These are the texts I received between my husband's call to cancel service and when they called me.

We have about 17 screenshots of error messages. First they mixed up my spouse's and sister-in-law's accounts. Then they put my name on my spouse's account. Then they made the secondary account defunct so that we can only sign on with one account, the one attached to billing. However, I will say that one customer service agent was able to see that the latest issue needed to be escalated. And, on the plus side, we were able to reduce our monthly payments. Outside of accounts and customer service, the Internet service has been good, but we can find much better speeds at better rates. --- I'm updating this review and knocking down one star. When we tried to cancel my spouse (the primary account holder) talked with a customer service agent in Mexico and thought that he handled the cancelation. Right after he hung up the phone, I received a call from a customer service agent in India, and I asked why he's trying to sell me on Comcast the second after my husband canceled the account. I gave the call to my spouse and he asked to speak with the manager. The manager still tried to sell him on the service. I have attached a phone screenshot of our last interaction with the company. I did not request any information from the company. It's like when a kid doesn't like it when his dad say no, so he talks with his mom. It's an infantile way of doing business.

stay away from Xfinity, you sign up and then they remove stations, in denver they removed channel 7 a local channel,

We went in to ask about upgrading our phones. We worked with Shalonda Brown, she walked us through…read moreoptions, but since I was an existing customer, I was better off going through Apple directly and using my veteran discount. As we were leaving the store, she recommended we come back to help get our new phones set-up and transferred over from our current phones. We returned a few hours later, we asked if Shalonda could help us again. She was with another customer, but came over to greet us while their accounts were transferring. She was fantastic and patient, multi-tasking between her existing customer and us, when there were lull's while our data and software updates occurred. We really appreciated her support and professionalism to help us get this all done as quickly and accurately as possible. No data or pictures were lost, everything transferred over as expected. We couldn't be happier. Thank you Shalonda!!

This is particularly for the store. It's crazy that this store is absolutely filled with customers…read moreand the time to get to each individual customer has been painstakingly slow. This is actually the second time I've been at this store this week and it literally takes about an hour to get any help. We particularly came in because we are cancelling our services with them. We would think it would be easy just to cancel and drop off the equipment but that's not the case. I don't know if I would be a returning customer-services are okay. I'm just shocked at how slow the customer service has been at this location... they definitely need to do something about it.

It's time for me to revisit my one star review of Rise. Over the past year or so their service has…read moreimproved considerably. For about the past 10 years I have been buying 2 internet connections to my home - rise and viasat. The issue i had with both was reliability, so I basically had one to back up the other. I think about a year and half ago Rise did some major upgrades on their tower. Since then the reliability has been extremely good, and I generally get the bandwidth I pay for and sometimes a bit more. I work from home and i monitor my usage closely. As Rise continued to provide reliable service I found the viasat bill more and more difficult to stomach - their reliability was still low - and I rarely got what i paid for. So Rise's increased performance has allowed me to have Viasat disconnected and a second Rise line added to my home for backup purposes and I'm saving money. I'm not protected against their tower going down - but it has been a long time since that happened, and yes, I am knocking on wood. Additionally, I have a difficult install . The Installer has been great, gets things done, and doesn't mind thinking outside the box. So a pleasant update for Rise - They have made great strides, I sure hope they keep it up.

Obtained Rise Broadband service September 2025. Had issues here and there but often more so than…read morenot in the middle of the night service goes out. I've called a few times, but yesterday May 12 we had an outage then May 13 the usage has been intermittent. I called and was told I wouldn't get any money back on a service I'm paying for but not receiving. The service got worse shortly after hanging up with the rep being completely out, so I called back and of course they're closed. I will be canceling this service and in our upcoming HOA meeting and within our minutes I will be stating my experience and tell everyone there is a deal with starlink online and I've heard they have great service and customer service. I'm so disappointed and aggravated.
