The entire process was clean, easy, and stress free. After visiting Park Meadows Mall nearby to check out prices on cases and screen protectors, we returned to this store again to get cases and accessories here. Normally I hate going into the Verizon store because the customer service agents always tell me what they want me to get not what I need to get, making the store trip exhausting and dreadful. HOWEVER!! Todays trip absolutely wonderful. Michael Glasgow did any amazing job with getting me set with a new phone, which I desperately needed and a better plan to fit my usage. I now have a phone that works exactly how I need it and a plan that gives me more for my money. Michael sat with me for over an hour making sure that when I walked out of the store my phone was working so I wouldn't fall behind with work emails, phone calls or text. If you plan to go to this Verizon store make sure to ask for Michael Glasgow, he will make sure you get the device you need along with making sure that you are in the proper plan for your needs. Michael, the sales person, lied to me about a plan in order to charge me $600 for a phone instead of the $200 upgrade price I was eligible for. It also resulted in features in my plan that I need for work being turned off despite his assurance that they would still work. In order to get back on my original plan I needed to make a three hour round trip drive to the store. They made me wait half an hour to speak to an employee. Two employees were unable to help me. After 45 minutes the manager, Donovan, got involved. After another 15 minutes another manager, Paul, got involved. It took a total of 78 minutes but they did finally resolve the problem. But it did waste almost 5 hours of my life. read more

The employee David who was assisting us was rude and very condescending as he spoke with us about transferring my line over from my son's account to my new husband's account. This is by far the worst Verizon store I have ever done business with. Any time I go to this location, my request(s) are not completed correctly. Today for example, I added a new line to my account. Of course, stupid me walked out of the store without looking at my receipt to ensure the pricing was correct. I got to my car and noticed the representative that assisted me added total equipment coverage (without me asking for or authorizing it), charged me $300 more for the phone I picked up than was advertised, and gave me the wrong storage capacity device. I will no longer go to this location out of the convenient location, but rather, go to the Southglenn mall location. read more

Every time I go to this store in need of help with a product or problem they do an amazing job of taking care of my issue. This store is super clean and just as busy as all the Verizon stores are! I liked that they had a station set up to make waiting more convenient. You have to expect a wait at the Verizon store so, its nice that they have seating and work space for you during that time. I got some papers graded while I charged my phone!! The staff was attentive and helpful. They couldn't resolve my issues at the store but gave me great advice on what I could do and where to go in order to handle what I needed. read more

Go to Sprint!! Been with Verizon for years and they treat their customers like trash. Charged me an outrageous restocking fee for a mistake they made. I had an issue with a brand new phone and they took care of it with some of the best service I've received in retail. Claire and Jaxson (I hope I remembered that right) made sure I had water, checked in regularly, and apologized for my long wait even though it was an internet issue causing the problem and not them. Awful Service. I made an appointment. I showed up and their agent said they don't make appointments. I told him that my S7 was broken and could they help. The agent said they don't do repairs. I asked to see what new phones were available. He showed me 2 options. Said the only choice was pink or I could order on line. I suggest getting people who know how to serve customers or train with customer service. I'm sorry We worked with Cody and at first he was quite interested in helping me get a brand new iPhone. The beginning started pleasantly enough, but once I was a hard no on the way over price (but 'discounted') accessories addition, the customer service ended. I understand the attempt to sell more product, but being pushy and a bit rude about it is unnecessary. I also just recently moved from New York to Colorado. In New York the sales people there took out the iPhone, made sure it turned on and there were no issues. Even offered assistance in transferring information over or directions how to do so. I was handed the box with the iPhone and sent on my way. My fiancé will be getting a new phone soon, but we will be going to a different Verizon store and I suggest everyone else does too. read more

