Terrible management and customer service. I came in because I was sent from another store because someone ordered me the wrong iPhone by mistake. Instead of taking care of me I had to pay more to get the correct phone I originally asked to be ordered. I was told nothing they could do. Manager was on a call so asked for his card and emailed him, heard nothing back. I didn't realize it was so hard to get good customer service these days. read more

I couldn't speak more highly of the store manager (Sean, I believe). I was sent to this location for another location nearby--no idea why but regardless. I wanted to payoff the balance on my iPhone 14 Pro and trade in for an iPhone 15 pro. First, I was running into all kinds of issues just paying off the balance on my 14 pro--Sean helped me with that no problem whatsoever. He then walked me through best options and saved me a bunch of money while getting me setup for a iPhone 16 pro (its not like he was upselling, he took the time to discuss all the options). He did all this while being the only person running the store and some how was able to juggle helping me and the stream of customers coming in on a Saturday afternoon. Then, when there was some issue completing the trade in and upgrade process internally, he called AT&T HQ and waited on hold with me there for maybe 30min until we were able to connect with someone that could troubleshoot the problem with my account (again, all while helping a stream of arriving customers--some who walked in unhappy for some reason but ended up leaving with what they needed and seemingly in a much better mood than earlier). I generally don't leave reviews because I expect good service since I try to provide the same. However, my experience this past Saturday was over and above and definitely merited commenting. Made an appointment online, went into the store and they advised, "they don't take appointments", but "I guess we can help you". There was no one in the store except the two associates. I sat down with Joel and started to explain what I wanted to do, Joel was actively watching a show on the large business tv. I asked Joel if he was going to help me or watch tv. He said, he didn't like how I was speaking to him and refused to assist me. It was the worst customer service experience, which was shocking because I have been going to this store for 8 years. I tried to call the Manager but he was out sick, so I left and went to the AT&T store at the Mall. Found out the other store isn't a "corporate" location. read more

The "manager" who refused to speak with me, for reasons that are still unknown to me, but continued to send a young 20-something male (who knew less than a monkey in a forest about AT&T) as if it were helpful!?! Anyway the last time this SAME THING occurred I received over $1200 in credit from AT&T as it's a Federal Crime to enter and take action on behalf of the account holder, when it can be avoided. Seeing as though I was in the building, they had my phone and I was within policy of 3 days to pick up the phone - let's see if I won't get $2600 this time around!! My fiance and I went in to check out switching to AT&T from Verizon and Sprint. The sales guy quoted us a price and we purchased five new phones. We understood that we could try AT&T out and if we didn't like the service, we had 14 days to return the phones. Over the next week, we realized the service was terrible with dropped calls and no service. Then I received the bill which was $200 over what the sales guy had said it would be. I immediately called customer service and was told that the store was wrong and that our bill would be that amount. When I called the store, the sales guy and the manager told me, "at least I was paying less than we were with Verizon and Sprint. Terrible. He misinformed us the monthly rate and had no regard for the mistake. We decided to return the phones and cancel our service. We were charged a $55 restocking fee for each phone totally $275. To make matters worse, when I called AT&T billing to see what my bill would be, I was told they do not prorate phone bills. Long story short, my family will be out over $800 for terrible service and for 2 weeks of service when we were LIED to about how much it would be. We didn't want to be locked into a 30 months contract that was $140 over the quoted price which would over $4000 in added expenses. The people at this store are so nice and helpful. I finally got an iPhone for Christmas and we came in here after the holiday rush to activate the phone and compare data plans. The rep looked up our account and wrote down comparisons for our choices and actually ended up savings us money, despite the fact that we were upgrading my phone! Truly excellent service at this store. I wanted to buy an iPhone case from the guy to show my appreciation but unfortunately they're all way too overpriced in the store. Check Amazon for that, but definitely go to this store for help with your plan any time! read more

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile because its a way better deal. When I switched over I hadn't payed off my phone yet, figured I would after I switched on my final bill. Without any warning from AT&T they locked my phone so I couldn't make any calls. Called them from a different phone and payed the bill immediately, which they claimed the funds from my bank immediately and then told me that it would be 48 hours till my phone unlocked. Absolutely terrible service from AT&T and will never again give them any of my money. read more

