Came to this location to purchase a Samsung Z Fold, and at point of sale the sales rep scanned a Samsung watch and told me it came free with the phone. My account has been getting charged for both the additional line for the watch, and I've been paying for the watch itself. Management will not return my calls, and Verizon and this location keep giving me the runaround. Don't shop here, or just don't go with Verizon. I've been a customer for 8 years and am now canceling my account with them. read more

I went to Verizon to upgrade my 2 year old phone and Balil helped me. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. I was able to get a substantial credit for my old phone and also left with a new Samsung tablet for pennies a month. Plus I had recently cut off my internet to cox and he threw in a year free Verizon home internet service. It's a white cube I just plug in and it's set up in minutes. THIS LOCATION STEALS YOUR TRADE IN SMARTPHONE. Do not shop or do any of you business here. This is not a Verizon store but a "Victra" Verizon authorized reseller, which makes Verizon fully implicated. In October of 2020 I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile, I trade in my almost new iPhone 11 Pro to an iPhone 12 Pro. The agent at the store kept up selling us bullshit deals and would take no for an answer. I relinquished my first iPhone for the new one and was reassured bill credits going forward, month goes by and no credit, second month goes by no credit, THIRD MONTH GOES BY JO CREDIT. I finally contact this location and give them the run down, after being sent to the actual carrier the back to victra and explaining this situation at least a dozen times (and provided screenshots from my statements indicating a device was given for trade in) I get connected to the general manager Mark Speigel. This man does NOT give a crap, says he'll contact Irvine Spectrum security for security footage to see what happened. Surprise surprise it's been too long for them to have any footage and I'm fresh out of luck. I'm out over $1,000. I've left this shit company and you still can too. This is a well oiled theft machine. DO NOT GIVE YOUR TRADE IN TO THIS LOCATION. attached is the guy who handled my transaction, watch out for him!! Romanos is an amazing employee there. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Sadly if you deal with anyone else there they either don't know how things work or they're trying to get you to just buy whatever they're selling. I'm constantly told one thing and then later something different. Romanos is newer to this store and every time he helps me, the things he says are true. I'm able to resolve any issues. But I've had to come back a few times and if he's not there the other employees have made my phone purchasing experience a real headache. Also they're not heavily staffed during busy hours so be warned my whole phone trade in and setup took about 5 hours. Most of it was waiting for them to finish with another customer since they all help 2-4 groups of people at once. Overall Romanos is the light at the end of the tunnel for this store cus he gets me the answers and I can get on my way. read more

My husband and I were told many things that were not true (like you can't have 2 phone lines coming to the same phone - - - did you know that you can have a business and a personal line both on the same phone?) which meant that we bought a new phone when we didn't need to. He sold us perks and misrepresented what the perks would be. We had many problems with our account. I went into the Irvine Spectrum Verizon for help with all of this, where I met Jose! He is amazing and patient, explains everything clearly, doesn't forget details, methodical and is clearly very knowledgeable about how to navigate complex issues. He patiently spent the next 4.5 hours undoing all of these complicated problems that were created. He explained everything step by step. He was clearly experienced, lots of people skills. Also, doesn't try to sell you lots of accessories that you don't need. When you go to Verizon, see Jose, but all the employees seem knowledgeable. read more

This review is specifically for rep name Nate. I walk in there to get more detail about missing credit that was discussed when I got new line and trade in. Explain the situation to the rep and immediate response is that he can't help. After i explain more detail about what was discussed with previous rep, then he says the rep is no longer with verizon and says there's a reason he's no longer with the company like he manipulates customers. Expressed my frustration and gives me GMs number to call. Then he has audacity to talk about internet service promotion and if im interested. This guy srsly needs to get some sales training as well as service training. Later I found the previous rep's number and reach out. Found out he's just on vacation and is still working there and will take care of the missing credit issue. I had nothing but great service from the previous rep and the fact this other rep Nate lied about him no longer being with verizon got me mad. Went back in to ask why he lied, and changes story saying he's just currently not here, and that's what he said. I know what I heard and was so pissed at this rep Nate that I had to leave a review to let others know.
