporate, but in the meantime, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. read more

I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at the Verizon store in Park Meadows with an employee named Alexander (I didn't catch the full name). I came in seeking help with SIM card issues on my iPhone Mini and asked if it could be fixed. Rather than assisting me, Alexander immediately told me the Mini was outdated and pushed hard for me to upgrade to an iPhone 16 and change my entire family plan. I clearly stated I wanted to keep my current phone and plan if possible, but he insisted it wasn't an option. He then told me a network reset was required and that everyone on my family plan--including my dad, who is currently on a boat in the ocean--would need to reset their phones. I said that wasn't practical. When I FaceTimed my mom to discuss, which he claimed wouldn't work (but did), he became argumentative with her as well when she declined the plan upgrade. I asked to speak with another employee for a second opinion, and Alexander insisted on coming with me, saying, "I'm not afraid of what I said." When I spoke with Brittany, she informed me I didn't need to change my plan or require my family to reset anything. I told Alexander I was getting mixed messages, and when I asked him to explain, he began backtracking, saying it might happen "in five minutes or 20 minutes," but wasn't certain. At that point, I told him I'd prefer to continue working with Brittany, as his tone and pressure made me uncomfortable. It also felt like he was pushing a sales agenda--especially since he had me pay off my Mini before we had even discussed my plan options. What really crossed the line was when he made inappropriate comments about my phone, saying I had "obviously dropped it too many times" and that was likely why the antenna wouldn't work. This is completely unfounded--my phone is in excellent condition, has no cracks, and has always had a protective case. His assumptions were unnecessary and unprofessional. He also claimed I wasn't eligible for an upgrade due to having a Mini, even though my mom and sister--who also have Minis--are both eligible. Thankfully, Brittany was kind, respectful, and quickly resolved the issue by issuing an electronic SIM--no phone upgrade or plan change necessary. This was one of the worst in-store experiences I've had, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Alexander's behavior was aggressive, dismissive, and completely misaligned with the level of service I expect from Verizon. I appreciate Brittany's professionalism and hope others can learn from her example. read more

I'm writing this as I go on one week with a broken phone. I was switching providers from T-Mobile to Verizon and I was transferring from a iPhone 12 to iPhone 16. I'm not exactly sure what happened during the process of transferring my stuff from one phone to the other, but this transfer was very clearly either not entirely done or done in a lazy and neglectful manner. I started this process on Monday the 23rd. That should've been the final and only day. We noticed there were issues but the store was about to close so they told me to come back. I had to take time off of work on Wednesday to bring it back in to get it finally working. The man who helped me was extremely passive aggressive and I could tell he was neglecting helping me with my situation. He told me everything was fine but I could tell my phone still wasn't working. He told me he was not able to help me any further because "nothing else needed to be done and he did everything". Well my phone still wasn't working not working. When I say not working: my cellular data plan does not work at all on this new phone. I have to always be using WiFi. I cannot text or make phone calls nor receive them. Everything else is fine. I went back in on Friday (Day 3 of visiting this store) to see if they could figure out why my plan and number would not activate. They tried the same test about 7 times on my phone, but nothing else and then told me it was an Apple issue and to go there. So I drove down the street to apple where I sat for 4 hours and they were not able to help me or give me an answer either. I have spent about 12 hours now trying to get my phone to have the ability to use my cellular data plan and call and text. I have gone to Verizon 3 times. I have gone to Apple for 4 hours. I have gone to my previous provider to see if they knew if it was anything to do with my old plan and phone for another 3 hours. I have called every support number handed to me and been put on hold for hours. I just want to have a working phone to make calls and texts off of. I thought these experts could help me, but I have been sent on a wild goose chase with this broken phone for over a week. I would not trust this place to help you transfer your phone over. Please do it yourself or go to apple or a better Verizon. This Verizon has successfully broken the new phone I just got for them and has left me to deal with it all alone for a week. Not sure what to do at this point. I can't get my old phone to work, but neither this one. I can't afford a new phone. I'd appreciate if this Verizon would offer me a new iPhone 16 for the current one I have that they have broken. Don't buy a phone here. It won't work and they won't help you fix it. read more

