Ok, so first of all I am far from a computer/PC person that is my wife's dept. But I do buy her…read more, her computers ,and tablets ,and accessories. I try and do the research the best I can and try to get the most bang for the buck when buying such devices. But that ram, memory, gigs is really all a bunch of stuff I dont understand and usually have to ask friends and coworkers for thier advice and really on Google. But one thing I will tell you is this place has came up in conversation I've had with places like Office depot, Staples and Best Buy, in the last couple of years. So we were in need of a stand for my wife's 3d printer and really didn't want to wait for one online. Even though it was on the other side of town from where we live I felt it was worth the drive to check it out. It is located off of S. 225 and past Parker Rd sorry I cant remember the exit. But if you live south you'll know the area. When we pulled in the parking lot we could already see the large amount of foot traffic walking up to the store. And when we walked in it was like Wow ,ok so this is what they've been talking about. I couldn't even tell you how many aisles they are. But I will keep this some what short. If you need something for a computer and I don't think it matters what kind they probably have it here! I saw brands that are common in the laptop section, acer, hp,apple and the such. Numerous departments/ sections. Television, gaming, home security/security, byo computer, parts and so much more that wouldn't even know what I was looking at. And there seemed to be plenty of associates able and willing to help you. And as far as thier returns policy we explained our problem we were having with my wife's 3d printer as we were trying to set it up as a birthday present i got her and it wouldn't work and the associate told us to bring it back and we'll give you another one, unfortunately I didn't buy it there and will probably have to wait for one to be Shipped to us. So to try and cut to the chase if you are really into this kind of thing this is your place sure the regular stores will get you any of your everyday stuff but if you want to really get into the specifics and specialty items ,this is your store. Good luck and happy computing?

He wanted to find an item and we went in. Walked around but it wasn't on display or on the floor…read morethat we saw. An associate helped us and checked his system. He checked the item's specs and since it worked for what he wanted, he asked to purchase it. The associate told him he would pull the item from the back and it would be available in a few minutes if he went to pay for it. The cashier walked to get the item and we paid and left.

To start off I'm still a newbie building PCs thus why I came to this place to get a diagnosis on…read morewhat I did wrong after I built it. I was told it'll be 60$ in my mind I figured that a decent price because I know it'll be resolved quick well the guy couldn't get it to boot either than swapped out a psu and got it to boot. He said my psu was dead and that I need a new one. I thought it was odd because that psu was from an old build and since I boxed it up and put it away. It couldn't be dead. I went out and bought a new psu because the guy told me he can put in an off brand psu and if I wanted a better one I'd have to wait 3 days for it to arrive. Like i understand it's a small shop but when you have a pc center 15 min away why would you not have good psus in stock? So I went to micro center and got a psu. Plugged it in and was having the same issue with my pc not booting up. Long story short I figured out with the help of YouTube that my motherboard has 2 cpu power plug headers and turns out the small 4 pin plug is for extreme over locking only and there's no need to plug that in. I made the mistake of plugging it in using a spare pcie plug and that's why it wasn't booting. From someone that has way more experience than me I would have thought they would have caught that mistake very quick but nope I ending up paying 90$ instead of 60 and my psu was never dead but ended up spending another 100$ to buy a new psu so in the end shit deal if you ask me. Not going back.

These guys know their stuff. Good customer service and will call you to update progress…read more I'll use them again
