Not even 3 days in and the back of my iPhone cracked out of nowhere, I didn't drop it or anything. Also noticed white spots on the front screen and a weird purple tint when I put it at a certain angle. I've also noticed my battery drains way faster after I got it back, he said it's be done in 2 hours but it took the whole day to get my phone back, all I got was really shady vibes from him I wouldn't be surprised if he replaced certain parts of my phone. Rab seemed trusting at first, we had an appointment and ended up having to call him. Rab doesn't stay at the store, you have to call him and he'll show up. We had a simple green screen which was most likely a screen replacement and we asked him for one. The way he described the issue was that the inside had burnt so it needed a screen replacement. After starting the fix, my girlfriend and I were looking at the reviews seeing very bad ones and good ones, there was no in between of a 1 or 5 star. So something was fishy. During the repair after he put one screen on, he came to us and said, "this screen I put on is unresponsive and not working, I'm going to go across the street and get a new one." He then left and was gone for 30-40 minutes? We had waited and sat there for awhile waiting for him to come back. Until then we kept reading the reviews feeling suspicious. After him coming back from the period he was gone for, he went to continue fixing the phone with a new screen he picked up? Keep in mind the screen we have gotten barely fit on our Iphone 14 Pro max, it didn't look like it was supposed to be on it. He warned us after he fixed it that, the screen may become unresponsive. After we left and later that night we had problems with the phone, the phone stopped charging and the SCREEN became unresponsive, it stopped working and now we have to get a new phone or a new repair. I'm not sure if this place is trustable but after what happened I am not recommending this place at all, very unprofessional. We tried coming back a day after and the place was open 11-8, we had an appointment at 11 and HE WAS NOT THERE, a note was left on the door to call him and we did. HE DID NOT PICK UP. Also told us to leave a voicemail, HE STILL DIDNT CALL BACK OR PICKED UP, either something was planned or it was just unfortunate. Do not go to this place and find a certified technician. Rab Is one of the most unprofessional individuals that I have ever had to deal with. If you need your cell phone repaired do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. The Repair technicians working there are not certified and have no idea what they're doing. They tell you that they're using OEM parts but that is not the case it is all aftermarket parts that don't work right. The communication is completely absurd and you'll spend your time driving back-and-forth from the store only to be let down. I know the convenience of the location on Broadway can be tempting but I would go to a different state before I took any of my devices back to the store. After ruining my phone by destroying the motherboard while making the repairs they refused to give me my full refund and only refunded me the parts and not the labor. I guarantee you this place will be shut down sooner than later due to the poor management. - In his response below you can tell how unprofessional he is calling me a con artist when his technician admitted to destroying the motherboard on my phone so that it would no longer connect to any networks or Wi-Fi and all I wanted was my full refund. Even after they damaged my phone all I requested from them was a refund for the money I paid them and they refused to give it to me even though they admitted to destroying my phone and not being able to fix it. I have a video of this crazy guy yelling at me In his store and I intend on taking him to small claims court to get damages for my phone recompensated and also to get my full refund. BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Rab is very unprofessional, dishonest and beyond shady. The glass on the back of my iPhone was cracked and the frame was bent, it still turned on but some functions were not working. I informed him of the issues: the wifi/Bluetooth wouldn't turn on, I couldn't hear anything because the speaker wasn't working, volume buttons not working, camera was glitching and not able to take photos, FaceTime wouldn't work, etc. He said he was surprised my phone was able to turn on and that my front screen was still in good condition. I was told that it would cost $250+ to fix and I could come pick up the following day. He later text to ask if I wanted to fix the camera for extra and I said yes. Went to pick it up and his shop was closed, had a sign that he stepped out. What kind of shop is not open during the hours of operation listed? He literally is never there! Huge red flag. Finally get my phone 3 days later, phone looked brand new, I paid him $351 and left the shop. While in my car, I tried to make a call and I still can't hear anything!! I check all the functions I needed fixed and they were still ALL NOT WORKING!!! I returned to his shop to address the issues, not even 5 mins after I had left and he was already gone. Rab basically just fixed the outside but all other things I asked him to fix were not functioning! What's the point of fixing the outside if the phone itself is not working? He tried to convince me that he was helping me out by fixing the outside because I could still get trade in value for it. Guess what? Wrong, I went to Apple and T-Mobile, both said they wouldn't accept it for trade in. He has been such a nightmare to deal with, I had to return to his shop 3 more separate times and in the end he wasn't able to fix my phone. I asked him why my camera still didn't work and he admitted he never replaced the camera!! How shady is that? He replaced my screen which didn't need to be replaced in the first place but not the camera, which he charged me extra for. So he took my perfectly