I tried flipping the keyboard upside down and using a blow dryer to dry out the remaining moisture but to no avail. At this point, I honestly knew that this would not be an easy fix because the parts for Huawei (Chinese owned) are hard to attained ( Trump blocked it), and I order to get to the keyboard, one would need to go through the CPU and mess with the tiny components/screws.
