Problem was, the coverage was terrible for me. I had to use Wi-Fi calling in my home. If I was on the network, I always had to repeat things or ask people to repeat what they said. It made calls very frustrating. Also, you cannot speak to a human on the phone for support, you must chat via their website which takes three times as long to resolve issues since the agents don't pay attention. I'd have to repeat answers I already told them 2 times before. Really wish I could've stayed with them since they had the best price and features, but I need a reliable network and to be able to speak to agents as needed. As long as you can get a decent signal where you are, I'd highly recommend them.

It was slow at times but worked for the first three months then it crashed. I have had service disruptions for a week and a half now and customer service has been useless. All they do is go through the same pre-written scripts and troubleshooting protocols, which have simply had me chasing my tail over and over all this time. The internet was so slow it barely functioned and they just had me power cycling the gateway every time I went back to them and they never told me to give it a factory reset. Google Gemini told me to do that and after a week, it returned to normal when I fixed what they never did or even advised. The mobile data speed returned pretty early on after a day or so but for six days now I haven't been able to make or receive calls. They told me when they created the ticket that the higher tier would get with me in three days and that never happened. Two days ago they told me they were working on it and would have the voice calling issue repaired in 24-48 hours and that has not come to pass either. Don't risk switching to Visible.