Lonetree Yosemite Store - If I could rate this store a 0 - then I would. We are customers of over 25 years and today was my WORST experience ever. We went in on Sunday and purchased new Apple Watches and we have purchased 3 prior watches from VZW. When we went in the only question with regards to a size - was for the face of the watch & we went with 46mm and got home and opened our watches Monday evening for Tuesday morning go, well my watch band was too large (L) and we were unaware that now there is only 1 watch band included and is size specific. My watch was too large and my husband was S/M and he needed a large. I was so disappointed that I called VZW per Oscar he advised that this is no problem and that we can go to store to exchange and that if any issues in regards to restock fee then they can call customer service and waive the fees. We went into the VZW store and were met with a female representative that was very unhappy that she had to deal with our situation and we advised that we were never asked our band size (or were we made aware that you now had to choose a size) and she advised that we would need to exchange the watch and will charge us out of pocket a restocking fee (we always charge to our account) $100 fee for both, I then talked with another woman and she advised the same. I work in customer service as a corporate executive travel agent and this was the most arrogant customer service experience - as they just kept saying over and over - that they were not the rep that did the original transaction - well DUH!!!! I think I was more offended that they wanted me to pay $100 for their mistake and when I asked to charge to our account so customer service can refund - they advised they cannot. Truly absurd and I will never go to this store again or any store as I can order my own online moving forward. I did call customer service while waiting for my husband at my car because he thought he could actually talk some sense into these people (which did not work) and after an hour on the phone (nice mngr in call center) I have new watches being FedExed rush on VZW and the right sizes now. It's a very sad day when customer service from another country outshines our rude american customer service agents. Do better VZW as this was truly a crappy experience! read more

This has been my verizon store for years and have always had such a good experience with everyone until today. Upon walking in the "manager" who is an african american woman was rude right off the bat and extremely dismissive. As one does when they are waiting, you look at all the gadgets and such that they have. When playing with the PS5 controller i accidentally set the alarm off and oh man did this make her angry. I apologized and she stormed to the back to get the key to turn the alarm off and when she walked back i apologized AGAIN and was ignored again. Yes i understand that was probably annoying but frankly that is your job and i know that happens on a daily basis.. there was no need to ignore me and give me a nasty look. Everyone else in this store was so kind just shocked that that's the type of person they would want greeting their customers. Do better, i know customer services isn't sunflowers and sunshine but not once was i verbally rude to this woman, again do better. read more

Terrible customer service. Employee gave me a 256gb Samsung phone when I asked for a 512gb phone. I did not notice until just after he added my phone number. Then they charged me a restocking fee. Refused to give it back towards a new phone. Then blamed me for the mistake. I'm a 21 year Verizon customer. I could not believe they put the mistake on me ans made me pay. We had the most enjoyable experience you could ever have buying phones! My daughter, my son and I didn't plan on doing anything but ask questions when we walked in but Darsh answered everything and told us about some incredible offers that we ended up walking out with 2 great phones, 2 Apple Watches and accessories. Darsh was so knowledgeable and professional but super personable and funny, helped with everything , gave great recommendations and was super efficient. I know there were some poor reviews for this store but I'm sure it was because the customers didn't have Darsh helping them. His customer service doesn't warrant 5 stars but more like a perfect 10!! read more

Recently switch to Verizon. In store staff was knowledgeable about the deals...just lacking in how to get the deals completed upon the switch. The trade-in offer, credit for bringing your own devices and promotions seemed great. Lots of fine print which I figured and agreed too (3 year contracts, penalty for early pay offs, etc). Everything they told me in store, on how to get the promotions, was wrong. I have now spent 3.5 hours, not an exaggeration, working with the customer service department to get the $1600 in promotional credits that were promised (4 lines coming over). I am getting them, as promised, but would have been a lot easier if the rep told me the correct information initially. read more

I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years. Up until the last 10 days I have never had an issue with any Verizon product or service. Until I "upgraded" my iPhone 12 to an iPhone 15. Big mistake! My FIRST iPhone 15 would not activate. I kept getting a message saying that the sim was not supported. Not a single Verizon employee either in a store or online was able to resolve this issue and get the phone activated. In frustration I returned the phone to a local store. The employees of that store, one in particular, were not the least bit helpful and were honestly quite rude.  I ordered a new iPhone 15, hoping that maybe I just got a lemon with the first one. Wrong! Same issue, same lack of help from anyone at Verizon. I have spent countless hours online, in the stores, and on the phone with Verizon and yet, not one person out of the TWELVE that I have dealt with in this whole fiasco could resolve this issue. I took the phone to the Apple store today where it was tested and confirmed that the issue was not with the phone itself, but with the carrier. I was told by the Apple employee that a new eSim needed to be created for the old phone's information to be transferred to. So back home I went to chat with Verizon about creating a new eSim. And again I was told that I would just have to "wait until the ticket" was resolved and "just use my old phone because it's still active". I never received a QR code which others with this same phone said they received to activate their phone and when I asked about a QR code, I was again told I would just have to wait until the ticket is resolved.  This new eSim technology quite frankly, sucks. I have had many iPhones over the years and upgrading or switching phones was a 10-15 minute job, at most. It has been almost 2 weeks and I still don't have a new working phone. This is appalling service! There are plenty of other carriers out there that would love to have a loyal customer like I have been over the past 15+ years to Verizon. read more