good original Apple screen and replaced it with a cheap part without even asking me. Not only that, now my screen has these two spots that weren't there before! Unbelievable!! He tried to bullshit me each time I came in and had excuse after excuse on why my phone wasn't ready yet. He doesn't even fix phones himself, he takes it to someone else to do the work!! He had my phone for over a week too!! I asked for a refund and he agreed to give me one but never ended up following through. He tried to make threats to take me to court for defamation when I said I'd leave a bad review. My review is honest, I have proof of everything. I needed my iPhone XS screen replaced since dropping damage caused a huge white stripe across my screen that sucked my battery. The price was way better than anyone Ive seen and Rab went above and beyond. Not to mention the conversation while he quickly fixed it was interesting. He did a couple things he didn't have to do, but improved the quality of my phone which I was grateful for. Namely, he cleaned out the earpiece since I couldn't hear anything without speaker phone and now it is like brand new. It was a refurbished phone to begin with. First of all, I am from Denver, not California as my profile says. Okay, I had a very old Samsung. Didn't mind since it worked for what I needed, but recently it would see updated versions of Lyft, etc., so I was forced to buy a new one. Bought an S10e from Amazon, and then ran into enormous trouble transferring my data from the old phone to the new. The old emails on my accounts were all jacked up and I was getting network errors no matter what I tried. Finally limped into Denver Phone Repair not really expecting much since no one, not even Samsung, was able to help. Rab worked with it a while and somehow performed the miracle of getting my contacts over to my new phone. He had to clean up all this mess with the accounts. You can tell he's smart, and he knows phones. And despite the challenge he stays with it. And anybody in the phone world knows by now, when you see me coming, I am the supreme challenge! This owner does not how to do his job nor how to take care of customers. I also work at customer service and I have NEVER treated anybody as how he did to me. I felt vulnerable, scared. It was a very very awful experience. I definitely not recommend to go there to get your phone fixed AT ALL. I took my samsung s10 on 02/06 (Monday) in order to get a screen replacement. Although the bottom right part of the screen was broken, both cameras, both speakers were working fine. When I got to the store, it was closed but the owner told me to leave my phone with the lady next door and he'll take care of it later. Unfortunately, I did. I left my phone around noon and was told to pick it up after 4pm. So, I did, but unfortunately (again), I did not check that my phone would work right away, neither the owner who "repaired" it and admitted that. I realized that the ear speaker was not working neither the cameras. So, I went back and let him know and he started "fixing it". Thank God I went with a friend because after staying til 10/11 pm at his store, he was not able to fix it and started saying something came up and had to take care of it. He said to us to come back in an hour and that we had to wait outside. The problem started when I told him I was not from the area (I live 2h away from Denver but went there due to a friend's recommendation), I was not feeling comfortable leaving without my phone (that was supposed to be fixed and working) and that I wanted it back since it seemed he was not able to fix it and so, some sort of refund because that was not the service I paid for. Because it looked like I basically had paid him for breaking my phone more than what it was. After I asked him that, he got mad, he started yelling at me that he was going to fix it, that he needed more time, that he could not give me a refund because it was his time and the parts cost money. He also said racist comments to my friend and I, like: "I don't know from where you guys are from, but here in America if I told you to get out of my store, you must, otherwise I will call the cops". Unfortunately (AGAIN) my friend's phone was dead and my phone was all open, not working. He said my phone would be ready to go the following day at 1pm. It was not. Then, that it would be ready after 4pm, still nothing and so on. I was very desperate, feeling nervous because it started looking sketchy so on 02/08 (Wednesday), 3 days later, my husband and I drove all the way to Denver to see what was going on. We got there and the store was closed. There was a note that said he would be back at 8pm, however, that's when the store is closed according to google. We figured it out to make him go there and try to get my phone. He showed up at 1pm and FINALLY, I got my phone back. It was fixed but by a third party. I was never told all this at the very first time neither that it was going to take him 3 days instead of 1 as how he claimed. Please, do not go there and waste your time and money on a place that does not provide the service they promise and on top of that, yells at you and says racists comments. read more

He came to my home to repair two iPhones and his energy was very hectic. Pulled up late and parked at an angle. Fixed both phones and we are grateful. Contacted him on a Friday to repair another phone and he ghosted me. First he said he was out of town and could do it Monday. I checked in Sunday and he said Tuesday or Wednesday, or take in the shop and his other tech could do it the shop. I can't go in the shop, so he gave thumbs up about coming Tuesday. He ghosted me again so I checked in and then he said Thursday! A full week later I have no phone because this guy is so hectic, unorganized, unprofessional. Other companies price match so if you're saying he has the best prices these techs are a dime a dozen. I'll continue the search to find someone who doesn't play games.
