Was looking to switch phone carriers. And after a quick stop at the Verizon store at the Irvine spectrum and a quick chat with Joshua. I made the switch from ATT. Thanks again Josh for your help and great service. Gotta go upgrade my Apple Watch next. read more

First let me start off by saying that I hate going into phone retail stores because I always feel like I'm going to get trapped buying or spending more then I want to. I actually had a different experience when I visited this store. I was respectfully greeted by Bri. I went into the store with the intentions of getting info on upgrading my phone that was very old. Bri gave me her input on which phones would be best for my needs. I didn't feel pressured at all and felt like she wasn't trying to sell me. I definitely plan on going back and upgrading my son's phones with Bri next time. read more

Worst service ever! Never never buy from an authorized dealer like these people. The salesman Josh seemed nice but messed up my entire order and account! He put items in my bag we did not purchase even said we received something when we didn't! He added items to my account I didn't ask for and even after I told him no. This seems to happen often enough because the manager had no problem saying she would refund me my money it's been over a week and I'm still waiting. I'm am so angry and disappointed Verizon would authorize people like them to represent them. read more

I went into get a new phone. Yesi helped me and was fantastic! Very kind, straightforward and professional. Knowledgable about everything and was able to help other costumers at the same time. When I returned to pick up my phone Jasmine helped me. She was AMAZING. There were some tech issues at the store but she stayed with me for almost 2 hours, patiently setting everything up. Yesi also stepped in while still helping several other costumers. Other representatives that were there didn't hesitate to greet new costumers and help out. This is a great location! read more

Came in to upgrade to the new iphone 13. I also wanted to see my options about adding another line to my account. Chanel was so helpful in answering all my questions. She changed my plan for me that best fits my family. Did not feel like I was talking to a sales person nor did I feel pressured into getting a new phone. She genuinely was nice and informative. I will now be going to this location in the future because of how great Chanel was! read more

Be careful about these guys I returned a device that was not working correctly and they charged me a $35 fee for restocking and a $19 admin fee. This was not a case of me just changing my mind. This was a case of device not working properly. From Verizon corporate "Please know this store is a non-corporate location and can have different restocking fees and policies than a corporate Verizon Wireless location." "... those speeds are not up to par with our standards." Avoid this clip joint. What else is there to discuss? If you wish to give me a refund call me or message me. read more

This review is specifically for rep name Nate. I walk in there to get more detail about missing credit that was discussed when I got new line and trade in. Explain the situation to the rep and immediate response is that he can't help. After i explain more detail about what was discussed with previous rep, then he says the rep is no longer with verizon and says there's a reason he's no longer with the company like he manipulates customers. Expressed my frustration and gives me GMs number to call. Then he has audacity to talk about internet service promotion and if im interested. This guy srsly needs to get some sales training as well as service training. Later I found the previous rep's number and reach out. Found out he's just on vacation and is still working there and will take care of the missing credit issue. I had nothing but great service from the previous rep and the fact this other rep Nate lied about him no longer being with verizon got me mad. Went back in to ask why he lied, and changes story saying he's just currently not here, and that's what he said. I know what I heard and was so pissed at this rep Nate that I had to leave a review to let others know. Also want to directly tell GM Mark to get rid of this guy, cause if there's anyone manipulating customers its him. The poor service and lack of care to even check on my situation almost led me to leave verizon and file some sort of claim to management. read more

Nice, fast and efficient service. Walked out of 3 Verizon stores in the past because of lack of service. Bro was not only knowledgeable but very nice and made my transaction easy and fast. Thanks agin read more

Great Experience with Abel and Veronica at Verizon. Highly recommend to call them for your personal or business needs.

Called in 949-954-**49 Verizon hotline and rep called the spectrum store to check the availability of an iPhone 14 Pro 256 Silver. Spectrum store confirmed they have the phone so I come in with a pre check in. When I walked in, a rep helped me to make sure they have the phone in stock. He came back and told me he has the phone. After a hour wait, another rep started helping me and told me they don't have the phone. At this point, I'm speechless. I can't no longer believe any information they are telling me is truth or lie. I held my breath and patiently ordered the phone at the store promising that the rep will call me when it arrives. Of course it's my fault I believe what they said. No calls! I left a message at 949-866-**83 but no rerun call for 2 days. Rest is the worst but no need to say more. This spectrum store is perfect to waste time and lie at your face if you are bored! read more

Walked in yesterday to get an new phone and add someone to my plan. We worked with Bilal, which started off great. When it came down to executing on the transaction he said he would need 10 minutes because the vault was "on a timer". Prior to leaving we asked if this could be completed by 2:15 he said yes. So we went to grab a beer as and returned at 2:00 and he was working with another couple. Did not acknowledge us, did not follow up as he said he would. Super disappointed in working with Bilal. read more

