I've been to this location twice, and the second time was the horrible! The customer service here is deplorable. I walked in and the lady who was doing the greeting had a horrible attitude to begin with. I told her I was there to obtain some accessories for my son's phone I had just ordered online. I showed her the phone and her response to me was this, "That is a phone that is sold online only, therefore, we do not sell accessories for it, but you might be able to find some at the mall at one of the kiosks." I stood there shocked that this 'sales' person just took business away from the store she works at and sent it somewhere else. The tone of voice and body language she used when speaking to me made me feel like a lowlife because I ordered a phone online through Verizon instead of buying through the store. In addition to that she made it sound like accessories were not sold for this phone at all and I had to ask if I could find them online. (I needed a data card, screen protector, and phone holder) She didn't even ask me what accessories I needed and to see if they had alternative solutions in the store or even to show me what was online and order it for me. I was so upset that I contacted the sales manager and filed a complaint. As someone in sales, if my staff ever behaved and performed that way, I would've fired them. This location might be next to my job, but it's not worth the convenience. I went to the Verizon location I have gone to the past 5 years at 8430 West Cross Drive, Littleton CO and was not disappointed. In fact, they had everything I needed for my son's phone at that location. It's very interesting that this girl would tell me those items are not sold in their stores when in fact they are! My recommendation is to avoid this location all together and go out of your way to another Verizon location. read more

On Black Friday, 2016, we were duped into getting 2 tablets. The tablets were "free" due to a promotion when you add additional phone lines. After 2 hours in the Verizon store we had all 5 lines set up and my in laws were to pick up the tablets, which could only be picked up in Pueblo. Most of the two hours was the store employees "hooking us up." Fast forward to the first bill after the changes and it's got 7 lines, start ups fees, etc. The bill that should have gone down, per the Verizon store employees, was actually over $1000, not close to $250. After multiple calls, multiple shut offs to our phone (cause who pays a company who can't figure out the billing), we were finally told to pick up a packing slip from this store and return the tablets to a GA facility. This store couldn't find a packing slip nor help us out. The VERY store that caused all of this confusion, FRAUD, etc. The manager is rude and her counterparts are incompetent. If you're forced to go in this store cause Apple sent you, leave. Go elsewhere. Make the drive, you're welcome. ONE STAR IS BEING GENEROUS HERE. read more

Always busy, long waits, and poor customer service ... the best Verizon place in south metro Denver is the one at 6997 S University Blvd, Centennial, CO 80122. They are head and shoulders ABOVE the "service" you get at the Park Meadows location. It's not even close. read more

I know there are many horror stories out there about the service at Verizon stores....I have many of them myself. But when something is extraordinary, that needs to be known as well. And this story is just that. My phone was still under the manufacturers warrantee when it went out (the port broke, making it impossible to charge). A new phone was overnighted to me (I do wish it could have been handed to me immediately) and that was just the beginning. When the new phone arrived, Kimberly, the service rep, worked with me throughout most of the following two days. She came in early, took the dead phone to an outside service provider, to retrieve information from my now-totally-dead phone. Because the info would not transfer or back up to my SD card, she made hard copies of all the info, even providing me with screen shots of my calendar during the brief time it was brought back to life. As though that wasn't enough, she even took my old phone and mailed it back to Verizon, emailing me the tracking number. She said she wanted to provide a "wow" experience. She certainly did that....and MORE! I am extraordinarily appreciative. read more

Was going to Mexico, went in and spent 45 minutes so a 'pro' could set up my phone. Well, got here and what he charged me for was being able to call Mexico, not call from Mexico. There's no Verizon customer service email, the live chat doesn't work, I could spend $4 a minute on the hotel phone to sit through their voice mail on their 800 number, probably $40 to get to a rep. Vacation is too short to worry about it. read more