Even though we were just in to get an account number to port the phone to another carrier, the customer service was really good. They made sure that we weren't entirely dissatisfied with the service or that there wasn't any problems they could address. It just came down to my employer having a better corporate discount. The plans were comparable, but we stood to save $15-20 per month with the other carrier. So despite all that, they were helpful, quick, cordial, and did a good job. read more

I want to make sure this review is for the store on Westview because I had a bad experience at the store on Commons. I had a problem setting up my greeting on my new Iphone 11 purchased through AT@T. Max, the young man worked very efficiently and set it up - he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I came back to the store a little later to see if someone could possibly print the return labels for my old phone (my printer could not print them). I have had so many bad experiences with AT&T it's ridiculous (which I'm sure is the case with most mobile providers). However, today I went into the store (which I usually avoid at all costs) and had a fantastic experience with Erin and Daryl. They clearly explained the conditions of my new phone line and DirectTV Now and also were very patient with the million questions I asked. Hopefully the plans won't backfire and I won't be updating this review, I'm a little (lot) untrusting of AT&T but my experience today made up for a lot of the horrendous customer service experiences I've had in the past with them. I switched from AT&T to Xfinity because I bundled my services. The transfer was made 2 days after Xfinity picked it up. ATT had direct draw on my account and charged me for the entire month. I knew there was a reason I put up a fight when my husband wanted me to leave AT&T and switch to his carrier. I eventually caved but two weeks ago I finally convinced him it was time to come back. I'm so glad we wound up at this store. The customer service is nothing short of outstanding. Chris, Elise and Nick (along with everyone else who tried to help) were fantastic. Over the course of two days I was at the store for at least 4 hours and while it was obviously a lot of time it was mostly pleasant and even fun at times. Switching my phone over proved to be a giant headache and not a success but with the assistance of everyone it wound up working out and I am happy to be back with AT&T. Fast forward to today when I swung back in with a billing question and I was met with the same incredible service. Is it possible to have a favorite phone store? Terrible! I purchased an I phone a few weeks ago and was pitched the AT&T TV box to try for 14 days with the option to cancel if I returned the box within 14 days to ANY store location. NOT TRUE! When I tried to return the box to a store near my house toward the end of the trial period it was refused, saying I had to take it to a CORPORATE location. In the meantime, I got really sick and due to COVID, couldn't go out. So I sent my spouse to drop off the box, where it was again refused because I they said I had to be there in person with my ID. It was explained that I was ill and couldn't be there. This didn't matter to the manager. After I started feeling a bit better I went to the store in Lone Tree on Westview Rd and explained my frustration with the situation of being misled about where to drop off and having been turned away multiple times. The manager told me it was too late now to return the box since the 14 days had passed and that I would be locked into the contract and charged for the box. I was livid! Went to Target last night to take advantage of the iPhone 7 and $300 back from target. Worst experience ever. 1 hour at Target waiting to be served. Had to re input everything we did last night on line, into the AT&T Target system. We were "randomly selected" for verification - which appears to happen to about 50% of people. After 2 hours of being on hold to be verified, we gave up and left. 3 hours. No phone. AT&T was absolutely awful. When I called AT&T to complain today, the supervisor informed me that 2 hour holds are not uncommon. Wow, what a pillar of customer service. I am trying to spend several hundred dollars with AT&T and this is how I was treated. Ridiculous. That company is awful. read more

This is worse than buying a car! We needed to replace my iPad, renegotiate our plan, and buy my husband an upgraded phone. They wanted to sell us Direct TV. After saying hello to Joe "Pops" our salesman I stated absolutely we did not want Direct TV. He launched into his pitch anyway. We are now being charged $30 per month for a service we are pretty sure we didn't sign up for! But who knows? They charged us $35 last month for Direct TV and when we finally talked to customer service were told that was just part of us getting our "deal". I was completely misled by the ATT sales quotes on the cost of their "AT&T Directv Choice (all included)" plan. I was quoted and confirmed by email, $60 per mo for the first year of services cell phone + Directv services. However, my first bills from ATT and Direct TV added up to $170 per mo.!!! When I tried to cancel Direct TV thru ATT, ATT told me they can sell Direct TV but they can't cancel it -- This is fraud !! and a classic bait and switch. When I canceled Direct TV within one week, by calling them, I was charged a $500 cancellation fee!!! TAKE MY ADVICE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PACKAGE THROUGH ATT.
