When I brought this up, the representative called a manager over the phone and told me I had to go back to the Waikiki location to resolve the issue. I asked if Tricked Out Accessories was a franchise or a corporate chain, hoping I could return the product at any location, but instead of an answer, I was just told to go back to Waikiki and speak to a manager. Now, I have to drive all the way to Waikiki, pay for parking, and try to find a manager--without any guarantee of when one will be there. This lack of clear policies and poor customer service made the whole experience incredibly frustrating.

Starting from Center Stage area, walk by sidewalk and parking lot by Lupica - Brug - Massage Palace - then Tricked Out. If you keep walking, you would pass the post office and eventually Foodland. They replaced my iPhone camera lens cover on the spot. It's a little pricey but great when I don't want to wait for something in the mail). They also have a "warranty" and put my number in the system. When my lens broke a few months later, I returned to find there was a $10 fee that I was not told about nor expecting. Their card machines were somehow not accepting tap at the moment and required a card scan (I didn't have on me). So no new lens. I went home and found a spare to save the day anyways.

I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

They sell many cell phone accessories, as well as cell phone cases and cell phones. They also specialize in pre-paid phone cards to call internationally. The owner of the store, Calvin was present. He is a wonderful, friendly, and very helpful business person. Very courteous to his customers and accommodates the Korean speaking community customers too. If you are ever in need of cell phones, cell phone accessories, and/or pre-paid phone cards, go to Wireless City in the Kaheka Palama Market. You'll have a great experience there.

Called Customer service again (40 min). They said they would reverse billing. Got email next day saying there was remaining balance Called Customer Service again (65 min), fed up with poor service, demanded to talk to supervisor. After 4 different attempts to talk to supervisor, she finally got to phone. Said she would reverse the residual bill. I told her I wanted an address to file a formal complaint. She said she can't give me that address. Said she could file a complaint on my behalf. Like that would be accurate. I still have a disputed initial charge to my Credit Card that has not been resolved yet. Things could have been quick and easy had staff done their jobs correctly. Just a fair warning, if there is an issue, AT&T customer service locally and their "800" number may be totally incompetent or maybe just totally untrained. This has been an absolute disaster!!!