I made an appointment online with the store to have someone help with my account. The person who met me out front at my appointed time rushed me into the store and immediately (and rudely) asked if I called the help line. When I said no he didn't even give me a chance to explain and rudely kept rushing me through my problem. He was RUDE! IMPATIENT! and CONDESCENDING! and told me to call Century Link, then walked away. I have a suggestion for anyone unfortunate enough to need to visit this store. Bring a sleeping bag. Some snacks. Water. A good book. Or maybe just tailgate in the parking lot, cuz you aint gonna get help anytime soon. And they just don't care. Unless you love getting a bill triple what was disclosed you, love finding out you're in a contract and were never told, and love being on hold for 1/2 hour to customer service if you have a question, DO NOT GO TO VERIZON! These stores are jerks. 9 days to go on my contract and they would not sell me a new phone for the 2-year contract price. I walked out of the store and called corporate from the parking lot and got new phone no problem. I won't deal with the power hungry asshole store managers that Verizon seems to put in every store. While this review has more to do with Verizon as a Company - it is this specific location that has lied to us, stalled the process and acted like the problem was just us - all while knowing the FCC was actively investigating Verizon for promotion fraud. We are fighting Verizon over a promised, verified and documented 'turn-in promotion' from last September. Each time I've tried to use the 'virtual credit' I am met with a blank stare followed by someone 'from the back' emerging with talk-speak some a new excuse. Each one more elaborate than the last. I dig my heels in, produce paperwork and the virtual credit - virtually re-appears. Yesterday I went in to use the credit and the request once again resulted in a new excuse why the credit is no longer available, "we have purged those files they no longer exist". Knowing the limits of my civility - today I have sent in the calmer of us. I know myself and waiting in the car is best for everyone involved. So I started looking up Verizon and their cell turn-in program to learn that currently the FCC is gathering evidence for a class action fraud case. Including the charges that they actively used email auto-delete (I had to look that one up - it is a real thing) feature for emails sent with the virtual credit info. In other words you go to use the credit and poof the email has evaporated days/weeks ago. Thousands of complaints of that little gem came up with a simple Google search. Some users have found relief with the BBB, others have joined the class action suit. What else was amazing is that in my search - Verizon is still offering rebates for certain products being turned in. That's just plain cheeky! No wonder they act like nothing is wrong. Spoiler alert: if you're not reading this review - Verizon just also figured out how to auto-delete Yelp reviews too. Hey it could happen. read more

I purchased 5 phones beginning of May 2013 The clerk booked the phone as a business account without letting me know, maybe because he would get commission? Verizon credited $2000 from my credit card without me knowing it. A month later I called and complained, and they confirmed that this was a wrong booking. So, I thought I was walking into a Verizon store so I could get my phone worked on. No way man, I did it so I could hang out for an hour without getting any help and watch store associates stand around. Well, I didn't have anything else to do with my family on a Tuesday night. I had no idea this is how I like to spend my very limited and precious family time! Thank you verizon staff for allowing me to experience this revelation! OK, let's get real. It wasn't until I announced very loudly to my husband (via speaker phone) that I was writing a yelp review and giving them 2 more minutes before I left that I got any service. Three associates came over to help when all I needed was to get a screen protector swapped out and another put on. Turns out, they didn't seem to care about customer service until they heard the word yelp. The only bright spot in the evening was Dimitri. He seemed to know what he was doing and seemed to go out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with at least his service. So all in all, would I go back to this store? I probably would, but only if what I wanted was not available online and only if Dimitri was working. read more