Verizon- Lone Tree = Terrible customer service- really the company as a whole needs to get their act together. Lets just talk about DaQuan at the Lone Tree store. From the start, condescending and not willing to listen. Had to provide him with a lot of direction of how to sell me a phone. Continually arguing with me and absoluly condesending; in front of the store manager. Clearly, he does not care about her either. Verizon as a whole: I have spoken to four (4) different people at this point trying to upgrade my phone. Each person has a different answer and presents a different problem. The "Verizon" Park Meadow Mall store is terrific ! Changed from AT&T to Verizon and upgraded my Apple Iphone. Marie helped at first and she was knowledgeable and had amazing patience working with a "senior". Later, "Darsh" took over to finish transferring the information from the old phone to the new one. Another, amazing Verizonite who has a bright management future. He multi-tasked greeted customers and completed the phone change. I very much recommend this store ! read more

We have been with Verizon for 20 years with good plans and we were tricked to switch plans by one of their representatives. We lost some key services, like international plans, even thought he said he will switch us to a lower rate with the same services! We now need to follow up and try to fix this issue! read more

After talking with my cousin about her negative experience with Verizon, I realized my experience with Verizon reps at this store (hers was different) has been nothing but stellar. Here's why: Staff is so helpful. Because my phone wasn't charging properly, I was advised to use my upgrade rather than going through insurance, as insurance doesn't always cover everything. In picking a new phone, I felt a bit rushed by the representative who helped me (whose name I am forgetting!) and quickly chose the Galaxy S7 edge - which I ended up HATING. Let's just say, trying to type on a curved surface, is not ideal. I was told that I have a 14 day window to return the phone, if I didn't like it. Which brings me to my most recent visit. I came in around 415 on a weekday, and there was NO line. I was helped right away by the front desk woman, who led me right away to a representative who could help me with my exchange. I chose what I had wanted originally (Galaxy S7) and the process was seamless. I picked the case I wanted and did a direct exchange, AND got a partial refund - as the phone was cheaper than the edge! I was in and out within 30 minutes - including picture transfers! The store is always nice and doesn't seem to be as busy as others, despite being close to park meadows! I will continue to get my Verizon needs here :) read more

So even thought I am not impressed by Verizon right now for various reasons, I am very impressed with this location for the fact that they have EVERYTHING. Most of the locations I have been to have one or two cases and a few ear phones and that's pretty much it. This place is the MEGA STORE. It has absolutely everything. Not just two cases to choose from but literally dozens for each brand and style of phone. There's a giant wall of them and pretty much everything else you could need for your electronics. I will be dealing with this location from now on for sure. The people were actually really nice even though they could not help me. Store had only one other customer with another sales person. We made an appointment for the next day. When we arrived at our time we had to wait for someone to wait on us. We just walked out without being helped after some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When we came in, we were told our wait time would be 30 minutes, which is fine. However, we waited 45 minutes without being helped. Not only that, but the person who said we were next to be helped STARTED HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER WHO WALKED IN AFTER US RIGHT NEXT TO US. Husband bought a phone online, and chose to pick it up in store. When we got there on a Sunday, the store was packed (but we were expecting that). We weren't expecting the country playlist they were blasting at Abercrombie levels. Waited 20 mins for someone to help us...and was no help at all. After calling in backup from two other sales people, and making two phone calls. I was told it was my fault because my credit needed approval even though I've paid my bill on time every month for 6 years. While waiting, we looked at cases. But since we had so much time to kill, we just bought one on Amazon using my phone. Same quality, half the price. Won't be coming back if we can help it. read more

Truly the worst Verizon experience I have had. I've been with Verizon for 10+ years. On Wednesday night, my phone randomly started glitching. On Thursday, it wouldn't turn on at all. I went to Verizon, was greeted in a prompt manner and that was the last good thing to happen. The sales guy's first thing he said to me was "You don't have an account here." I was a bit confused...I told him it was under my mom's account and he said "there's nothing we can do for you, you aren't even on the account." I was taken aback. I asked him if I could have her add me. "Sure." was his replied. I have never felt like such a burden in the 30 seconds it took my mom to add me. He made it very clear I was wasting him time - keep in mind I had an appointment from 12-12:30. It was 12:02. She added me and then he was "finally able to talk to me about options" Great! We are getting somewhere. He looked at my phone and said "eh, there's nothing I can do for you." I asked him why and he said "you don't have insurance" I have never been talked down on like this man was. I asked what Verizon could do to help me and he shrugged and said "go to ubreakiFix - they can help." Someone with a good experience will tell 2 people, someone with a bad will tell 7. Trust me, I will tell more. Teach your employees that it isn't always about making a sale, but sometimes offering advice in a kind manner. Regardless of Verizon's "policies" this employee was rude, arrogant and not helpful at all. I am embarrassed for you. read more

