I wish I would have taken a picture before bringing it in, but didn't think I would need it. The home button doesn't work anymore and now there is a black line down the screen that was not there when I dropped it off. And they told me this would be 175 to fix the screen. I paid for a battery replacement at the park meadows location and had to bring it in 3 times for the iPad to still randomly turn off so I tried the Parker location and this happens. I wouldn't recommend trusting this location or the one by park meadows it's been 2 months and 4 visits for the screen to be broken and the home button broken that weren't broken before brining it in, and paid for a new battery. . going forward I will just pay to replace the ipad, because at this point I would have paid more for the repairs and it taken much longer than just getting a new one. Very very upset about this turn out.

This company is an absolute SCAM. I had contacted them to get a reimage on an old work laptop…read more Shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours per the person I spoke to over the phone. The "technician" came to my house and fiddled around with my laptop for 2 hours before they concluded they didn't have the correct equipment and that they'd need to reschedule the following day. I was told I was going to STILL be billed for them to come out the first day and then I'd receive a whopping 10% off the next visit. Aurora tax is 8% so that's already joke and very insulting. They were planning on coming back out the following day and "magically" fix my computer that time, on top of still billing me for the additional days. Mind you it's $130 an hour and they purposefully drag their feet on minor issues to ensure you're paying more. Your money is better spent elsewhere. Everyone here is incredibly shady and your issue certainly will not get resolved on the first contact with them. You're better off just going to Geek Squad. Avoid this joke of a company like the plague. I am out $130 and my laptop is in no different condition than before I even wasted my time contacting these people. They won't even apologize to you for the trouble. Save yourself a headache, just go to Geek Squad. Or literally anywhere else. Complete ripoff.