I'm hoping I can post this review with zero stars. (I now find out that you cannot rate a business with a zero). That's what this store has earned. I received a call from Verizon with regard to my Samsung Note 7 phone. They were informing me that they were going to charge the amount due on my phone since I hadn't yet returned the phone to them (part of the safety recall). Well, gee... I haven't received my kit that I was promised so that I could return it.... The guy on the phone was actually helpful, and he told me that if I returned the phone to the store they would take care of it for me. Great. So today I stop in to this particular Verizon store, and of course have to submit my name and wait. I was finally approached by "Marissa". I explained to her what I was there for and she quickly told me that she couldn't take my phone. Huh. Well, I was told by Verizon that they could. Marissa went to the back and returns with a giant box (relative to the size of the box that my phone was originally purchased in) and told me I had to use that box to return it, and that Verizon would pay for the shipping through UPS. I suggested to her that they (meaning the store and the corporate folks on the phone) should get their plans straight to avoid confusion and inconvenience to the customer. Next, and this is what really set me off, was when I then asked her if she could help me with the iPad Pro. "Which one?". Uh, well, I'd like the 12.9" model. We walked over to them and she said, "What do you want to know?". Seriously??? How about this, Marissa, EVERYTHING. I'm standing in the store, ready to write a check for nearly $1000, and her attitude was one of being put out, and couldn't care less about discussing the product with me. OK, well, I know enough about them to be dangerous, but wanted to know what the benefit would be to buying it through Verizon vs. say, Apple or anyone else. Again, all she had to say was that it has the wifi built in. Next I asked if there was a similar discount to the one I currently receive on my 2 Samsung phones. "What discount?" she says. So I suggested to her to look at my account. By now the conversation has taken a turn, and I flat out asked her if there was some sort of problem, since I'm not accustomed to being treated this way by a "customer SERVICE representative" in a store. So she then hands me her device so I could look myself. Nice job Marissa. I was able to locate on my bill, on her device, since she wouldn't help, where I get a $40 discount on my Samsung. Now she says I can't get any discount and that the iPad will cost me $10/mo. for access. So I ask her again, to confirm. Nope. No discount. So its obvious to me now that she couldn't give a s@#* less if I buy one or not. Honestly, I don't know what her problem was. But now I'm angry and asked for her manager. I explained briefly to the manager what had taken place, and he didn't seem real interested. "Sorry". Well, Marissa, I don't need to spend money with someone like you in a store that obviously doesn't care about their customers. It gets better... When I got home and opened the big box that Marissa gave me to send my phone back in, I discovered that it is the box that Samsung sent to the store so THEY could pack and return phones. 9 of them!! I have a box to send 9 phones back in. Great. And no instructions, no return label. NOTHING. What else did I expect? So now I'm back to square one. read more

Representative totally misrepresented the capabilities of the Wifi Jetpack. It is not a substitute for internet, and Verizon will slow you down at 10GB and NOT 20 GB as the rep stated. Unable to even load any web pages when it dropped down to 3G. Rep did not point out that there was a 2 year contract. If she had even mentioned it I would have declined the product as I knew I was moving overseas in 6 months. Was looking for internet capability during the transition before we went overseas. Verizon took NO accountability and didn't even apologize for the misrepresentation. Wondered why this store has low markings, now I understand. read more

I would give this store negative stars if I could. I went to this Verizon location last weekend to upgrade my iPhone, and I experienced the worst customer service. I walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted; brand; color, size, etc. I was paired with Peter, who immediately treated me like an incompetent smartphone user. It took forever for him to get my phone from the storage area (He had to go back twice because he brought the wrong phone out) and then proceeded to try and sell me on the new edge program. I had already done my research earlier in the week, the edge program just would not work for my situation. He immediately got in my face about not purchasing this new, great plan and I was idiot for not listening to him. Clearly he was on a commission based program with that attitude. After telling him no five times and my reasoning behind sticking with a two year contract plan, I walked out of the store with a new iPhone (finally), a disgust for Verizon's customer service and an obligation to make sure no one else is treated this way. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! read more

We loved this store! We had problems at another Diamond Wireless store at park meadows mall and Dustin (manager) and Pat (Associate) were very helpful! They helped fix the other stores mistakes and saved us a bunch of money. Great employees and super friendly! They took the time to explain all of the details of our new plan so we knew exactly what we were getting into. Highly highly recommend these guys. Thanks again Dustin and Pat! read more

Stop!! Don't sign with Verizon! Verizon may have great coverage but they definitely have very poor customer service and high prices. Numerous times my bill has been wrong and I call customer service and they say it will get fixed but it never does. Just paid a bill that was too high but just sick of dealing with them. This Verizon is store is AWFUL. Bad customer service and told me ALL false information. If you have insurance of your phone THE EMPLOYEE should make this easy for you to get a new phone when I AM paying VERIZON monthly for this. Employee told me I could call Asurion by 7 OR 8pm last night (Tuesday 10/1) and when I called in they said I was too late. Lie #1. THEN I try to order the phone but you have to go to a computer that has a scanner and scan a document AND your ID. I did this and they said they have the phone. LIE #2.... THEY HAVE THE PHONE OF BACK ORDER. I am going to quit Verizon. And spread the word to all of my friends that we need to switch users. I am shocked by my experience. AWFUL. read more