We have bee to many verizon stores, with mixed reviews generally leaning tword negative experience. Not so with this verizon. Of course we did experience the standard greeter, and 15-20 minute wait time, however this was better than being told 15-20 minutes and waiting over an hour, wich we have started coming to expect with most verizons. Very disappointed in Verizon and this particular branch. We visited this store to purchase new phones about a year ago and were baited into converting our account into a business account. The young lady who helped us took an extraordinarily long time to set it up, on top of the long wait to get service. She completely messed up our account by duplicating our account. Unfortunately we were unaware of the mess until we got back home and tried our devices. We went back, waited a long time for service and finally got the young lady to help us. She messed it up again! After several attempts at fixing the messed up account, we asked to return the extra devices she persuaded us to get in order to qualify for the supposed "better" business account. We returned them, however there was a " double" account in our name for these extra devices that she never cancelled and that we were unaware if. We have tried for months to get this sorted out through multiple phone calls to Verizon, often times waiting on the phone for at least 30-45 minutes to get service, to no avail. Then multiple visits to their store, always waiting, for sometimes up to an hour for service. Still no resolution. No one has been able to help us, even their new store general manager. No return phone calls from him after desperately explaining my shocking customer service to him and the horrible predicament we are in. Now, after months of attempting to get help with the duplicate account in our name with charges that they promised to remove together with the erroneous duplicate account, we have been sent to collections for the erroneous duplicate account and erroneous charges!!!!!! I have no clue how to get rid of this duplicate account that this very inexperienced and careless young lady created, and neither do they!!! I'm at the point where I may have to get a lawyer involved because they have affected our credit. Please be aware when visiting Verizon, and in particular, this store and in particular, if they try to upsell you. We are in a predicament with no one capable of helping us. I waited for 45 minutes to talk to a representative. I didn't mind because I knew they were busy. When someone finally came up to me,I asked for the price of a phone and was shocked when I found out it was more than the price at best buy. I asked the representative about the difference, and he rudely just told me to leave and go to best buy. I would not have waited 45 minutes if I had known the man was going to be so unprofessional. Every time I have gone into that store, the people have been nothing but rude. I will never go back, and I will make sure all my peers know to do the same. If you need GREAT customer service along with detailed product knowledge, I highly recommend that you visit this store. My personal recommendation would be to work with Susan Torres. Susan has patience like a saint! She assisted not only with my upgrades but took the time to explain my bill and made sure I received the proper discounts. Susan is very honest and thorough and I cannot appreciate her help enough. We were there past the time the store was closing and I did not feel rushed. i would recommend to make an appointment with Susan. I am sure other reps are trained on the products, but you cannot train personality or customer service like Susan's. Give that girl a raise! read more

At one point their were 5 techs standing around or moving merchandise while we waited and continuously told that there were two more people ahead of us. I took Verizon connection with Samsung galaxy S5 in dec'14 from Verizon kiosk , costco. I don't why but I never happened to use my headset. 15 days back when I thought of using my headset , I realized that headset doesn't fits in audio jack. Samsung center in best buy confirmed that its manufacturing defect and I should be contacting Verizon to get my phone replaced. Went to Verizon retail and first they tried to get rid of me saying u got your connection from Costco, go there. I checked in Costco , they said its over 3 months, go to Verizon retail. Went to Verizon retail, they opened phone, they say uer phone has liquid damage. Any novoice knows that if there is liquid damage, first sign is pink cross on battery and phone get smudged. My phone is as clean as new. Probably they didn't took me as well informed. I said how headset not fitting in audio jack is caused by liquid damage. They started filling replacement request but added liquid damage over rules as other warranty and if in warehouse they think there is liquid damage, they will charge u $300. Now I was certain I will get charged even if no damage. Verizon says whIle taking contract , there is a line in contract which mentions warranty and replacements are based on Verizon policy. And the verizon policy is if u have any issues in your device, send us your phone and we will send you new phone but that's very big BUT if we find any damage on uer phone ( which not is ascertained in customer physical presence ) we will charge u price of replacement phone. Customer is given no choice whether he chose to pay or get his old device back. Now, how can I trust verizon that this policy is not to make money? Am I responsible that they don't have technical people in their center who can fix simple issues in phone ? Why I am bring compelled to trust verizon that if my phone doesn't have any damage they won't charge me. Check my phone in front of me or give me freedom to determine that whether I want to pay for replacement or get my old phone back. And if you dare ask these things in verizon retail center manager simply tells you that this policy and if you don't listen , we will be forced to escort you out of door. PATHETIC ....Pls stay away from Verizon or pray god that your device never has any issues else Verizon can give u hell of a time ... read more