Beware. Don't get sucked into the Edge Contracts. They sell you with the credits, upgrade sooner, etc. You cannot get out of the contracts for two years, your bill WILL be higher (don't believe otherwise) and have to turn your phone in at the end of the contract, so you will be starting from ground zero while in the meantime paying higher bills. Three phones in my household, was sold on Edge, and bill is 320 plus taxes...but when they sold me we left ATT because it was going to drop to 200 plus tax. Lies from people that have no clue about even their own systems, capabilities, autonomy levels to makes decisions on the phone nor in the stores. The speed of the LTE or XLTE is NOT as fast as ATT nor Sprint. I was told that I would get an equipment credit because they screwed up my account so badly, gave my daughter my number I use for work, changed the upgrade dates to the wrong ones, lost my voicemails, etc. Well they changed me for the equipment I purchased with the credit and the credit never came. Several hours on the phone with customer service, five hours in the store and still not right. DONT DO IT! I guess they realized it was dumb. Just go to the Apple plan. read more

I am severely disappointed with the associate I worked with and I wish I could remember her name. She was pregnant at the time and the whole experience was very friendly and efficient. The bad news came a couple months later. We were informed on our bill the associate had signed us up for services without our permission and on top of that gave us the wrong tracking number so now we are being charged hundreds of dollars for a trade in that did not happen because a faulty member of this store. It is very disappointing to think they were just trying to make a sale and get us out the door. Next time you visit this store please be very wary of the associates as some may be absolutely wonderful and great at their jobs while others will screw you over and leave you in a situation like ours. read more

This place delivers kind and EFFICIENT service. I could not ask for more. I was seen within 1 minute of signing in (luck of the draw, I know) but the sales associate quickly got me the phone I wanted and most importantly, did not try to upsell me when I told him I was not interested. I was in-and-out within 15 minutes, and that included the time it took for the sales associate to transfer my phone contact info, pay for the phone, and carefully apply the plastic screen cover for the phone I purchased. While this store is impressive in presentation, I speak only of my sales experience. Upon arriving on a Saturday, the door greeter said it would be a 45 min wait. I left and returned on Tuesday at 6:30PM-a slow time. Again the greeter said a 45 minute wait (hey I'm buying a cell phone, not sending a package USPS). The wait turned out to be more like 20 min, but the greeter didn't drill down on why I was there to suggest that what I needed could be done over the phone or online. When I got with a sales rep, with the intent to order an iPhone 6, suddenly all of the incentives I got over the phone from a VZN sales rep the day before had expired. I left, called VZN on my cell and ordered my iPhone 6 not only with all the incentives, I got the $30 change fee waived as well. Placing my order at this retail location would have been costly. It is a mystery to me that dealing over the phone was more effective than in person. As Mom would say, "What is this country coming to?" Use this store for viewing hardware (Verizon finally figured out how to display phones with without the rubber band tethers) and then go place your order online or by calling in. You may get a competent sales rep at the retail store, but these days I think that is hit or miss. Oh, did I mention I am one of the longest term customers with Verizon Wireless-over 25 years. They should be kissing my arse. read more

Alright so the representative that helped me deserves 5 stars and that was why the store gets 2 stars total from me. Let's start. Been in here a few times now. Never left happy nor with what I needed. They do a good job of greeting you at the door and getting you on the queue. However unless you're the first one through the door in the morning expect to wait 10 minutes or more to be helped. Ultimately this is because of how busy they are which is out of your control. Next. I have been fortunate to have very nice and hard working reps but they are handcuffed by corporate and store policy which ultimately (from my experiences) is able to waive (if you call corporate sales and help desk as well as the loyalty department). But even though they have been nice they nor their managers have been able to help with any of my issues (so far they have all been trying to spend more money with Verizon! Apparently they don't want it). Lastly I have given this store its final chance. Every time I leave the store upset and end up calling into customer service where they are able to assist me and have always found a great compromise or solution to my concerns; albeit I have to wait for any new devices in the mail. So take your chances. read more

I have been to this particular store several times over the years. My experiences here have been a bit of a mixed bag. On my most recent visit, however, I was quite impressed. The store was well-staffed, and the associates were friendly and helpful. Michael, in particular provided excellent customer service, and helped resolve my issues very satisfactorily. He quickly helped me find a plan better suited to my needs, that will actually save me money. He also guided my selection of a piece of hardware that seems to work quite well.
