They had promised to pay off my phone and give us a fair price on our trade in phones. But nothing they promised happened, including "making things right." They just made things worse! We spent at least four hours trying to get what we were promised, including two call backs, which didn't happen, and the payoff trade in credits we were promised. We were told that there was nothing they could do, despite their promises to "make things right." Plus, the manager was very rude and unprofessional. If you're looking for a cell phone provider, I recommend Verizon or any other company besides T-Mobile. They are no good! Update: Nothing that T-Mobile promised happened and as soon as we pay off whatever T-Mobile dishonest debt we have is paid off, we're moving on to a new cell phone provider that has some integrity. Boycott T-Mobile!!! Thanks!

I decided to go to T-Mobile because I knew they had an actual storefront with real people who can help you. Everything was in stock. We had several pauses during downloads so we encouraged Sean to deal with the other drop-ins while we worked with our new devices. During our visit all the customers were older, and Sean was super patient and kind with everybody.

Usually I do all of that myself with my android phones but with the new platform (to me) I didn't want to screw with it. They were helpful, and they answered my questions when I had them. It appeared to me that the main gentleman - I think his name might have been Juan - was training a new employee, who was the first person I interacted with. Seemed like a sharp guy so I hope this is a good hire for them. Anyway, I am thoroughly pleased with the service I have received from Boost not only at this physical location but in general, since I was transferred from Virgin Mobile to Boost - AND - my coverage improved after the Virgin Mobile / Boost transfer as well. My service was working on my new phone in just a few minutes and I thought getting my old number ported over would be a headache. Everything works. It even pulled over my wallpaper from Google Cloud.
