    Staff: I came in to trade in an old Apple Watch. The lady at the front who greeted me when I arrived was nice as was the guy who helped me. The wait was not bad considering how busy they were. Quality: Beautiful store as expected from Apple. Value: I was very pleased that the trade in offer told to me from Apple chat matched what was offered in store. Overall: Been here a few times and have always been happy.

    Yesterday, we signed up for Apple Camp online. Today, we headed out with the kids. At check-in, each child received a free T-shirt. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was lively with many excited kids looking forward to the session. This session's theme was making videos with iMovie. Each kid got an iPad and followed the instructors as they learned how to record and edit. They looked so focused. Looking forward to signing up for more sessions.

    Broken phone

    The team at this location truly went above and beyond. Manager C.A. and Darcey at the Genius Bar took care of my iPhone after another Apple Store had left it in worse condition than when I brought it in. Even on a Sunday night at 8:30pm, the staff went out of their way to make sure I left satisfied. You can tell there's strong leadership here, C.A. sets the tone, and it shows in the way the whole team interacts with customers. This store has earned my trust, and I'll definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you all again!

    Is apple allowing in store phone trade ins at this time?

    Yes however with the pandemic, you need to make an appointment. All stores don't allow look-shopping for products. Know what you want is best.

    I talked to Apple support they said you are taking walk ins now is this true?

    The last time I was there which was a couple of weeks ago, they were allowing customers to enter into the store. There is a line to get in with a sales associate checking temperatures and monitoring the number of guests allowed into the store.

I've always felt that upgrading phones let alone changing carriers was a hassle, so I truly wasn't planning on making a move that day. I had three lines with AT&T and another with T-Mobile and was only exploring options to possibly combine them and upgrade our iPhones. From the moment I walked in that morning, Alden Martinez's customer service immediately put me at ease. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made me feel comfortable actually making the switch. Even though I hate the traffic and usually avoid that shopping center, I came back later that night with all four phones and Alden made the entire process painless. He was extremely knowledgeable about Verizon's programs and promotions and explained everything clearly. For once, I felt confident and stress-free during a carrier change. I still need to go back to pick up my Apple Watch (which he also convinced me to get), and I'm actually looking forward to working with him again. What really stood out was his follow-up. Alden called me afterward and helped resolve issues AT&T was giving me during the switch. He handled everything professionally and went above and beyond. Alden Martinez truly deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. If you're considering Verizon, ask for him. you won't regret it.

We blindly trusted the guy at the store because he was so friendly. I went home and my phone was not ported correctly so I spent time on the phone with ATT customer service to properly port my phone- this took 30 minutes of my work time and it was quite annoying. Then, I found out the guy added Next Up to my phones when I specifically said I did not want it. I guess it was my fault for not reading my receipt when I was at the store even though I fully trusted the guy would do the right thing? Furthermore, the guy didn't tell me about a $70 activation fee until the end when every thing was done and I asked him about it when I saw it on the print out he showed me. By then it was too late and I just see it as a learning lesson. I am now having issues with trying to cancel Next Up with ATT customer service. I apparently have to wait a few weeks to cancel something I didn't opt in for in the first place? So weird. Very disappointed with my ATT experience. Please be careful and read everything and ask them about "hidden" fees because they were not up front with how much I am paying. 1 star for what I am dealing with right now. If everything was done correctly and I wasn't signed up for something I said no to, I would have given this experience a 5 star experience.

I took my daughters phone in to get the back glass replaced. when we got the phone back and paid, my daughter noticed the screen on/off side button wasn't working anymore. we asked the tech about it, and he just bragged about what a good job he did and how pretty the phone was after repair. we pointed out again that it wasn't working appropriately. rather than try to help us figure out a solution, here are some of the things he told us "I have no proof that it was working before. you must be trying to get me to fix a problem you were already having for free" "if it's really a new problem you can just take it into Verizon and they'll give you a new phone for free because this one is so pretty now" "you are a joke if you think i broke your phone" no ownership or accountability. no willingness to provide any customer service. he got mad very quickly and started accusing me of all sorts of crazy stuff. all I wanted was to have a conversation as to how they might make this right. the next day I called the parent store in Huntington Beach. their recommendation: take it back in and have them take a look at it. they wouldn't give me a price estimate or any concessions that they might try to make it right, other than I would get charged full price for whatever new repairs the phone might need. I am not sinking any more money into this company. im guessing most people have positive results, but if anything at all goes wrong, don't expect any customer service of any sort.

    TRASH PANDA FOR $300, Negative 100 Stars. Told me $230…read more.. then it was $300. BE PATIENT & GO TO THE APPLE STORE - $354. iPhone 16Pro shattered screen. Dude installed a subpar Temu like screen that left a huge gap on the display & the iPhone dynamic island was half missing- then lied about it. Quoted be $230 out the door. Picked up my phone as he is charging my card, "$300 plus tax", I say "Woah this doesn't look fixed? There is a big black section at the bottom of my screen". This dude literally gaslights me multiple times... 1) Tells me "That's how the iPhone is...." LOL I show him my husbands phone isn't like that.... 2) "Oh it must be in your settings..." blah blah blah. I tell him "Okay so go into my settings and recalibrate the screen you just installed"... "I only work on hardware, I can't do anything software related." I am showing him the display settings and calling out where is the setting?... He lies, he proceeds to start rambling........ 3) "Maybe you have more broken hardware than just your screen." I ask for a refund etc. He argues.. more lies... Finally just said - no problem I will just start a credit card dispute. I walk over to Apple- the tech was like "Hmmm I see this all the time. The dude next to Old Navy? It's not a display setting issue. Yeah he installed a screen that he knew wouldn't work. Check out this..." Points to 7 things that I didn't even notice; display, bezels, dynamic island, refresh rates, pixel density. Basically the dude installed Temu like screen & tried to charge me $54 less than Apple.