When I first walked into this store with my grandma who doesn't speak very good English , I was greeted by Joshua who quickly got my grandma a chair to sit. She had a problem with her phone service not working and he immediately knew what to do. This was a quick and easy visit as most aren't because of my grandma's English. Thanks Josh for the help! read more

Went in 10/09/22 to get new phone , there were lots of people in the store and only 2 workers . I asked one of the rep as to where to sign in to get in line , he said he was going to go around and sign ppl in . After watching him for 10 min , he has not signed anyone in . so how do we know who is next ? After 10 more minutes with more people coming in , we left due to lack of response and disorganization . read more

Thanks to Karli and her knowledge of iPhones, I was comfortable in choosing the right one for me

Victim of another "Free promo" scam here. Read around, I am not the only one over the last few months. I had issues accessing my account as a manager, although properly authorized to be one by the account holder, my wife. We visited the store, explained the situation and waited for more than an endless hour and a half for them to coordinate with Verizon Corporate over the phone. Having a 1.5yo baby with us, this waiting time was painful and frustrating, and after 45min of "no progress", with me and my wife taking turns in-and-out the store trying to keep him calm and entertained. I was openly dissatisfied, and this is when the "Free Tablet" came in the picture. The "gift" was unsolicited on our part 100%: it was "given" to me as a reimbursements for the troubles we had making changes in our service plan, after they - Victra - had issues coordinating with Verizon about it, which in return had me pinned in the store for more than an hour and a half, and would be require no additional fee other than maintaining the $10 Service fee for table LTE data we had already - through a different promo for an older free tablet that Samsung had given us. My wife who at that point was talking to them exclusively as I was too frustrated with the agent, hastily thanked them, apparently signed for it and had us leave the store with promises that changes would be visible in our account over the next couple of billing cycles. The store was virtually empty btw, it was not like we had to compete for attention. After requesting the resetting of my account through Verizon for not being able to check on my billing and make changes through the My Verizon app, the issue we visited the store to begin with, I was introduced with bill for the device "we purchased" and after contacting Verizon's help desk, it was announced to me that on top of the device's cost, we had committed to service that tablet access line for 24months. A new tablet line that is, because they did not swap # with the one we already had, rather cancelled the old one which had no contractual obligations to it, and created a new one. So it was not a gift, just a trick for them to meet their quota. Again, multiple people over the last 6 months make the same type of complaints, i.e. new lines and/or "free" tablets being pushed, or plan upgrades at no additional costs, actually being far for free or far more expensive. The store is an authorized retailer, not a Verizon store. It is shameful from the Verizon side of things too, as their Corporate Verizon claim no responsibility and they ask you to solve your issues through the Store's management, which will dodge your calls and avoid meeting you in person. In my case, they actually claim that the manager responsible was already fired. So "frikking" what? After calling them and asking for hours of a day to meet with the current manager - as Verizon HQ advised me - they promise to get back to me but never do. Don't make any assumptions, don't trust what they say before you go through the fine print and don't rush any purchase, especially when they claim/promise you it is "free", be it upgrade in services, accessories, or tablets. Better yet? Rather don't use this store, or for what matters to me any Victra location altogether. read more

Neema is the man! He gave me the best deal ever! In the past I have always hated visiting Verizon and dealing with the up-sales. This time around it was a great experience. Neema was very patient with me and answered all my questions. The manager Ethan was also very helpful with providing discounts that I probably otherwise wouldn't have received. Over all, it was a very fast and efficient process. Trust me, ask for Neema during your next visit to the Verizon at the Spectrum! read more

I was at work and was in desperate need of a new phone due to mine getting damaged. I started at the Verizon Victra location in Yorba Linda where I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Conrad he was amazing breaking down the price and making sure I was getting the best deal unfortunately he did not have the phone I needed in stock so he called Chanel who went out of her way to confirm she had the device and held it for me till I got there and which she also reassured that I was getting the best deal and made the transaction as seamless as possible even transferred everything from my old phone to my new one. Went in on Mother's Day weekend because I heard of the buy one get one free special that was going on. The rep that helped me was a pleasure to work with. He obviously knew the products in the store well as well as upcoming tech and did a great job answering all of my questions. Zach was very thorough in evaluating both my business and personal plans and helped me strategize to save money while at the same time upgrading two of my cellphones. Why am I not surprised... never got good customer service with Verizon and thought going there in person would be different... was dead wrong. These guys literally huddled up in the corner, one comes to talk to me and after asking a few questions, he's incredibly vague and almost dismissive. They have a staffing problem. The store was full and there was only one worker there up at the front. Nice guy and, from what I could see, helpful but he had an entire store to take care of on his own while his partner was helping customers on the phone in the back. I walked in and probably would have bought a phone right then and there since my phone is smashed to kingdom come but the wait just to see an associate was 2 hours. I don't have that kind of time So I left. read more

Not enough team members to help or answer questions. The delay took over 30 minutes just to ask 1 question.
